"IndicationAndUsage": "Everolimus tablets are a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: 1 Postmenopausal women with advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in combination with exemestane after failure of treatment with letrozole or anastrozole. (1.1), 2 Adults with progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic origin (PNET) and adults with progressive, well-differentiated, non-functional neuroendocrine tumors (NET) of gastrointestinal (GI) or lung origin that are unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic.Limitations of Use: Everolimus tablets are not indicated for the treatment of patients with functional carcinoid tumors. (1.2), 3 Adults with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) after failure of treatment with sunitinib or sorafenib. (1.3), 4 Adults with renal angiomyolipoma and tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), not requiring immediate surgery. (1.4).",

The chemical name of everolimus, USP is (1R,9S,12S,15R,16E,18R,19R,21R,23S,24E,26E,28E,30S,32S,35R)-1,18-dihydroxy-12-{(1R)-2-[(1S,3R,4R)-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-3-methoxycyclohexyl]-1-methylethyl}-19,30-dimethoxy-15,17,21,23,29,35-hexamethyl-11,36-dioxa-4-aza-tricyclo[30.3.1.04,9]hexatriaconta-16,24,26,28-tetraene-2,3,10,14,20-pentaone. The molecular formula is C53H83NO14 and the molecular weight is 958.2. The structural formula is. Everolimus tablets for oral administration contain 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, or 10 mg of everolimus, USP and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxytoluene, crospovidone, hypromellose 2910, lactose anhydrous, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Teriparatide Injection is indicated: : 1 For the treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture (defined herein as having a history of osteoporotic fracture or multiple risk factors for fracture) or who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy. In postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, Teriparatide Injection reduces the risk of vertebral and nonvertebral fractures. , 2 To increase bone mass in men with primary or hypogonadal osteoporosis at high risk for fracture or who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy. , 3 For the treatment of men and women with osteoporosis associated with sustained systemic glucocorticoid therapy (daily dosage equivalent to 5 mg or greater of prednisone) at high risk for fracture or who have failed or are intolerant to other available osteoporosis therapy.",
"Description": "Teriparatide Injection, USP is a chemically synthesized human parathyroid hormone analog (PTH 1-34). It has an identical sequence to the 34 N-terminal amino acids (the biologically active region) of the 84-amino acid human parathyroid hormone. The molecular formula of teriparatide, USP is C181H291N55O51S2 and molecular weight is 4117.8 daltons. Its amino acid sequence is shown below. Teriparatide, USP is manufactured by chemical synthesis. Teriparatide Injection, USP is supplied as a sterile, colorless, clear, isotonic solution in a glass cartridge which is pre-assembled into a single-patient-use delivery device (pen) for subcutaneous injection. Each delivery device (pen) is filled with volume to allow delivery of 2.24 mL. Each mL contains 250 mcg of teriparatide, USP (corrected for acetate, and water content), 0.41 mg of glacial acetic acid, 0.166 mg of sodium acetate (trihydrate), 45.4 mg of mannitol, 3 mg of metacresol, and water for injection. In addition, hydrochloric acid solution 10% and/or sodium hydroxide solution 10% may have been added to adjust the pH to 3.8 to 4.5. Each prefilled delivery device (pen) delivers 20 mcg of teriparatide, USP per dose for up to 28 days. Each device contains additional volume to allow troubleshooting of the device 2 times."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Vestura is a combination of drospirenone, a progestin, and ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to: 1 Prevent pregnancy. (1.1), 2 Treat symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) for females of reproductive potential who choose to use an oral contraceptive for contraception. (1.2), 3 Treat moderate acne for women at least 14 years old only if the patient desires an oral contraceptive for birth control. (1.3).",
"Description": "Vestura® (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) tablets, USP provides an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 24 pink active uncoated tablets each containing 3 mg of drospirenone, USP and 0.02 mg of ethinyl estradiol, USP (stabilized using vitamin E and an enhanced processing technique) and 4 peach inert uncoated tablets. The inactive ingredients in the pink tablets are lactose monohydrate, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium stearate, and FD&C Red #40. The peach inert uncoated tablets contain lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, FD&C Yellow #6, and magnesium stearate. Drospirenone, USP (6R,7R,8R,9S,10R,13S,14S,15S,16S,17S)-1,3’,4’,6,6a,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,15a,16-hexadecahydro-10,13-dimethylspiro-[17H-dicyclopropa-[6,7:15,16]cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-17,2’(5H)-furan]-3,5’(2H)-dione) is a synthetic progestational compound and has a molecular weight of 366.5 and a molecular formula of C24H30O3. Ethinyl estradiol, USP (19-nor-17α-pregna 1,3,5(10)-triene-20-yne-3, 17-diol) is a synthetic estrogenic compound and has a molecular weight of 296.4 and a molecular formula of C20H24O2. "IndicationAndUsage": "Finzala is indicated for use by females of reproductive age to prevent pregnancy [see Clinical Studies (14)]. .",
"Description": "Finzala® (norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP, 1 mg/20 mcg and ferrous fumarate tablets) provide an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 24 white active chewable tablets that contain the active ingredients, followed by 4 brown non-hormonal placebo tablets as specified below: 1 24 white, round, flat-faced, beveled-edge, unscored tablets each containing 1 mg norethindrone acetate, USP and 20 mcg ethinyl estradiol, USP. , 2 4 brown, round, flat-faced, beveled-edge, unscored tablets each containing 75 mg ferrous fumarate, USP."

"Description": "Diclofenac potassium tablets, USP are a benzeneacetic acid derivative. Diclofenac potassium tablets USP, 50 mg are available as orange, film-coated tablets for oral administration. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monopotassium salt. The structural formula is. C14H10Cl2KNO2 M.W. 334.24 g/mol. Diclofenac potassium, USP is a faintly yellowish white to light beige, virtually odorless, slightly hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol and water, and practically insoluble in chloroform and in dilute acid. The n-octanol/water partition coefficient is 13.4 at pH 7.4 and 1545 at pH 5.2. It has a single dissociation constant (pKa) of 4.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C in water. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 50 mg of diclofenac potassium. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 4000, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide, and tricalcium phosphate."

"Description": "Warfarin sodium tablets, USP contain warfarin sodium, an anticoagulant that acts by inhibiting vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors. Crystalline warfarin sodium is an isopropanol clathrate. Its structural formula may be represented as follows. C19H15NaO4 M.W. 330.31. Crystalline warfarin sodium occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder that is discolored by light. It is very soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol, and very slightly soluble in chloroform and ether. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 1 mg, 2 mg, 2.5 mg, 3 mg, 4 mg, 5 mg, 6 mg, 7.5 mg or 10 mg warfarin sodium, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose.
