"IndicationAndUsage": "ZITHROMAX is a macrolide antibacterial drug indicated for treatment of patients with mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below: 1 Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults (1.1), 2 Acute bacterial sinusitis in adults (1.1), 3 Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections in adults (1.1), 4 Urethritis and cervicitis in adults (1.1), 5 Genital ulcer disease in men (1.1), 6 Acute otitis media in pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) (1.2), 7 Community-acquired pneumonia in adults and pediatric patients (6 months of age and older) (1.1, 1.2), 8 Pharyngitis/tonsillitis in adults and pediatric patients (2 years of age and older) (1.1, 1.2).",
"Description": "ZITHROMAX (azithromycin tablets, USP and azithromycin for oral suspension, USP) contain the active ingredient azithromycin, a macrolide antibacterial drug, for oral administration. Azithromycin has the chemical name (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy-3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranosyl) oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12,14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3(dimethylamino-)-β-D-xylohexopyranosyl-]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15 one. Azithromycin is derived from erythromycin; however, it differs chemically from erythromycin in that a -methyl substituted- nitrogen atom is incorporated into the lactone ring. Its molecular formula is C38H72N2O12, and its molecular weight is 749.00. Azithromycin has the following structural formula. Azithromycin, as the dihydrate, is a white crystalline powder with a molecular formula of C38H72N2O12∙2H2O and a molecular weight of 785.0. ZITHROMAX tablets (azithromycin tablets, USP) is supplied as tablets containing azithromycin dihydrate equivalent to either 250 mg or 500 mg azithromycin and the following inactive ingredients: D&C Red #30 aluminum lake, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, hypromellose, lactose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, sodium croscarmellose, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, and triacetin. ZITHROMAX for oral suspension (azithromycin for oral suspension, USP) is supplied in bottles containing azithromycin dihydrate powder equivalent to 300 mg, 600 mg, 900 mg, or 1200 mg azithromycin per bottle and the following inactive ingredients: FD&C Red#40, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium phosphate tribasic anhydrous, sucrose, xanthan gum, and spray dried artificial banana, cherry, and creme de vanilla flavors. After constitution, each 5 mL of suspension contains 100 mg or 200 mg of azithromycin."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Doxorubicin Hydrochloride Injection is an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor indicated: 1 as a component of multi-agent adjuvant chemotherapy for treatment of women with axillary lymph node involvement following resection of primary breast cancer (1.1), 2 for the treatment of: acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloblastic leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, metastatic breast cancer, metastatic Wilms' tumor, metastatic neuroblastoma, metastatic soft tissue sarcoma, metastatic bone sarcomas, metastatic ovarian carcinoma, metastatic transitional cell bladder carcinoma, metastatic thyroid carcinoma, metastatic gastric carcinoma, metastatic bronchogenic carcinoma (1.2).",

The chemical name of doxorubicin hydrochloride is 5,12-Naphthacenedione, 10-[(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,8,11-trihydroxy-8-(hydroxylacetyl)-1-methoxy-, hydrochloride (8S-cis)-. The chemical structure of doxorubicin hydrochloride is. Doxorubicin Hydrochloride Injection, for intravenous use is a clear red, sterile, isotonic aqueous solution provided in vials containing 10 mg/5 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 9.37 mg of doxorubicin free base), 20 mg/10 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 18.74 mg of doxorubicin free base), 50 mg/25 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 46.86 mg of doxorubicin free base), 150 mg/75 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (140.58 mg of doxorubicin free base), or 200 mg/100 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 187.4 mg of doxorubicin free base). The drug product has demonstrated inherent antimicrobial activity suitable for a multiple dose presentation. Each milliliter of solution contains 2 mg of doxorubicin hydrochloride and 9 mg of sodium chloride. The pH of the solution is adjusted to 3.0 with hydrochloric acid, USP."

The chemical name of doxorubicin hydrochloride is 5,12-Naphthacenedione, 10-[(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,8,11-trihydroxy-8-(hydroxylacetyl)-1-methoxy-, hydrochloride (8S-cis)-. The chemical structure of doxorubicin hydrochloride is. Doxorubicin Hydrochloride Injection, for intravenous use is a clear red, sterile, isotonic aqueous solution provided in vials containing 10 mg/5 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 9.37 mg of doxorubicin free base), 20 mg/10 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 18.74 mg of doxorubicin free base), 50 mg/25 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 46.86 mg of doxorubicin free base), 150 mg/75 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (140.58 mg of doxorubicin free base), or 200 mg/100 mL doxorubicin hydrochloride (equivalent to 187.4 mg of doxorubicin free base). The drug product has demonstrated inherent antimicrobial activity suitable for a multiple dose presentation. Each milliliter of solution contains 2 mg of doxorubicin hydrochloride and 9 mg of sodium chloride. The pH of the solution is adjusted to 3.0 with hydrochloric acid, USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Rasagiline tablets are indicated for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease (PD).",
"Description": "Rasagiline tablets contain rasagiline (as the mesylate), a propargylamine-based drug indicated for the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease. Rasagiline mesylate is designated chemically as: 1H-Inden-1-amine, 2, 3-dihydro-N-2-propynyl-, (1R)-, methanesulfonate. The empirical formula of rasagiline mesylate is C12H13NCH4SO3 and its molecular weight is 267.34. Its structural formula is. Rasagiline mesylate is a white to off-white powder, freely soluble in water or ethanol and sparingly soluble in isopropanol. Each rasagiline tablet for oral administration contains 0.5 mg or 1 mg of rasagiline (equivalent to 0.78 mg or 1.56 mg of rasagiline mesylate). Each rasagiline tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: mannitol, starch, pregelatinized starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, and talc."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules, a CNS stimulant, is indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and pediatric patients 6 years and older. (1). Limitations of Use. The use of dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules are not recommended in pediatric patients younger than 6 years of age because they had higher plasma exposure and a higher incidence of adverse reactions (e.g., weight loss) than patients 6 years and older at the same dosage. (5.5, 8.4).",
"Description": "Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules contain mixed salts of a single-entity amphetamine, a CNS stimulant. Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules contain equal amounts (by weight) of four salts: dextroamphetamine sulfate USP, amphetamine sulfate USP, dextroamphetamine saccharate and amphetamine (D, L)-aspartate monohydrate. This results in a 3.1:1 mixture of dextro- to levo-amphetamine base equivalent. The 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 25 mg and 30 mg strength extended-release capsules are for oral administration. Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules contain two types of drug-containing beads (immediate-release and delayed-release) which prolong the release of amphetamine compared to the dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate (immediate-release) tablet formulation. Each capsule contains. Inactive Ingredients and Colors. The inactive ingredients and colors in dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, dextroamphetamine sulfate, amphetamine sulfate extended-release capsules include: ammonio methacrylate copolymer NF, type A and type B, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sucrose, corn starch, talc, and triethyl citrate. The 5 mg capsule shell contains: FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. The 10 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 15 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide. The 20 mg capsule shell contains: FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 25 mg capsule shell contains: D&C Yellow #10, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The 30 mg capsule shell contains: gelatin, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and yellow iron oxide.
