"Description": "Each 1 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection USP contains. Sodium Chloride USP 9 mgWater for Injection USP qs. pH: 5.6 (4.5-7.0). Calculated Osmolarity: 0.308 mOsmol/mL. pH adjusted with Hydrochloric Acid NF. Concentration of Electrolytes (mEq/liter): Sodium 154 Chloride 154. 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection USP is sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic and contains no bacteriostatic or antimicrobial agents. The formula of the active ingredient is. Not made with natural rubber latex, PVC or DEHP."

"Description": "Lidocaine HCl Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, aqueous solution that contains a local anesthetic agent and is administered parenterally by injection. See INDICATIONS for specific uses. Lidocaine HCl Injection, USP solution contains lidocaine HCl, which is chemically designated as acetamide, 2-(diethylamino)-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-, monohydrochloride and has the molecular wt. 270.8. Lidocaine HCl (C14H22N2O HCl) has the following structural formula. Lidocaine HCl Injection, USP solution is for single dose usage, and is Methyl Paraben Free (Preservative-Free). Lidocaine HCl Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution containing sodium chloride. The pH of this solution is adjusted to approximately 6.5 (5.0 to 7.0) with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid."

Epinephrine (C9H13NO3) has the following structural formula. Lidocaine Hydrochloride and Epinephrine Injection, USP is a single-dose solution that is Methyl Paraben (Preservative) Free (MPF). Lidocaine Hydrochloride and Epinephrine Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic solution containing sodium chloride. Each mL contains lidocaine hydrochloride and epinephrine, with 0.5 mg sodium metabisulfite as an antioxidant and 0.2 mg citric acid as a stabilizer. The pH of these solutions is adjusted to approximately 4.5 (3.3 to 5.5) with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid. Filled under nitrogen."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP is indicated for subarachnoid injection in adults for the production of subarachnoid block (spinal anesthesia).",
"Description": "Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP is an amide-local anesthetic and sterile hyperbaric aqueous solution. The route of administration for Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP is by subarachnoid injection. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride contains bupivacaine hydrochloride, as the active pharmaceutical ingredient and also contains Dextrose, as baricity agent. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride (monohydrate) chemical name is 2-piperidinecarboxamide, 1-butyl-N-(2,6- dimethylphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, monohydrate, a white crystalline powder that is freely soluble in 95 percent ethanol, soluble in water, and slightly soluble in chloroform or acetone. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride (monohydrate) has a molecular formula of C18H28N2O·HCl·H2O and molecular weight of 342.90 g/mol and has the following structural formula. Dextrose chemical name is D-glucopyranose. Dextrose (anhydrous) has a molecular formula of C6H12O6, molecular weight of 180.16 g/mol and has the following structural formula. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP is a clear and colorless sterile hyperbaric solution. Each mL of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP contains 7.5 mg bupivacaine hydrochloride (anhydrous) (equivalent to 7.9 mg of bupivacaine hydrochloride monohydrate), 82.5 mg dextrose (anhydrous) as baricity agent, and sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as pH adjusters in water for injection. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP pH is between 4.0 and 6.5. The specific gravity of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP is between 1.030 and 1.035 at 25°C and 1.03 at 37°C. Bupivacaine Hydrochloride in Dextrose Injection, USP does not contain any preservatives."

"Description": "Duloxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for oral administration.Its chemical designation is (+)-(S)-N-methyl-γ-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-thiophenepropylamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula is C18H19NOSHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 333.88. The structural formula is:. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, which is slightly soluble in water.Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20, 30, or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4, 33.7, or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include FD&C Blue No. 2, gelatin, hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, crosspovidone, sugar spheres, hypromellose phthalates, talc, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate. The 20 and 60 mg capsules also contain iron oxide yellow. The printing ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, potassium hydroxide, black iron oxide (for 20 mg and 30 mg strengths), titanium dioxide and purified water."

