"IndicationAndUsage": "Rocuronium Bromide Injection is indicated as an adjunct to general anesthesia to facilitate both rapid sequence and routine tracheal intubation, and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.",
"Description": "Rocuronium bromide is a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent with a rapid to intermediate onset depending on dose and intermediate duration. Rocuronium bromide is chemically designated as 1-[17β-(acetyloxy)-3α-hydroxy-2β-(4-morpholinyl)-5α-androstan-16β-yl]-1-(2-propenyl) pyrrolidinium bromide. The structural formula is:. Rocuronium bromide USP is an almost white to pale yellow, hygroscopic powder. Rocuronium bromide is soluble in water and dichloromethane, slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol. The chemical formula is C32H53BrN2O4 with a molecular weight of 609.70. The partition coefficient of rocuronium bromide in n-octanol/water is 0.5 at 20°C. Rocuronium Bromide Injection single-dose vials is supplied as a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution that is clear, colorless to yellow/orange, for intravenous use only. Each mL contains 10 mg rocuronium bromide (equivalent to 8.69 mg of rocuronium) and inactive ingredients 17.1 mcL hydrochloric acid, 8 mg sodium chloride. The solution pH is adjusted to 2.8 to 3.2 with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. Rocuronium Bromide Injection single-dose prefilled syringe is supplied as a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution that is clear, colorless to yellow/orange, for intravenous use only. Its molecular formula is C38H52N6O7H2SO4, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 802.9 (sulfuric acid salt). The free base molecular weight is 704.9. Atazanavir sulfate has the following structural formula. Atazanavir sulfate is a white to pale-yellow crystalline powder. It is slightly soluble in water (4-5 mg/mL, free base equivalent) with the pH of a saturated solution in water being about 1.9 at 24 ± 3°C. REYATAZ Capsules are available for oral administration in strengths of 200 mg or 300 mg of atazanavir, which are equivalent to 227.8 mg or 341.69 mg of atazanavir sulfate, respectively. The capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate. The capsule shells contain the following inactive ingredients: gelatin, FD&C Blue No. 2, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide, red iron oxide, and yellow iron oxide. The capsules are printed with ink containing shellac, titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue No. 2, isopropyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, n-butyl alcohol, simethicone, and dehydrated alcohol. REYATAZ oral powder comes in a packet containing 50 mg of atazanavir equivalent to 56.9 mg of atazanavir sulfate in 1.5 g of powder. The powder is off-white to pale yellow and contains the following inactive ingredients: aspartame, sucrose, and orange-vanilla flavor."

Cardiovascular outcomes trials have demonstrated that reducing LDL-C lowers the risk for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in adults at increased risk when treated with statins or monoclonal antibody proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitors as an add-on to statin therapy.",

Enlicitide decanoate is a white to off-white powder that is slightly soluble in water. The molecular formula is C92H129FN14O17 and the molecular weight is 1722.12 g/mol. The chemical structure of enlicitide decanoate is. "IndicationAndUsage": "MYLOTARG is a CD33-directed antibody and cytotoxic drug conjugate indicated for: 1 treatment of newly-diagnosed CD33-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults and pediatric patients 1 month and older (1.1)., 2 treatment of relapsed or refractory CD33-positive AML in adults and pediatric patients 2 years and older (1.2).",
"Description": "Gemtuzumab ozogamicin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of the CD33-directed monoclonal antibody (hP67.6; recombinant humanized immunoglobulin [Ig] G4, kappa antibody produced by mammalian cell culture in NS0 cells) that is covalently linked to the cytotoxic agent N-acetyl gamma calicheamicin. Gemtuzumab ozogamicin consists of conjugated and unconjugated gemtuzumab. The conjugated molecules differ in the number of activated calicheamicin derivative moieties attached to gemtuzumab. The number of conjugated calicheamicin derivatives per gemtuzumab molecule ranges from predominantly zero to 6, with an average of 2 to 3 moles of calicheamicin derivative per mole of gemtuzumab. MYLOTARG (gemtuzumab ozogamicin) for injection is supplied as a sterile, white to off-white, preservative-free lyophilized cake or powder for intravenous administration. Each single-dose vial delivers 4.5 mg gemtuzumab ozogamicin. Inactive ingredients are dextran 40 (41.0 mg), sodium chloride (26.1 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous (2.7 mg), sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate (0.45 mg), and sucrose (69.8 mg). After reconstitution with 5 mL of Sterile Water for Injection USP, the concentration is 1 mg/mL of gemtuzumab ozogamicin with a deliverable volume of 4.5 mL (4.5 mg)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ARTHROTEC is indicated for treatment of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients at high risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications. "Description": "ARTHROTEC is a combination product containing diclofenac sodium, an NSAID with analgesic properties, and misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin-1 (PGE1) analog. ARTHROTEC tablets are white to off-white, round, biconvex, and approximately 11 mm in diameter. Each tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 50 mg (ARTHROTEC 50) or 75 mg (ARTHROTEC 75) of diclofenac sodium (equivalent to 46.39 mg or 69.58 mg of diclofenac, respectively) surrounded by an outer mantle containing 200 mcg misoprostol. Diclofenac sodium is a phenylacetic acid derivative that is a white to off-white, virtually odorless, crystalline powder. Diclofenac sodium is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and in dilute acid. Diclofenac sodium is sparingly soluble in water. Its chemical formula and name are. C14H10Cl2NO2Na [M.W. = 318.14] 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl) amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. Misoprostol is a water-soluble, viscous liquid that contains approximately equal amounts of two diastereomers. Its chemical formula and name are. C22H38O5 [M.W. = 382.54] (±) methyl 11α,16-dihydroxy-16-methyl-9-oxoprost-13E-en-1-oate. Inactive ingredients in ARTHROTEC include: colloidal silicon dioxide; crospovidone; hydrogenated castor oil; hypromellose; lactose; magnesium stearate; methacrylic acid copolymer; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone (polyvidone) K-30; sodium hydroxide; starch (corn); talc; triethyl citrate."

"Description": "ARTHROTEC is a combination product containing diclofenac sodium, an NSAID with analgesic properties, and misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin-1 (PGE1) analog. ARTHROTEC tablets are white to off-white, round, biconvex, and approximately 11 mm in diameter. Each tablet consists of an enteric-coated core containing 50 mg (ARTHROTEC 50) or 75 mg (ARTHROTEC 75) of diclofenac sodium (equivalent to 46.39 mg or 69.58 mg of diclofenac, respectively) surrounded by an outer mantle containing 200 mcg misoprostol. The RSV preF A and RSV preF B recombinant proteins are expressed in genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary cell lines grown in suspension culture using chemically-defined media, without antibiotics or animal-derived components. The recombinant proteins are purified through a series of column chromatography and filtration steps followed by formulation, filling into vials, and lyophilization. After reconstitution, a single dose of ABRYSVO is formulated to contain 120 mcg of RSV stabilized prefusion F proteins (60 mcg RSV preF A and 60 mcg RSV preF B) per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO also contains the following buffer ingredients: 0.11 mg tromethamine, 1.04 mg tromethamine hydrochloride, 11.3 mg sucrose, 22.5 mg mannitol, 0.08 mg polysorbate 80, and 1.1 mg sodium chloride per 0.5 mL. ABRYSVO is a sterile, clear, and colorless solution. ABRYSVO contains no preservatives. Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HUMIRA (adalimumab) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen), as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe, or as a single-dose institutional use vial. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HUMIRA is clear and colorless, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product.
