"IndicationAndUsage": "Risedronate sodium tablets are a bisphosphonate indicated for: : 1 Treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis (1.1), 2 Treatment to increase bone mass in men with osteoporosis (1.2) , 3 Treatment and prevention of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (1.3) , 4 Treatment of Paget’s disease (1.4).",
"Description": "Risedronate sodium tablets, USP are a pyridinyl bisphosphonate that inhibits osteoclast-mediated bone resorption and modulates bone metabolism. Each risedronate sodium tablet, USP for oral administration contains the equivalent of 5, 30, or 35 mg of anhydrous risedronate sodium, USP in the form of the monohydrate. The chemical name of risedronate sodium, USP is [1-hydroxy-2-(3-pyridinyl)ethylidene]bis[phosphonic acid] monosodium salt. The chemical structure of risedronate sodium monohydrate, USP is the following. C7H10NO7P2NaH2O M.W. Monohydrate: 323.10 Anhydrous: 305.10. Risedronate sodium monohydrate, USP is a white to off-white powder. It is soluble in water and in aqueous solutions, and essentially insoluble in common organic solvents. Inactive Ingredients. Colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium stearyl fumarate, and titanium dioxide. Additionally, the 5 mg tablets contain D&C yellow #10 lake, iron oxide yellow, and polysorbate 80; the 30 mg tablets contain polysorbate 80; and the 35 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #6 aluminum lake, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, and polysorbate 80."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Almotriptan malate tablets are a 5HT1B/1D receptor agonist (triptan) indicated for: : 1 Acute treatment of migraine attacks in adults with a history of migraine with or without aura (1.1), 2 Acute treatment of migraine headache pain in adolescents age 12 to 17 years with a history of migraine with or without aura, and who have migraine attacks usually lasting 4 hours or more (1.1) .",
"Description": "Almotriptan malate tablets contain almotriptan malate, a selective 5-hydroxytryptamine1B/1D (5-HT1B/1D) receptor agonist. Almotriptan malate is chemically designated as 1-[[[3-[2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl]-1H-indol-5-yl]methyl]sulfonyl]pyrrolidine(±)-hydroxybutanedioate (1:1), and its structural formula is. C17H25N3O2S-C4H6O5 M.W. 469.56. Almotriptan is a white to off white crystalline powder that is soluble in water. Almotriptan malate tablets for oral administration contain almotriptan malate equivalent to 6.25 mg or 12.5 mg of almotriptan. Each compressed tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, macrogol/PEG 8000, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polydextrose FCC, povidone, sodium stearyl fumarate, titanium dioxide, and triacetin/glycerol triacetate."

"Description": "Amoxicillin, USP is a semisynthetic antibacterial (amoxicillin), an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin, USP molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Tablets: Each tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each film-coated tablet contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. For Oral Suspension: Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 200 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.09 mEq (2.11 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 250 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.14 mEq (3.24 mg) of sodium. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets are indicated in adults for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including tramadol hydrochloride tablets, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",
"Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP, for oral use, are an opioid agonist. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride, USP is (±)cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. C16H25NO2HCl M.W. 299.84. Tramadol hydrochloride, USP is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder. It is readily soluble in water and ethanol and has a pKa of 9.41. The n-octanol/water log partition coefficient (logP) is 1.35 at pH 7. Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP contain 50 mg of tramadol hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 43.9 mg of tramadol) and are white in color. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 4000, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets are indicated in adults for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. "Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP, for oral use, are an opioid agonist. The chemical name for tramadol hydrochloride, USP is (±)cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. C16H25NO2HCl M.W. 299.84. Tramadol hydrochloride, USP is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder. It is readily soluble in water and ethanol and has a pKa of 9.41. The n-octanol/water log partition coefficient (logP) is 1.35 at pH 7. Tramadol hydrochloride tablets, USP contain 50 mg of tramadol hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 43.9 mg of tramadol) and are white in color.
