"IndicationAndUsage": "Wellbutrin XL is an aminoketone antidepressant, indicated for: 1 treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) (1.1), 2 prevention of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) (1.2).",
"Description": "Wellbutrin XL (bupropion hydrochloride), an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Wellbutrin XL tablets are supplied for oral administration as 150 mg and 300 mg creamy-white to pale yellow extended-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride and the inactive ingredients: ethylcellulose, glyceryl dibehenate, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, povidone, silicon dioxide, and triethyl citrate. The tablets are printed with edible black ink. The insoluble shell of the extended-release tablet may remain intact during gastrointestinal transit and is eliminated in the feces."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Terbinafine tablets are an allylamine antifungal indicated for the treatment of onychomycosis of the toenail or fingernail due to dermatophytes (tinea unguium) (1).",
"Description": "Terbinafine tablets, contain the synthetic allylamine antifungal compound terbinafine hydrochloride. Chemically, terbinafine hydrochloride is (E)-N-(6, 6-dimethyl-2-hepten-4-ynyl)-N-methyl-1-naphthalenemethanamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula C21H26CIN with a molecular weight of 327.90, and the following structural formula. Terbinafine hydrochloride is a white to off-white fine crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in methanol and methylene chloride, soluble in ethanol, and slightly soluble in water. Each tablet contains:. Active Ingredients: terbinafine hydrochloride (equivalent to 250 mg of base). Inactive Ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide NF, hypromellose USP, magnesium stearate NF, microcrystalline cellulose NF, and sodium starch glycolate NF."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and clidinium bromide capsules is indicated to control emotional and somatic factors in gastrointestinal disorders. Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and clidinium bromide capsules may also be used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer and in the treatment of the irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and acute enterocolitis.",
"Description": "Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and clidinium bromide capsules, USP is a fixed-combination of chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride, a benzodiazepine, and clidinium bromide, an anticholinergic. Each chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and clidinium bromide capsules, USP contains the active ingredients 5 mg chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and 2.5 mg clidinium bromide. Each capsule also contains the inactive ingredients lactose monohydrate, maize starch, talc, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Blue No. 1, titanium dioxide, gelatin, shellac,propylene glycol, black iron oxide and potassium hydroxide. Chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride is 7-Chloro-2-(methylamino)-5-phenyl-3H-1,4-benzodiazepine 4-oxide monohydrochloride. A colorless, crystalline substance, it is soluble in water. It is unstable in solution and the powder must be protected from light. The molecular weight is 336.22. The structural formula of chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride is as follows:Clidinium bromide is a synthetic anticholinergic agent which has been shown in experimental and clinical studies to have a antispasmodic and antisecretory effects on the gastrointestinal tract. "IndicationAndUsage": "Isoproterenol hydrochloride injection is indicated: 1 To improve hemodynamic status in patients in distributive shock and shock due to reduced cardiac output, 2 For bronchospasm occurring during anesthesia.",
"Description": "Isoproterenol hydrochloride, USP is 3,4-Dihydroxy-α-[(isopropylamino)methyl] benzyl alcohol hydrochloride, a synthetic sympathomimetic amine that is structurally related to epinephrine but acts almost exclusively on beta receptors. The molecular formula is C11H17NO3 HCl. It has a molecular weight of 247.72 and the following structural formula. Isoproterenol hydrochloride, USP is a racemic compound. The pH is adjusted between 2.5 and 4.5 with hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide. The sterile solution is nonpyrogenic and can be administered by the intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intracardiac routes."

Lisinopril a synthetic peptide derivative, is chemically described as (S)-1-[N2-(1-carboxy-3-phenylpropyl)-L-lysyl]-L-proline dihydrate. Its empirical formula is C21H31N3O52H2O and its structural formula is. Lisinopril, USP is a white to off-white, crystalline powder, with a molecular weight of 441.53. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in ethanol.Lisinopril tablets, USP are supplied as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg and 40 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive Ingredients. 2.5 mg tablets – anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate. 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg tablets – anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, iron oxide red. 40 mg tablets – anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, iron oxide yellow."
