"IndicationAndUsage": "Morphine Sulfate Injection is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Morphine Sulfate Injection, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",
"Description": "Morphine is a phenanthrene-derivative opiate agonist. It is the principal alkaloid of opium and is considered to be the prototype of the opiate agonists. Morphine sulfate occurs as white, feathery, silky crystals; cubical masses of crystals; or a white, crystalline powder. When exposed to air it gradually loses water of hydration, and darkens on prolonged exposure to light. It is soluble in water and ethanol at room temperature. The chemical name of morphine sulfate is 7,8-Didehydro-4,5-epoxy-17-methyl-(5α,6α)-morphinan-3,6-diol sulfate (2:1) (salt), pentahydrate, with the following structural formula. (C17H19NO3)2 H2SO4 5H2O Molecular Weight is 758.83. Morphine Sulfate USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution, free of antioxidants and preservatives, intended for intravenous administration. Each milliliter of sterile solution contains 4 mg, 8 mg, or 10 mg morphine sulfate, USP and the following inactive ingredients: 0.2 mg edetate disodium, 0.4 mg citric acid monohydrate, sodium chloride to adjust isotonicity and water for injection. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust pH. The pH range is 2.5 to 4.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Diuretics such as chlorthalidone are indicated in the management of hypertension either as the sole therapeutic agent or to enhance the effect of other antihypertensive drugs in the more severe forms of hypertension. Chlorthalidone is indicated as adjunctive therapy in edema associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis, and corticosteroid and estrogen therapy. Chlorthalidone has also been found useful in edema due to various forms of renal dysfunction, such as nephrotic syndrome, acute glomerulonephritis, and chronic renal failure. Usage in Pregnancy. The routine use of diuretics in an otherwise healthy woman is inappropriate and exposes mother and fetus to unnecessary hazard. Diuretics do not prevent development of toxemia of pregnancy, and there is no satisfactory evidence that they are useful in the treatment of developed toxemia. Edema during pregnancy may arise from pathologic causes or from the physiologic and mechanical consequences of pregnancy. Chlorthalidone is indicated in pregnancy when edema is due to pathologic causes, just as it is in the absence of pregnancy (however, see PRECAUTIONS, below). Dependent edema in pregnancy, resulting from restriction of venous return by the expanded uterus, is properly treated through elevation of the lower extremities and use of support hose; use of diuretics to lower intravascular volume in this case is illogical and unnecessary. There is hypervolemia during normal pregnancy that is harmful to neither the fetus nor the mother (in the absence of cardiovascular disease), but that is associated with edema, including generalized edema, in the majority of pregnant women. If this edema produces discomfort, increased recumbency will often provide relief. In rare instances, this edema may cause extreme discomfort that is not relieved by rest. In these cases, a short course of diuretics may provide relief and be appropriate.",

Secondary skin infections: Infectious eczematoid dermatitis, pustular acne, pustular psoriasis, infected seborrheic dermatitis, infected contact dermatitis (including poison ivy), infected excoriations, and bacterial super-infections of fungal or viral infections. Please Note: Gentamicin sulfate is a bactericidal agent that is not effective against viruses or fungi in skin infections. Gentamicin sulfate is useful in the treatment of infected skin cysts and certain other skin abscesses when preceded by incision and drainage to permit adequate contact between the antibiotic and the infecting bacteria. Good results have been obtained in the treatment of infected stasis and other skin ulcers , infected superficial burns, paronychia, infected insect bites and stings, infected lacerations and abrasions, and wounds from minor surgery. Patients sensitive to neomycin can be treated with gentamicin sulfate, although regular observation of patients sensitive to topical antibiotics is advisable when such patients are treated with any topical antibiotic. Gentamicin Sulfate Ointment helps retain moisture and has been useful in infection on dry eczematous or psoriatic skin. Gentamicin Sulfate Ointment may be used in children over one year of age as well as in adults.",

"IndicationAndUsage": "Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP are indicated for treatment of patients with hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with thiazide diuretics. In using moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP, consideration should be given to the fact that another ACE inhibitor, captopril, has caused agranulocytosis, particularly in patients with renal impairment or collagen-vascular disease. Available data are insufficient to show that moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP do not have a similar risk (see WARNINGS). In considering use of moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP, it should be noted that in controlled trials ACE inhibitors have an effect on blood pressure that is less in black patients than in non-blacks. In addition, ACE inhibitors (for which adequate data are available) cause a higher rate of angioedema in black than in non-black patients (see WARNINGS,Angioedema).",
"Description": "Moexipril hydrochloride, USP, the hydrochloride salt of moexipril, is chemically described as [3S-[2[R*(R*)],3R*]]-2-[2-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]amino]-1-oxopropyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-3-isoquinolinecarboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. It is a non-sulfhydryl containing precursor of the active angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor moexiprilat and its structural formula is. C27H34N2O7HCl M.W. 535.04. Moexipril hydrochloride, USP is a fine white to off-white powder. It is soluble (about 10% weight-to-volume) in distilled water at room temperature. Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP are supplied as bisected, coated tablets containing 7.5 mg and 15 mg of moexipril hydrochloride, USP for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, moexipril hydrochloride, USP, the tablet core contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch and sodium bicarbonate. The film coating of the 7.5 mg tablet contains: hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. The film coating of the 15 mg tablet contains: hypromellose, iron oxide red, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP meet USP Dissolution Test 2."

<IndicationAndUsage>Morphine Sulfate Injection is indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration and persist over the course of therapy [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Morphine Sulfate Injection, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Morphine is a phenanthrene-derivative opiate agonist. The pH range is 2.5 to 4.0.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Diuretics such as chlorthalidone are indicated in the management of hypertension either as the sole therapeutic agent or to enhance the effect of other antihypertensive drugs in the more severe forms of hypertension. In these cases, a short course of diuretics may provide relief and be appropriate.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Chlorthalidone is an oral antihypertensive/diuretic. <IndicationAndUsage>Primary skin infections: Impetigo contagiosa, superficial folliculitis, ecthyma, furunculosis, sycosis barbae, and pyoderma gangrenosum. Gentamicin Sulfate Ointment may be used in children over one year of age as well as in adults.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Gentamicin Sulfate Ointment is a wide spectrum antibiotic preparation for topical administration. Each gram contains 1.0 mg of Gentamicin in a base of White Petrolatum with Methylparaben and Propylparaben as preservatives.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP are indicated for treatment of patients with hypertension. In addition, ACE inhibitors (for which adequate data are available) cause a higher rate of angioedema in black than in non-black patients (see WARNINGS,Angioedema).</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Moexipril hydrochloride, USP, the hydrochloride salt of moexipril, is chemically described as [3S-[2[R*(R*)],3R*]]-2-[2-[[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]amino]-1-oxopropyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-3-isoquinolinecarboxylic acid, monohydrochloride. Moexipril hydrochloride tablets USP meet USP Dissolution Test 2.</Description>
