"Description": "Pegfilgrastim-apgf is a covalent conjugate of recombinant methionyl human G-CSF and monomethoxypolyethylene glycol. Recombinant methionyl human G-CSF is a water-soluble 175 amino acid protein with a molecular weight of approximately 19 kilodaltons (kD). Recombinant methionyl human G-CSF is obtained from the bacterial fermentation of a strain of E. coli transformed with a genetically engineered plasmid containing the human G-CSF gene. To produce pegfilgrastim-apgf, a 20 kD monomethoxypolyethylene glycol molecule is covalently bound to the N-terminal methionyl residue of recombinant methionyl human G-CSF. The average molecular weight of pegfilgrastim-apgf is approximately 39 kD. NYVEPRIA for manual subcutaneous injection is supplied in 0.6 mL prefilled syringes. The prefilled syringe does not bear graduation marks and is designed to deliver the entire contents of the syringe (6 mg/0.6 mL). The delivered 0.6 mL dose from the prefilled syringe for manual subcutaneous injection contains 6 mg pegfilgrastim-apgf (based on protein weight) in a sterile, clear, colorless, preservative-free solution (pH 4.0) containing acetate (0.35 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.02 mg), sodium (0.01 mg), and sorbitol (30 mg) in Water for Injection, USP."

"IndicationAndUsage": "PENBRAYA is indicated for active immunization to prevent invasive disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, B, C, W, and Y. PENBRAYA is approved for use in individuals 10 through 25 years of age.",
"Description": "PENBRAYA (Meningococcal Groups A, B, C, W, and Y Vaccine) is a suspension for intramuscular injection. PENBRAYA is supplied as a sterile Lyophilized MenACWY Component to be reconstituted with the sterile MenB Component. The Lyophilized MenACWY Component consists of N. meningitidis serogroups A, C, W, and Y polysaccharides individually conjugated to TT. The polysaccharide for each group is grown in media containing dextrose, salt, and yeast extract, then purified by precipitation and filtration. The TT is produced by fermentation of Clostridium tetani in dextrose, salts, and tryptone N1 peptone followed by formalin detoxification, then purified by a series of physicochemical steps. The serogroups A and C polysaccharides are individually microfluidized, activated with 1-cyano-4(dimethylamino)-pyridinium tetrafluoroborate (CDAP), derivatized with adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH), and then conjugated with TT in the presence of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide) (EDAC). The serogroups W and Y polysaccharides are individually microfluidized, activated with CDAP, and then conjugated with TT. The conjugates are purified by a series of physicochemical steps then sterile filtered. Trometamol/sucrose buffer is added, and the MenACWY-TT solution is lyophilized. The MenB Component is a sterile suspension composed of 2 recombinant lipidated factor H binding protein (fHbp) variants from N. meningitidis serogroup B, 1 from fHbp subfamily A and 1 from fHbp subfamily B (A05 and B01, respectively). The proteins are individually produced in Escherichia coli. Production strains are grown to a specific density in chemically defined fermentation growth media without antibiotics or animal-derived components. The recombinant proteins are extracted from the production strains and purified through a series of column chromatography steps. Polysorbate 80 (PS80) is added and is present in the MenB Component. Each approximately 0.5 mL dose of PENBRAYA contains N. meningitidis serogroup A, C, W, and Y polysaccharide (5 mcg each; 20 mcg total) conjugated to tetanus toxoid (44 mcg tetanus toxoid), 2 recombinant lipidated factor H binding protein variants from N. meningitidis serogroup B (60 mcg each; total of 120 mcg protein), L-histidine (0.78 mg) , trometamol (0.097 mg), sucrose (28 mg), aluminum phosphate (0.25 mg aluminum), sodium chloride (4.65 mg), and PS80 80 (0.018 mg) at pH 6.0. PENBRAYA does not contain any preservatives."

"Description": "Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. PANZYGA is a solution for infusion to be administered intravenously. This preparation contains approximately 100 mg of protein per mL (10%), of which not less than 96% is normal human immunoglobulin G. PANZYGA contains not more than 3% aggregates, not less than 94% monomers and dimers, and not more than 4% fragments. On average, the product contains 100 µg/mL of IgA, and lower amounts of IgM. PANZYGA contains only trace amounts of sodium, and the pH is between 4.5 and 5.0. The osmolality is in the range of 240-310 mosmol/kg. The manufacturing process for PANZYGA isolates IgG without additional chemical or enzymatic modification, and the Fc portion is maintained intact. PANZYGA contains the IgG antibody activities present in the donor population. IgG subclasses are fully represented with the following approximate percents of total IgG: IgG 1 is 65%, IgG 2 is 28%, IgG 3 is 3% and IgG 4 is 4%. PANZYGA contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents that are capable of opsonization and neutralization of microbes and toxins. PANZYGA contains glycine (15.0-19.5 mg/mL), but no preservatives or sucrose. All units of human plasma used in the manufacture of PANZYGA are provided by FDA-approved blood and plasma establishments, and are tested by FDA-licensed serological tests for HBsAg, antibodies to HCV and HIV and Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) for HCV and HIV1 and found to be non-reactive (negative). The product is manufactured by the cold ethanol fractionation process followed by purification methodologies, as well as S/D treatment and nanofiltration (20 nm). The S/D mixture used is composed of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TNBP, solvent) and Triton X-100 (Octoxynol, detergent). The PANZYGA manufacturing process shows significant viral reduction and inactivation, demonstrated by in vitro infectivity studies ( Table 4 ). The virus safety of PANZYGA is achieved through a combination of various process steps, including S/D treatment, ion-exchange chromatography, and nanofiltration (20 nm). Table 4 shows the virus clearance during the manufacturing process for PANZYGA, expressed as the mean log 10 reduction factor (LRF). Table 4: Virus Reduction by PANZYGA Manufacturing Process. HIV-1: Human Immunodeficiency Virus – 1, a model for HIV-1 and HIV-2;. PRV: Pseudorabies Virus, a model for large enveloped DNA viruses (e.g., herpes virus);. BVDV: Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus, a model for e.g., Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and West-Nile virus (WNV);. MEV: Mouse Encephalomyelitis virus, a model for Hepatitis A virus (HAV);. PPV: Porcine Parvovirus, a model for Human Parvovirus B19;. n.a.: not applicable;. n.d: not done. Additionally, the manufacturing process was investigated for its capacity to decrease the infectivity of an experimental agent of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE), considered as a model for the vCJD and CJD agents. [ 10 ]. Several of the individual production steps in the PANZYGA manufacturing process were shown to decrease TSE infectivity of that experimental model agent. TSE reduction steps include ion-exchange chromatography and nanofiltration, which together give a total of at least 10.4 log10 decrease of infectivity. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed."

<IndicationAndUsage>PENBRAYA is indicated for active immunization to prevent invasive disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, B, C, W, and Y. PENBRAYA is approved for use in individuals 10 through 25 years of age.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>PENBRAYA (Meningococcal Groups A, B, C, W, and Y Vaccine) is a suspension for intramuscular injection. <Description>Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. These studies provide reasonable assurance that low levels of CJD/vCJD agent infectivity, if present in the starting material, would be removed.</Description>

<Description>Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), PANZYGA, is a solvent/detergent (S/D)-treated, sterile preparation of highly purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma.
