"IndicationAndUsage": "Dicyclomine hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of patients with functional bowel/irritable bowel syndrome.",
"Description": "Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent available as. Dicyclomine hydrochloride tablets, USP for oral use containing 20 mg dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP 20 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: Anhydrous Lactose, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, and Microcrystalline Cellulose. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP is [bicyclohexyl]-1-carboxylic acid, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester, hydrochloride, with a molecular formula of C19H35NO2HCl and the following structural formula. Molecular weight: 345.95. Dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP occurs as a fine, white, crystalline, practically odorless powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol and chloroform, and very slightly soluble in ether."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rosuvastatin tablets are indicated: To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular (CV) events (CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or an arterial revascularization procedure) in adults without established coronary heart disease who are at increased risk of CV disease based on age, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) ≥2 mg/L, and at least one additional CV risk factor. As an adjunct to diet to: o Reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia. o Reduce LDL-C and slow the progression of atherosclerosis in adults. o Reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). As an adjunct to other LDL-C-lowering therapies, or alone if such treatments are unavailable, to reduce LDL-C in adults and pediatric patients aged 7 years and older with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). As an adjunct to diet for the treatment of adults with: o Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia. o Hypertriglyceridemia.",
"Description": "Rosuvastatin is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA)-reductase inhibitor. The chemical name for rosuvastatin calcium is (3R, 5S, 6E) -7-[4-(4-Fluorophenyl)-6-(1-methylethyl)-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]-5-pyrimidinyl]-3,5-dihydroxy-6-heptenoic acid calcium salt with the following structural formula:. The molecular formula for rosuvastatin calcium is (C 22H 27FN 3O 6S) 2Ca and the molecular weight is 1,001.14. Rosuvastatin calcium USP is a white or almost white hygroscopic powder that is sparingly soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in water, practically insoluble in anhydrous ethanol. Rosuvastatin tablets USP for oral administration contain 5, 10, 20, or 40 mg of rosuvastatin and the following inactive ingredients: Each tablet contains: crospovidone, FD&C blue #2/indigo carmine aluminum lake, FD&C red #40/allura red AC aluminum lake, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium bicarbonate, talc, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Additionally 5 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #5/tartrazine aluminum lake and 10 mg, 20 mg and 40 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #6/sunset yellow FCF aluminum lake. USP Dissolution test is pending."

"Description": "Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic belonging to a chemical class, the dibenzothiazepine derivatives. The chemical designation is 2-[2-(4-dibenzo [b,f] [1,4]thiazepin-11-yl-1-piperazinyl)ethoxy]-ethanol fumarate (2:1) (salt). It is present in tablets as the fumarate salt. All doses and tablet strengths are expressed as milligrams of base, not as fumarate salt. Its molecular formula is C42H50N6O4S2C4H4O4 and it has a molecular weight of 883.10 (fumarate salt). The structural formula is: 1 ."

"Description": "Dicyclomine hydrochloride is an antispasmodic and anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent available as. Dicyclomine hydrochloride capsules, USP for oral use containing 10 mg dicyclomine hydrochloride, USP. Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 mg capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule shells contain FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Red No.40, gelatin, purified water, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The white monogramming ink contains: ammonium hydroxide, isopropyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, shellac, simethicone, and titanium dioxide. Dicyclomine hydrochloride is [bicyclohexyl]-1-carboxylic acid, 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester, hydrochloride, with a molecular formula of C19H35NO2HCl and the following structural formula. "IndicationAndUsage": "Lithium is a mood-stabilizing agent indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of bipolar I disorder: 1 Treatment of acute manic and mixed episodes in patients 7 years and older [see Clinical Studies (14)], 2 Maintenance treatment in patients 7 years and older [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Each tablet for oral administration contains lithium carbonate USP, 300 mg and the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium starch glycolate. Each capsule for oral administration contains lithium carbonate USP, 150 mg, 300 mg or 600 mg and the following inactive ingredient: talc. The capsule shells contain black monogramming ink, FD&C Red No. 40 (300 mg and 600 mg only), gelatin and titanium dioxide. The black monogramming ink contains ammonium hydroxide, ethanol, iron oxide black, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. Lithium is an element of the alkali-metal group with atomic number 3, atomic weight 6.94, and an emission line at 671 nm on the flame photometer. Lithium Carbonate, USP is a granular, white powder with molecular formula Li2CO3 and molecular weight 73.89."

