"IndicationAndUsage": "Ondansetron is indicated for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with: 1 highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including cisplatin greater than or equal to 50 mg/m 2, 2 initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, 3 radiotherapy in patients receiving either total body irradiation, single high-dose fraction to the abdomen, or daily fractions to the abdomen.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Ondansetron Tablets, USP is ondansetron hydrochloride, USP as the dihydrate, the racemic form of ondansetron and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT 3receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride, dihydrate. It has the following structural formula:. The empirical formula is C 18H 19N 3OHCl2H 2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.85 g/mol. Ondansetron hydrochloride, USP (dihydrate) is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water and in alcohol; soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in isopropyl alcohol, and in dichloromethane; very slightly soluble in acetone, in chloroform and in ethyl acetate. The active ingredient in Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets, USP is ondansetron base, the racemic form of ondansetron, and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT 3receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one. It has the following structural formula:. The empirical formula is C 18H 19N 3O representing a molecular weight of 293.4 g/mol. Each 4-mg Ondansetron Tablet, USP for oral administration contains ondansetron hydrochloride, USP (dihydrate) equivalent to 4 mg of ondansetron. Each 8-mg Ondansetron Tablet, USP for oral administration contains ondansetron hydrochloride, USP (dihydrate) equivalent to 8 mg of ondansetron. Each tablet also contains the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, iron oxide yellow (8 mg tablet only), lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Each 4-mg Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablet, USP for oral administration contains 4 mg ondansetron base. Each 8-mg Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablet, USP for oral administration contains 8 mg ondansetron base. Each Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablet, USP also contains the inactive ingredients aspartame, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, mannitol, sodium stearyl fumarate and strawberry flavor. Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets, USP are an orally administered formulation of ondansetron which rapidly disintegrates on the tongue and does not require water to aid dissolution or swallowing. This product disintegrates in approximately 60 seconds. Ondansetron Orally Disintegrating Tablets, USP meet USP Disintegration Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Improvement is manifested by relief of muscle spasm and its associated signs and symptoms, namely, pain, tenderness, limitation of motion, and restriction in activities of daily living. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP should be used only for short periods (up to two or three weeks) because adequate evidence of effectiveness for more prolonged use is not available and because muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions is generally of short duration and specific therapy for longer periods is seldom warranted. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP has not been found effective in the treatment of spasticity associated with cerebral or spinal cord disease, or in children with cerebral palsy.",

It has a melting point between 215°C to 219°C and a pKa of 8.47. It is freely soluble in water, in alcohol, and in methanol, sparingly soluble in isopropanol, slightly soluble in chloroform and in methylene chloride, insoluble in n-Hexane. Cyclobenzaprine HCl, USP is designated chemically as 3-(5H-Dibenzo[a,d] cyclohepten-5 ylidene)-N,N-dimethyl-1-propanamine hydrochloride, and has the following structural formula:. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride USP, 5 mg is supplied as a 5 mg tablet for oral administration. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride USP, 7.5 mg is supplied as a 7.5 mg tablet for oral administration. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride USP, 10 mg is supplied as a 10 mg tablet for oral administration. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP 5 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, titanium dioxide and triacetin. "IndicationAndUsage": "Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP are indicated as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Improvement is manifested by relief of muscle spasm and its associated signs and symptoms, namely, pain, tenderness, limitation of motion, and restriction in activities of daily living. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP should be used only for short periods (up to two or three weeks) because adequate evidence of effectiveness for more prolonged use is not available and because muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions is generally of short duration and specific therapy for longer periods is seldom warranted. Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets, USP has not been found effective in the treatment of spasticity associated with cerebral or spinal cord disease, or in children with cerebral palsy.",

It has a melting point between 215°C to 219°C and a pKa of 8.47. It is freely soluble in water, in alcohol, and in methanol, sparingly soluble in isopropanol, slightly soluble in chloroform and in methylene chloride, insoluble in n-Hexane. "IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Extended-Release Oral Tablets are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretions, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine Sulfate Extended-Release Oral Tablets are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a \"drying agent\" in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",
"Description": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Extended-Release Oral Tablets contain 0.375 mg hyoscyamine sulfate in a formulation designed for oral b.i.d. dosage. Hyoscyamine sulfate is one of the principal anticholinergic/antispasmodic components of belladonna alkaloids. The empirical formula is (C17H23NO3)2∙H2SO4∙2H2O and the molecular weight is 712.85. Chemically, it is benzeneacetic acid, α-(hydroxymethyl)-, 8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1] oct-3-yl ester, [3(S)-endo]-, sulfate (2:1), dihydrate with the following structure. Each tablet also contains as inactive ingredients: Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and Microcrystalline Cellulose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "For the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depression is more likely to be alleviated than other depressive states. One to three weeks of treatment may be needed before optimal therapeutic effects are evident.",
"Description": "Imipramine Pamoate Capsules, USP are a tricyclic antidepressant, available as capsules for oral administration. The 75 mg, 100 mg, 125 mg, and 150 mg capsules contain imipramine pamoate, USP equivalent to 75 mg, 100 mg, 125 mg, and 150 mg of imipramine hydrochloride. Imipramine pamoate, USP is 5-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenz[b,f]azepine 4, 4'-methylenebis-(3-hydroxy-2-naphthoate) (2:1), and its structural formula is. (C19H24N2)2●C23H16O6 M.W. = 949.18. Imipramine pamoate, USP is a slightly yellow, crystalline powder. It is soluble in ethanol, in acetone, in ether, in chloroform, and in carbon tetrachloride, and is insoluble in water. Inactive Ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate and talc. Gelatin capsule shells contain FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 100 mg capsules also contain FD&C Yellow No. 10. The 125 mg capsules also contain FD&C Yellow No. 5. In addition to the ingredients listed above, each capsule contains iron oxide used in the black monogramming ink."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bacitracin Zinc and Polymyxin B Sulfate Ophthalmic Ointment is indicated for the topical treatment of superficial infections of the external eye and its adnexa caused by susceptible bacteria. Such infections encompass conjunctivitis, keratitis and keratoconjunctivitis, blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.",
"Description": "Bacitracin Zinc and Polymyxin B Sulfate Ophthalmic Ointment, USP, is a sterile antimicrobial ointment for ophthalmic use. Each gram contains: bacitracin zinc equivalent to 500 bacitracin units, polymyxin B sulfate equivalent to 10,000 polymyxin B units, mineral oil, and white petrolatum. Bacitracin zinc is the zinc salt of bacitracin, a mixture of related cyclic polypeptides (mainly bacitracin A) produced by the growth of an organism of the licheniformis group of Bacillus subtilis var Tracy. It has a potency of not less than 40 bacitracin units per mg. The structural formula for bacitracin A is. Polymyxin B sulfate is the sulfate salt of polymyxin B1 and B2 which are produced by the growth of Bacillus polymyxa (Prazmowski) Migula (Fam. Bacillaceae). It has a potency of not less than 6,000 polymyxin B units per mg, calculated on an anhydrous basis. The structural formulae are."
