"IndicationAndUsage": "Jinteli is a combination of an estrogen and progestin indicated in a woman with a uterus for: 1 Treatment of Moderate to Severe Vasomotor Symptoms due to Menopause (1.1), 2 Prevention of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis (1.2).",
"Description": "Jinteli® (norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets, USP) are a continuous dosage regimen of a progestin-estrogen combination for oral administration. Each white tablet contains 1 mg norethindrone acetate, USP [19-Norpregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one,7(acetyloxy)-, (17α)-] and 5 mcg ethinyl estradiol, USP [19-Norpregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol, (17α)-]. Each tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, and sodium starch glycolate. The structural formulas are as follows. Norethindrone Acetate, USP Ethinyl Estradiol, USP. C22H28O3 M.W. 340.46 C20H24O2 M.W. 296.40."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Mupirocin ointment is indicated for the topical treatment of impetigo due to susceptible isolates of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Streptococcus pyogenes (S. pyogenes).",
"Description": "Mupirocin ointment USP, 2% contains the RNA synthetase inhibitor antibacterial, mupirocin. The chemical name is (E)-(2S,3R,4R,5S)-5-[(2S,3S,4S,5S)-2,3-Epoxy-5-hydroxy-4-methylhexyl]tetrahydro-3,4-dihydroxy-β-methyl-2H-pyran-2-crotonic acid, ester with 9-hydroxynonanoic acid. The chemical structure is. C26H44O9 M.W. 500.63. Each gram of mupirocin ointment USP, 2% contains 20 mg mupirocin in a water-miscible ointment base (polyethylene glycol ointment, N.F.) consisting of polyethylene glycol 400 and polyethylene glycol 3350."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Estradiol vaginal cream, USP, 0.01% is indicated in the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy due to menopause.",
"Description": "Each gram of estradiol vaginal cream, USP, 0.01% contains 0.1 mg estradiol in a nonliquefying base containing purified water, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, white ceresin wax, mono- and di-glycerides, hypromellose 2208 (4000 cps), sodium lauryl sulfate, methylparaben, edetate di-sodium and tertiary-butylhydroquinone. Estradiol is chemically described as estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3, 17(beta)-diol. It has an empirical formula of C18H24O2 and molecular weight of 272.37. The structural formula is."

"Description": "Mimvey® (estradiol and norethindrone acetate tablets, USP) 1 mg/0.5 mg is a single tablet for oral administration containing 1 mg of estradiol, USP and 0.5 mg of norethindrone acetate, USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, corn starch, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and titanium dioxide. Estradiol (E2), an estrogen, is a white or almost white crystalline powder. Its chemical name is estra-1, 3, 5 (10)-triene-3, 17β-diol hemihydrate. The structural formula of E2 is as follows. Estradiol, USP. C18H24O2, 1/2 H2O M.W. 281.4. Norethindrone acetate (NETA), a progestin, is a white or yellowish-white crystalline powder. Its chemical name is 17β-acetoxy-19-nor-17α-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one. The structural formula of NETA is as follows. Norethindrone Acetate, USP. C22H28O3 M.W. 340.5."

C66H68CaF2N4O103H2O M.W. 1209.42. Atorvastatin calcium trihydrate (Form I) is a white to off-white powder that is insoluble in aqueous solutions of pH 4.5 and below. Atorvastatin calcium, USP is very slightly soluble in distilled water, pH 7.8 phosphate buffer, and acetonitrile; slightly soluble in ethanol; and freely soluble in methanol. The extended-release capsules comprise both immediate-release (IR) and extended-release (ER) beads such that 30% of the dose is provided by the IR component and 70% of the dose is provided by the ER component. Methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release capsules (CD) is available in six capsule strengths containing 10 mg (3 mg IR; 7 mg ER), 20 mg (6 mg IR; 14 mg ER), 30 mg (9 mg IR; 21 mg ER), 40 mg (12 mg IR; 28 mg ER), 50 mg (15 mg IR; 35 mg ER), or 60 mg (18 mg IR; 42 mg ER) of methylphenidate hydrochloride, USP for oral administration.
