"IndicationAndUsage": "Allergenic extracts are indicated for use in diagnostic testing and as part of a treatment regime for allergic disease, as established by allergy history and skin test reactivity. Allergenic extracts are indicated for the treatment of allergen specific allergic disease for use as hyposensitization or immunotherapy when avoidance of specific allergens can not be attained. The use of allergenic extracts for therapeutic purpose has been established by well-controlled clinical studies. Allergenic extracts may be used as adjunctive therapy along with pharmacotherapy which includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and cromoglycate, and avoidance measures. Allergenic extracts for therapeutic use should be given using only the allergen selection to which the patient is allergic, has a history of exposure and are likely to be exposed to again.",
"Description": "Allergenic extracts are sterile solutions consisting of the extractable components from various biological sources including pollens, inhalants, molds, animal epidermals and insects. Aqueous extracts are prepared using cocas fluid containing NaCl 0.5%, NaHCO3 0.0275%, WFI, preservative 0.4% Phenol. Glycerinated allergenic extracts are prepared with cocas fluid and glycerin to produce a 50% (v/v) allergenic extract. Allergenic Extracts are supplied as concentrations designated as protein nitrogen units (PNU) or weight/volume (w/v) ratio. Standardized extracts are designated in Bioequivalent Allergy Units (BAU) or Allergy Units (AU). (See product insert for standardized extracts). For diagnostic purposes, allergenic extracts are to be administered by prick-puncture or intradermal routes. Allergenic extracts are administered subcutaneously for immunotherapy injections."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution is indicated for the temporary relief of coughs and upper respiratory symptoms associated with allergy or the common cold in patients 18 years of age and older. Important Limitations of Use: 1 Not indicated for pediatric patients under 18 years of age [see Use in Specific Populations (8.4)]., 2 Contraindicated in pediatric patients under 12 years of age [see Contraindications (4), Use in Specific Populations (8.4)]., 3 Contraindicated in pediatric patients 12 to 18 years of age after tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy [see Contraindications (4), Use in Specific Populations (8.4)]., 4 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution for use in adult patients for whom the benefits of cough suppression are expected to outweigh the risks, and in whom an adequate assessment of the etiology of the cough has been made.",
"Description": "Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution contains codeine, an opioid agonist, and promethazine, a phenothiazine. Each 5 mL of Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution contains 10 mg of codeine phosphate and 6.25 mg of promethazine hydrochloride for oral administration. Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution has a pH between 4.8 and 5.4 and contains alcohol 8% (v/v). Promethazine HCl and Codeine Phosphate Oral Solution also contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, ascorbic acid, D&C Red # 33, edetate disodium, FD&C Blue #1, methylparaben, peach-mint flavor, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate anhydrous, sodium metabisulfite, sucrose. Codeine Phosphate. The chemical name for codeine phosphate is 7,8-Didehydro-4, 5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1) (salt) hemihydrate. Codeine is one of the naturally occurring phenanthrene alkaloids of opium derived from the opium poppy, it is classified pharmacologically as a narcotic analgesic. The phosphate salt of codeine occurs as white, needle-shaped crystals or white crystalline powder. Codeine phosphate is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. The molecular weight is 406.37. Its molecular formula is C18H21NO3H3PO4 ½ H2O, and it has the following chemical structure. Promethazine Hydrochloride. The chemical name for promethazine hydrochloride, a phenothiazine derivative, is (±)-10-[2- (Dimethylamino)propyl] phenothiazine monohydrochloride. Promethazine hydrochloride occurs as a white to faint yellow, practically odorless, crystalline powder which slowly oxidizes and turns blue on prolonged exposure to air. It is soluble in water and freely soluble in alcohol. The molecular weight is 320.88. Its molecular formula is C17H20N2SHCl, and it has the following chemical structure."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HUMIRA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) (1.1): reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active RA. , 2 Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) (1.2): reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular JIA in patients 2 years of age and older. , 3 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) (1.3): reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active PsA. , 4 Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) (1.4): reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active AS. , 5 Crohn’s Disease (CD) (1.5): treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. , 6 Ulcerative Colitis (UC) (1.6): treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adults and pediatric patients 5 years of age and older.Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers., 7 Plaque Psoriasis (Ps) (1.7): treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. , 8 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) (1.8): treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in patients 12 years of age and older. , 9 Uveitis (UV) (1.9): treatment of non-infectious intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. .",
"Description": "Adalimumab is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HUMIRA (adalimumab) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen), as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe, or as a single-dose institutional use vial. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HUMIRA is clear and colorless, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (80 mg), mannitol (33.6 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (40 mg), mannitol (16.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "DECNUPAZ is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN).",
"Description": "Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy is a CD123-directed antibody and alkylating agent conjugate created by conjugating the IgG1 monoclonal antibody G4723A to the DGN549C linker-payload. The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) contains approximately two DGN549C molecules sulfonated prior to conjugation and bound to the heavy chains (HC) of the G4723A antibody. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy has an approximate molecular weight of 148 kDa. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy is produced by site directed chemical conjugation of the antibody and small molecule components. The antibody is produced by mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cells, and the small molecule components are produced by chemical synthesis. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy has the following structure:. DECNUPAZ (pivekimab sunirine-pvzy) for injection is a sterile, lyophilized cake in a single-dose vial for reconstitution and dilution. DECNUPAZ is supplied as 2 mg per vial and requires reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP (1.1 mL) to obtain a concentration of 2 mg/mL. Following reconstitution, each mL delivers 2 mg of pivekimab sunirine-pvzy, methionine (0.45 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.1 mg), sodium hydroxide (0.2 mg), sodium metabisulfite (0.0048 mg), succinic acid (1.2 mg), trehalose (71.7 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection. The pH is 4.2."
