"IndicationAndUsage": "SKYRIZI is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. "Description": "Risankizumab-rzaa, an interleukin-23 (IL-23) antagonist, is a humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody. Risankizumab-rzaa is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese hamster ovary cells and has an approximate molecular weight of 149 kDa. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 55 mg/0.37 mL prefilled syringe for subcutaneous use. Each SKYRIZI prefilled syringe contains a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to yellow, and clear to slightly opalescent solution. Each syringe delivers 55 mg of risankizumab-rzaa and the inactive ingredients glacial acetic acid (0.02 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.07 mg), sodium acetate (0.28 mg), trehalose (23.4 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is 5.7. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 90 mg/mL prefilled syringe for subcutaneous use. Each SKYRIZI prefilled syringe contains a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to slightly yellow, and clear to slightly opalescent solution. Each syringe delivers 90 mg of risankizumab-rzaa, and inactive ingredients polysorbate 20 (0.2 mg), sodium succinate (0.63 mg), sorbitol (41 mg), succinic acid (0.059 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is 6.2. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 150 mg/mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen for subcutaneous use. Each SKYRIZI prefilled pen or prefilled syringe contains a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to yellow, and clear to slightly opalescent solution. Each syringe and pen delivers 150 mg of risankizumab-rzaa and the inactive ingredients glacial acetic acid (0.054 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.2 mg), sodium acetate (0.75 mg), trehalose (63.33 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is 5.7. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 180 mg/1.2 mL prefilled syringe for subcutaneous use. SKYRIZI (risankizumab-rzaa) injection 600 mg/10 mL (60 mg/mL) is a sterile, preservative-free, colorless to slightly yellow, and clear to slightly opalescent solution in a 10 mL single-dose vial. Each 10 mL single-dose vial contains 600 mg of risankizumab-rzaa, and the inactive ingredients glacial acetic acid (0.54 mg), polysorbate 20 (2 mg), sodium acetate (7.5 mg), trehalose (633.3 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is 5.7."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Spironolactone tablets are indicated in the management of. Primary Hyperaldosteronism for. Establishing the diagnosis of primary hyperaldosteronism by therapeutic trial. Short-term preoperative treatment of patients with primary hyperaldosteronism. Long-term maintenance therapy for patients with discrete aldosterone-producing adrenal adenomas who are judged to be poor operative risks or who decline surgery. Long-term maintenance therapy for patients with bilateral micro or macronodular adrenal hyperplasia (idiopathic hyperaldosteronism). Edematous Conditions for Patients with. Congestive Heart Failure: For the management of edema and sodium retention when the patient is only partially responsive to, or is intolerant of, other therapeutic measures. Spironolactone tablets are also indicated for patients with congestive heart failure taking digitalis when other therapies are considered inappropriate. Cirrhosis of the Liver Accompanied by Edema and/or Ascites: Spironolactone levels may be exceptionally high in this condition. Spironolactone tablets are indicated for maintenance therapy together with bed rest and the restriction of fluid and sodium. Nephrotic Syndrome: For nephrotic patients when treatment of the underlying disease, restriction of fluid and sodium intake, and the use of other diuretics do not provide an adequate response.",
"Description": "Spironolactone tablets USP, for oral administration contain 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg of the aldosterone antagonist spironolactone, 17-hydroxy-7α - mercapto-3-oxo-17α -pregn-4-ene-21-carboxylic acid (-lactone acetate. The molecular formula is C24H3204S and is represented by the following structural formula. Spironolactone is practically insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, and freely soluble in benzene and in chloroform. Inactive ingredients include calcium sulfate, corn starch, crospovidone, dextrose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, natural peppermint flavor, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, triacetin."

"Description": "Adalimumab is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HUMIRA (adalimumab) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen), as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe, or as a single-dose institutional use vial. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HUMIRA is clear and colorless, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. "IndicationAndUsage": "DECNUPAZ is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN).",
"Description": "Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy is a CD123-directed antibody and alkylating agent conjugate created by conjugating the IgG1 monoclonal antibody G4723A to the DGN549C linker-payload. The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) contains approximately two DGN549C molecules sulfonated prior to conjugation and bound to the heavy chains (HC) of the G4723A antibody. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy has an approximate molecular weight of 148 kDa. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy is produced by site directed chemical conjugation of the antibody and small molecule components. The antibody is produced by mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cells, and the small molecule components are produced by chemical synthesis. Pivekimab sunirine-pvzy has the following structure:. DECNUPAZ (pivekimab sunirine-pvzy) for injection is a sterile, lyophilized cake in a single-dose vial for reconstitution and dilution. DECNUPAZ is supplied as 2 mg per vial and requires reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP (1.1 mL) to obtain a concentration of 2 mg/mL. Following reconstitution, each mL delivers 2 mg of pivekimab sunirine-pvzy, methionine (0.45 mg), polysorbate 20 (0.1 mg), sodium hydroxide (0.2 mg), sodium metabisulfite (0.0048 mg), succinic acid (1.2 mg), trehalose (71.7 mg), and Sterile Water for Injection. The pH is 4.2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HUMIRA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1) , 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HUMIRA (adalimumab) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen) or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HUMIRA is clear and colorless, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (80 mg), mannitol (33.6 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), and Water for Injection, USP.