"Description": "Duloxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for oral administration.Its chemical designation is (+)-(S)-N-methyl-γ-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-thiophenepropylamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula is C18H19NOSHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 333.88. The structural formula is:. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline powder, which is slightly soluble in water.Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20, 30, or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4, 33.7, or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include FD&C Blue No. 2, gelatin, hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, crosspovidone, sugar spheres, hypromellose phthalates, talc, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate. The 20 and 60 mg capsules also contain iron oxide yellow. The printing ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, potassium hydroxide, black iron oxide (for 20 mg and 30 mg strengths), titanium dioxide and purified water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Terbutaline Sulfate Injection, USP is indicated for the prevention and reversal of bronchospasm in patients 12 years of age and older with asthma and reversible bronchospasm associated with bronchitis and emphysema.",
"Description": "Terbutaline Sulfate, USP, the active ingredient of Terbutaline Sulfate Injection, USP, is a beta‑adrenergic agonist bronchodilator available as a sterile, nonpyrogenic, aqueous solution in vials, for subcutaneous administration. Each milliliter of solution contains 1 mg of Terbutaline Sulfate, USP (0.82 mg of the free base), sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.055% edetate disodium dihydrate as a stabilizing agent, and hydrochloric acid for adjustment to a target pH of 4. Terbutaline sulfate is (±)-a-[(tert‑butylamino) methyl]-3,5-dihydroxybenzyI alcohol sulfate (2:1) (salt). The molecular formula is (C12H19N03)2H2SO4 and the structural formula is:. Terbutaline Sulfate, USP is a white to gray-white crystalline powder. It is odorless or has a faint odor of acetic acid. It is soluble in water and in 0.1N hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in methanol, and insoluble in chloroform. Its molecular weight is 548.65."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)], reserve Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options [e.g., non-opioid analgesics or opioid combination products]: : 1 Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Hydromorphone hydrochloride, a hydrogenated ketone of morphine, is an opioid agonist. Hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white powder. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in alcohol. The chemical name of hydromorphone hydrochloride is 4,5α-Epoxy-3-hydroxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride. The structural formula is. C17H19NO3 ●HCl M.W. 321.80. Each Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablet, USP for oral administration, contains 4 mg or 8 mg hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP. In addition, the tablets include lactose anhydrous and magnesium stearate. Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets, USP may contain traces of sodium metabisulfite. Each 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution, USP contains 5 mg of hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP. In addition, other ingredients include FD&C Red No. 40, methyl paraben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, raspberry blend, saccharin sodium and sorbitol solution. Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution, USP may contain traces of sodium metabisulfite."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution and Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require an opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. "Description": "Hydromorphone hydrochloride, a hydrogenated ketone of morphine, is an opioid agonist. Hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white powder. It is soluble in water and sparingly soluble in alcohol. The chemical name of hydromorphone hydrochloride is 4,5α-Epoxy-3-hydroxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one hydrochloride. The structural formula is. C17H19NO3 ●HCl M.W. 321.80. Each Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablet, USP for oral administration, contains 4 mg or 8 mg hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP. In addition, the tablets include lactose anhydrous and magnesium stearate. Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Tablets, USP may contain traces of sodium metabisulfite. Each 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) of Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Oral Solution, USP contains 5 mg of hydromorphone hydrochloride, USP. Alclometasone dipropionate ointment may be used in pediatric patients 1 year of age or older, although the safety and efficacy of drug use for longer than 3 weeks have not been established (see PRECAUTIONS: Pediatric Use). Since the safety and efficacy of alclometasone dipropionate ointment have not been established in pediatric patients below 1 year of age, the use in this age-group is not recommended.",

It is a white powder, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in propylene glycol, and moderately soluble in hexylene glycol. Each gram of alclometasone dipropionate ointment contains 0.5 mg of alclometasone dipropionate in an ointment base of hexylene glycol, white wax, propylene glycol stearate, and white petrolatum."