"Description": "Each tablet for oral administration contains lithium carbonate USP, 300 mg and the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium starch glycolate. Each capsule for oral administration contains lithium carbonate USP, 150 mg, 300 mg or 600 mg and the following inactive ingredient: talc. The capsule shells contain black monogramming ink, FD&C Red No. 40 (300 mg and 600 mg only), gelatin and titanium dioxide. The black monogramming ink contains ammonium hydroxide, ethanol, iron oxide black, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and shellac glaze. Each 5 mL of solution for oral administration contains lithium ion (Li+), 8 mEq (equivalent to amount of lithium in 300 mg of lithium carbonate), alcohol 0.3% v/v and the following other inactive ingredients: citric acid, purified water, raspberry blend, sodium benzoate and sorbitol solution. Lithium Oral Solution is a palatable oral dosage form of lithium ion. It is prepared in solution from lithium hydroxide and citric acid in a ratio approximately di-lithium citrate. Lithium is an element of the alkali-metal group with atomic number 3, atomic weight 6.94, and an emission line at 671 nm on the flame photometer. The empirical formula for Lithium Citrate is C6H5Li3O7; molecular weight 209.93. Lithium acts as an antimanic. Lithium Carbonate, USP is a granular, white powder with molecular formula Li2CO3 and molecular weight 73.89."

"Description": "Dexamethasone Tablets USP are available for oral administration containing either 0.5 mg, 0.75 mg, 1 mg, 1.5 mg, 2 mg, 4 mg or 6 mg of dexamethasone USP. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, starch, sugar, D&C Yellow #10 (0.5 mg and 4 mg), FD&C Blue #1 (0.75 mg and 1.5 mg), FD&C Green #3 (4 mg and 6 mg), FD&C Red #3 (1.5 mg), FD&C Red #40 (1.5 mg), FD&C Yellow #6 (0.5 mg and 4 mg) and Yellow Iron Oxide (1 mg). Dexamethasone Oral Solution USP is formulated for oral administration containing 0.5 mg per 5 mL of dexamethasone USP. The cherry brandy flavored oral solution contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, cherry brandy flavor, disodium edetate, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, sorbitol solution and water. Dexamethasone Oral Solution USP Intensol (Concentrate) is formulated for oral administration containing 1 mg per mL of dexamethasone USP. In addition, the oral solution contains the following inactive ingredients: alcohol 30% v/v, anhydrous citric acid, benzoic acid, disodium edetate, propylene glycol and water. Dexamethasone, a synthetic adrenocortical steroid, is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is stable in air. It is practically insoluble in water. The empirical formula is C22H29FO5. The molecular weight is 392.47. It is designated chemically as 9-fluoro-11β,17,21-trihydroxy-16α-methylpregna-1,4-diene,3,20-dione and the structural formula is."

"Description": "Prednisone is a glucocorticoid. Glucocorticoids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic, which are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. Prednisone, USP is a white to partially white, crystalline powder. It is very slightly soluble in water; slightly soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, and methanol. The chemical name for prednisone is 17,21-dihydroxypregna-1,4-dienne-3,11,20-trione. The structural formula is represented below. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, or 50 mg of prednisone. PredniSONE Oral Solution contains 5 mg prednisone per 5 mL, and PredniSONE IntensolTM Oral Solution (Concentrate) contains 5 mg prednisone per mL. Inactive Ingredients. PredniSONE Tablets, USP contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate and stearic acid (1 mg, 2.5 mg, and 5 mg only). PredniSONE Oral Solution, USP contains alcohol 5% and the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, edetate disodium, fructose, hydrochloric acid, maltol, peppermint oil, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, vanilla flavor and purified water. "IndicationAndUsage": "Clonidine hydrochloride is indicated in the treatment of hypertension. Clonidine hydrochloride may be employed alone or concomitantly with other antihypertensive agents.",
"Description": "Clonidine hydrochloride is a centrally acting alpha-agonist hypotensive agent available as tablets for oral administration in three dosage strengths: 0.1 mg, 0.2 mg and 0.3 mg. The 0.1 mg tablet is equivalent to 0.087 mg of the free base. The inactive ingredients are lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate and FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake. Clonidine hydrochloride 0.1 mg tablets also contain FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake. Clonidine hydrochloride is an imidazoline derivative and exists as a mesomeric compound. The chemical name is 2-(2,6-dichlorophenylamino)-2-imidazoline hydrochloride. The following is the structural formula:. C9H9Cl2N3.HCl Mol Wt. 266.56. Clonidine hydrochloride is an odorless, bitter, white, crystalline substance soluble in water and alcohol."
