"IndicationAndUsage": "Clotrimazole is indicated for the local treatment of oropharyngeal candidiasis. The diagnosis should be confirmed by a KOH smear and/or culture prior to treatment. Clotrimazole is also indicated prophylactically to reduce the incidence of oropharyngeal candidiasis in patients immunocompromised by conditions that include chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or steroid therapy utilized in the treatment of leukemia, solid tumors, or renal transplantation. There are no data from adequate and well-controlled trials to establish the safety and efficacy of this product for prophylactic use in patients immunocompromised by etiologies other than those listed in the previous sentence. "IndicationAndUsage": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor indicated for. Colorectal Cancer: 1 adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage III colon cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.1), 2 perioperative treatment of adults with locally advanced rectal cancer as a component of chemoradiotherapy. (1.1), 3 treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen. (1.1) .",
"Description": "Capecitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. The chemical name is carbamic acid, [1-(5-deoxy-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-5-fluoro-1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-4-pyrimidinyl]-pentyl ester and has a molecular formula of C15H22FN3O6 and a molecular weight of 359.35. Capecitabine has the following structural formula. Capecitabine, USP is a white to off-white powder that is sparingly soluble in water. Capecitabine Tablets, USP are supplied as pink to speckled pink, film-coated, modified oval tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains either 150 mg or 500 mg capecitabine, USP. The inactive ingredients in Capecitabine Tablets, USP include: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and silicified microcrystalline cellulose. In addition to the ingredients listed above, each tablet contains Opadry II (Pink). Opadry II (Pink) contains FD&C Blue #2 Indigo Carmine Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red #40 Allura Red AC Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow #6 Sunset Yellow FCF Aluminum Lake, hypromellose, macrogol, polydextrose, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

"Description": "Rufinamide is a triazole derivative structurally unrelated to currently marketed antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). Rufinamide has the chemical name 1-[(2,6-difluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4 carboxamide. It has an empirical formula of C10H8F2N4O and a molecular weight of 238.20. The drug substance is a white crystalline powder. Rufinamide is practically insoluble in water, slightly soluble in tetrahydrofuran and in methanol, and very slightly soluble in ethanol and in acetonitrile. : 1 ."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Icosapent ethyl is indicated: 1 as an adjunct to diet to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adult patients with severe (≥500 mg/dL) hypertriglyceridemia. .",
"Description": "Icosapent ethyl, a lipid-regulating agent, is supplied as a 0.5 gram and 1 gram, liquid-filled soft gelatin capsule for oral administration. Each icosapent ethyl capsule contains either 0.5 grams of icosapent ethyl or 1 gram of icosapent ethyl. Icosapent ethyl is an ethyl ester of the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). The empirical formula of icosapent ethyl is C22H34O2 and the molecular weight is 330.5. The chemical name for icosapent ethyl is ethyl all-cis-5,8,11,14,17-icosapentaenoate with the following chemical structure. Each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, sorbitol, sorbitan and tocopherol. The monogramming ink ingredients contain: ammonium hydroxide, iron oxide black, isopropyl alcohol, macrogol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, propylene glycol, purified water and SDA alcohol (ethanol and ethyl acetate)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Deferiprone tablets are indicated for the treatment of transfusional iron overload in adult patients with thalassemia syndromes when current chelation therapy is inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Safety and effectiveness have not been established for the treatment of transfusional iron overload in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome or in patients with Diamond Blackfan anemia.",
"Description": "Deferiprone tablets contain 1,000 mg deferiprone (3-hydroxy-1,2-dimethylpyridin-4-one), a synthetic, orally active, iron-chelating agent. The molecular formula for deferiprone is C7H9NO2 and its molecular weight is 139.15 g/mol. Deferiprone has the following structural formula. Deferiprone is a white crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in deionized water and has a melting point range of 271°C - 273°C. Deferiprone Tablets (three times a day), 1,000 mg. Deferiprone tablets, 1,000 mg are white to off-white, modified capsule shaped, biconvex, film coated tablet, debossed with 54 [score] 23 on one side and plain on the other. The tablets can be broken in half along the score line. Each tablet contains 1,000 mg deferiprone and the following inactive ingredients: Tablet core: methylcellulose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate; Coating: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets are indicated to reduce blood phenylalanine (Phe) levels in adult and pediatric patients one month of age and older with hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA) due to tetrahydrobiopterin- (BH4-) responsive Phenylketonuria (PKU). Sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets are to be used in conjunction with a Phe- restricted diet.",
"Description": "Sapropterin dihydrochloride is an orally administered Phenylalanine Hydroxylase activator (or PAH activator). Sapropterin dihydrochloride, the active pharmaceutical ingredient in sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets, is a synthetic preparation of the dihydrochloride salt of naturally occurring tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4). Sapropterin dihydrochloride is an off-white to light yellow powder. The chemical name of sapropterin dihydrochloride is (6R)-2-amino-6[(3R,2S)-dihydroxypropyl]-4-oxo-5,6,7,8-. tetrahydropteridine dihydrochloride and the molecular formula is C9H15N5O3·2HCl with a molecular weight of 314.17. Sapropterin dihydrochloride has the following structural formula. Sapropterin dihydrochloride is supplied as tablets containing 100 mg of sapropterin dihydrochloride (equivalent to 77 mg of sapropterin base). Tablets are off white to light yellow, mottled, round shaped tablets debossed with “ZS” on one side and plain on other side. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Ascorbic acid, crospovidone, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, mannitol, riboflavin, and sodium stearyl fumarate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxymorphone hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the management of acute pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including oxymorphone hydrochloride tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

Use of other sympathomimetic drugs for weight loss has been associated with serious cardiovascular adverse events. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, and 70 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, 34.7 mg, and 40.5 mg of lisdexamfetamine) and the following inactive ingredients: ammonium hydroxide, calcium phosphate, gelatin, iron oxide black, isopropyl alcohol, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, shellac glaze, sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 10 mg capsule also contains FD&C red #40. The 20 mg capsule also contains yellow iron oxide. The 30 mg capsule also contains FD&C yellow #6.
