"IndicationAndUsage": "CIPRODEX® is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible isolates of the designated microorganisms in the specific conditions listed below: : 1 Acute Otitis Media (AOM) in pediatric patients (age 6 months and older) with tympanostomy tubes due to Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa., 2 Acute Otitis Externa (AOE) in pediatric (age 6 months and older), adult and elderly patients due to Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.",
"Description": "CIPRODEX (ciprofloxacin 0.3% and dexamethasone 0.1%) Sterile Otic Suspension contains the quinolone antimicrobial, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, combined with the corticosteroid, dexamethasone, in a sterile, preserved suspension for otic use. Each mL of CIPRODEX contains ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (equivalent to 3 mg ciprofloxacin base), 1 mg dexamethasone, and 0.1 mg benzalkonium chloride as a preservative. The inactive ingredients are acetic acid, boric acid, edetate disodium, hydroxyethyl cellulose, purified water, sodium acetate, sodium chloride, and tyloxapol. Sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid may be added for adjustment of pH. Ciprofloxacin, a quinolone antimicrobial is available as the monohydrochloride monohydrate salt of 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-3-quinoline carboxylic acid. The empirical formula is C17H18FN3O3·HCl·H2O. The molecular weight is 385.82 g/mol and the structural formula is. Figure 1: Structure of Ciprofloxacin. "IndicationAndUsage": "CARDIZEM CD is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications. CARDIZEM CD is indicated for the management of chronic stable angina and angina due to coronary artery spasm.",
"Description": "CARDIZEM® CD (diltiazem hydrochloride) is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker or calcium antagonist). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is. Diltiazem hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It is soluble in water, methanol, and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 450.98. CARDIZEM CD is formulated as a once-a-day extended-release capsule containing 120 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 110.3 mg diltiazem), 180 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 165.45 mg diltiazem), 240 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 220.6 mg diltiazem), 300 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 275.75 mg diltiazem), or 360 mg diltiazem hydrochloride (equivalent to 330.9 mg diltiazem). Capsules also contain: black iron oxide (300 mg), FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate copolymer, polysorbate, povidone, simethicone emulsion, sucrose stearate, talc, and titanium dioxide. For oral administration."

Levodopa USP, an aromatic amino acid, is a white to off-white, crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in 3 N hydrochloric acid and insoluble in alcohol, with a molecular weight of 197.2. Carbidopa, levodopa and entacapone tablets 18.75 mg/75 mg/200 mg: 18.75 mg of carbidopa USP, 75 mg of levodopa USP and 200 mg of entacapone USP. Carbidopa, levodopa and entacapone tablets 25 mg/100 mg/200 mg: 25 mg of carbidopa USP, 100 mg of levodopa USP and 200 mg of entacapone USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "Carbidopa, levodopa and entacapone tablets are indicated for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Carbidopa, levodopa and entacapone tablets can be used: To substitute (with equivalent strengths of each of the three components) carbidopa/levodopa and entacapone previously administered as individual products. To replace carbidopa/levodopa therapy (without entacapone) when patients experience the signs and symptoms of end-of-dose “wearing-off” and when they have been taking a total daily dose of levodopa of 600 mg or less and have not been experiencing dyskinesias.",

In addition to the active ingredient, each capsule contains pregelatinized starch, talc, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, and sodium stearyl fumarate.The 30 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, water and iron oxide yellow. The 45 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, water and iron oxide black. The 75 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, water, Iron oxide yellow, Iron oxide red and Sodium lauryl sulfate. Imprinting ink contains shellac, black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide. Oseltamivir phosphate is a White to off-white powder with the chemical name (3R, 4R, 5S) -4-acetylamino-5amino-3(1-ethylpropoxy)-1-cyclohexene-1-carboxylic acid, ethyl ester, phosphate (1:1). The chemical formula is C16H28N2O4 (free base). The molecular weight is 312.4 for oseltamivir free base and 410.4 for oseltamivir phosphate salt. The structural formula is as follows."

"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as ( S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C 8H 17NO 2and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is:. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline powder with a pK a1of 4.2 and a pK a2of 10.6. It is sparingly soluble in water. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is -1.35. Pregabalin Capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with pregelatinized starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide and sodium lauryl sulfate. In addition, the orange capsule shells (75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg and 300 mg strengths) contain the colorants FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40 and FD&C Yellow 6. The chemical structure of pregabalin is:. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline powder with a pK a1of 4.2 and a pK a2of 10.6. It is sparingly soluble in water. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is -1.35. Pregabalin Capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with pregelatinized starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide and sodium lauryl sulfate. "IndicationAndUsage": "ZINPLAVA is indicated to reduce recurrence of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) in adults and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older who are receiving antibacterial drug treatment for CDI and are at a high risk for CDI recurrence.",
"Description": "Bezlotoxumab is a human monoclonal antibody that binds to C. difficile toxin B and neutralizes its effects. Bezlotoxumab is an IgG1 immunoglobulin with an approximate molecular weight of 148.2 kDa. ZINPLAVA (bezlotoxumab) Injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to moderately opalescent, colorless to pale yellow solution that requires dilution for intravenous infusion. The product is provided in a 50 mL vial that contains 1000 mg of bezlotoxumab in 40 mL of solution. Each mL of solution contains bezlotoxumab (25 mg), citric acid monohydrate (0.8 mg), diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (0.0078 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.25 mg), sodium chloride (8.77 mg), sodium citrate dihydrate (4.75 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The vial may contain sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 6.0."
