"Description": "The active ingredient in PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) For Delayed-Release Oral Suspension and PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) Delayed-Release Tablets, a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its empirical formula is C16H14F2N3NaO4S × 1.5 H2O, with a molecular weight of 432.4. The structural formula is:. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is a white to off-white crystalline powder and is racemic. Pantoprazole has weakly basic and acidic properties. Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate is freely soluble in water, very slightly soluble in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. The stability of the compound in aqueous solution is pH-dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH. At ambient temperature, the degradation half-life is approximately 2.8 hours at pH 5 and approximately 220 hours at pH 7.8. PROTONIX is supplied as a for delayed-release oral suspension in unit dose packets, available in one strength 40 mg pantoprazole, (equivalent to 45.1 mg of pantoprazole sodium), and as a delayed-release tablet, available in two strengths 20 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 22.56 mg of pantoprazole sodium) and 40 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 45.1 mg of pantoprazole sodium). PROTONIX Delayed-Release Tablets contains the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, crospovidone, hypromellose, iron oxide, mannitol, methacrylic acid copolymer, polysorbate 80, povidone, propylene glycol, sodium carbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate. PROTONIX Delayed-Release Tablets (40 mg and 20 mg) complies with USP dissolution test 2. PROTONIX For Delayed-Release Oral Suspension contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, povidone, sodium carbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, and yellow ferric oxide."

<IndicationAndUsage>Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment are indicated for the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis; it has been demonstrated that the nystatin-steroid combination provides greater benefit than the nystatin component alone during the first few days of treatment.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment for dermatologic use contain the antifungal agent nystatin and the synthetic corticosteroid triamcinolone acetonide. Nystatin is a polyene antimycotic obtained from Streptomyces noursei. It is a yellow to slightly brownish powder with a characteristic odor, freely soluble in dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in methanol, practically insoluble in water, alcohol and ether. Structural formula. C47H75NO17 MW = 926.13. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as 9-fluoro-11β, 16α, 17, 21-tetrahydroxypregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione cyclic 16, 17-acetal with acetone. The white crystalline powder has a slight odor, is sparingly soluble in methanol, ethanol, alcohol, chloroform, acetone and dioxane; very slightly soluble in ethyl ether. Structural formula. C24H31FO6 MW = 434.50. Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment is a Pale yellow to yellow homogenous ointment free from foreign particles and lumps filled in tube. Each gram of Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment provides 100,000 USP Nystatin units and 1 mg Triamcinolone Acetonide in an ointment base of mineral oil and white petrolatum.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>PROTONIX For Delayed-Release Oral Suspension and PROTONIX Delayed-Release Tablets are indicated for.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>The active ingredient in PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) For Delayed-Release Oral Suspension and PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) Delayed-Release Tablets, a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. <Description>The active ingredient in PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) For Delayed-Release Oral Suspension and PROTONIX (pantoprazole sodium) Delayed-Release Tablets, a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl] sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. <IndicationAndUsage>Rapamune is an mTOR inhibitor immunosuppressant indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in patients aged ≥13 years receiving renal transplants:oPatients at low- to moderate-immunologic risk: Use initially with cyclosporine (CsA) and corticosteroids. CsA withdrawal is recommended 2–4 months after transplantation (1.1). oPatients at high-immunologic risk: Use in combination with CsA and corticosteroids for the first 12 months following transplantation (1.1). Safety and efficacy of CsA withdrawal has not been established in high risk patients (1.1, 1.2, 14.3). . Rapamune is an mTOR inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with lymphangioleiomyomatosis (1.3).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Rapamune (sirolimus) is an mTOR inhibitor immunosuppressive agent. Sirolimus is a macrocyclic lactone produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus.
