Each multiple-dose vial of TRAZIMERA delivers 420 mg trastuzumab-qyyp, 7.9 mg L-histidine, 9.5 mg L-histidine HCl monohydrate, 1.7 mg polysorbate 20, and 386 mg sucrose. Reconstitution with 20 mL of the appropriate diluent (BWFI or SWFI) yields a solution containing 21 mg/mL trastuzumab-qyyp that delivers 20 mL (420 mg trastuzumab-qyyp), at a pH of approximately 6. If TRAZIMERA is reconstituted with SWFI without preservative, the reconstituted solution is considered single-dose. Each single-dose vial of TRAZIMERA delivers 150 mg trastuzumab-qyyp, 2.8 mg L-histidine, 3.4 mg L-histidine HCl monohydrate, 0.6 mg polysorbate 20, and 138 mg sucrose. Reconstitution with 7.4 mL of SWFI yields a solution containing 21 mg/mL trastuzumab-qyyp that delivers 7.15 mL (150 mg trastuzumab-qyyp), at a pH of approximately 6."

When prescribed solely for the treatment of symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy, topical vaginal products should be considered. 3. Treatment of hypoestrogenism due to hypogonadism, castration or primary ovarian failure. 4. Treatment of breast cancer (for palliation only) in appropriately selected women and men with metastatic disease. 5. Treatment of advanced androgen-dependent carcinoma of the prostate (for palliation only). 6. Prevention of osteoporosis. When prescribing solely for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis, therapy should only be considered for women at significant risk of osteoporosis and for whom non-estrogen medications are not considered to be appropriate (See CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, Clinical Studies.). The mainstays for decreasing the risk of postmenopausal osteoporosis are weight bearing exercise, adequate calcium and vitamin D intake, and when indicated, pharmacologic therapy. Postmenopausal women require an average of 1500 mg/day of elemental calcium. Therefore, when not contraindicated, calcium supplementation may be helpful for women with suboptimal dietary intake. Vitamin D supplementation of 400 to 800 IU/day may also be required to ensure adequate daily intake in postmenopausal women.",

<IndicationAndUsage>ABRYSVO is a vaccine indicated for: 1 Active immunization of pregnant individuals at 32 through 36 weeks gestational age for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) and severe LRTD caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in infants from birth through 6 months of age. (1.1), 2 Active immunization for the prevention of LRTD caused by RSV in individuals 60 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Active immunization for the prevention of LRTD caused by RSV in individuals 18 through 59 years of age who are at increased risk for LRTD caused by RSV. (1.3).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>ABRYSVO (Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine) is a sterile solution for intramuscular use. The vaccine is supplied as a vial of Lyophilized Antigen Component that is reconstituted at the time of use with a Sterile Water Diluent Component. The antigen component contains recombinant RSV preF A and RSV preF B. The RSV preF A and RSV preF B recombinant proteins are expressed in genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary cell lines grown in suspension culture using chemically-defined media, without antibiotics or animal-derived components. The recombinant proteins are purified through a series of column chromatography and filtration steps followed by formulation, filling into vials, and lyophilization. After reconstitution, a single dose of ABRYSVO is formulated to contain 120 mcg of RSV stabilized prefusion F proteins (60 mcg RSV preF A and 60 mcg RSV preF B) per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO also contains the following buffer ingredients: 0.11 mg tromethamine, 1.04 mg tromethamine hydrochloride, 11.3 mg sucrose, 22.5 mg mannitol, 0.08 mg polysorbate 80, and 1.1 mg sodium chloride per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO is a sterile, clear, and colorless solution. ABRYSVO contains no preservatives. Each dose may also contain residual amounts of host cell proteins (≤0.1% w/w) and DNA (<0.4 ng/mg of total protein) from the manufacturing process. The Act-O-Vial stoppers, vial stoppers and tip cap and rubber plunger of the prefilled syringe are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Estradiol tablets are indicated in the. 1. Treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with the menopause. 2. Treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy associated with the menopause. Vitamin D supplementation of 400 to 800 IU/day may also be required to ensure adequate daily intake in postmenopausal women.</IndicationAndUsage>
