"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. Triamcinolone acetonide is a member of this class. Triamcinolone acetonide is chemically pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis-(oxy)]-(11β, 16α)- with the empirical formula C 24H 31FO 6 and molecular weight 434.50. Its structural formula is:. Each gram of Triderm (Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP), 0.025% contains 0.25 mg triamcinolone acetonide USP in a cream base consisting of purified water, emulsifying wax, mineral oil, propylene glycol, sorbitol solution, cetyl palmitate, sorbic acid, and potassium sorbate. Each gram of Triderm (Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP), 0.1% contains 1 mg triamcinolone acetonide USP in a cream base consisting of purified water, emulsifying wax, mineral oil, propylene glycol, sorbitol solution, cetyl palmitate, sorbic acid, and potassium sorbate. "Description": "Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is a water-soluble inorganic ester of dexamethasone. It occurs as a white or slightly yellow crystalline powder, is odorless or has a slight odor of alcohol, is exceedingly hygroscopic and is freely soluble in water. Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is an adrenocortical steroid anti-inflammatory drug. Chemically, dexamethasone sodium phosphate is 9-Fluoro-11ß,17,21-trihydroxy-16α-methylpregna-1, 4-diene-3,20-dione 21-(dihydrogen phosphate) disodium salt and has the following structural formula. Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, USP is a sterile solution of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in water for injection for intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), intra-articular, soft-tissue or intralesional use. Each mL contains dexamethasone sodium phosphate equivalent to dexamethasone phosphate 4 mg or dexamethasone 3.33 mg; benzyl alcohol 10 mg added as preservative; sodium citrate dihydrate 11 mg; sodium sulfite 1 mg as an antioxidant; Water for Injection q.s. Citric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may have been added for pH adjustment (7.0 to 8.5). Air in the container is displaced by nitrogen."

"Description": "Olanzapine USP is an atypical antipsychotic that belongs to the thienobenzodiazepine class. The chemical designation is 2-methyl-4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-10H-thieno[2,3-b] [1,5]benzodiazepine. The molecular formula is C17H20N4S, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 312.44. The chemical structure is. Olanzapine USP is a yellow crystalline solid, which is practically insoluble in water. Olanzapine tablets USP are intended for oral administration only. Each tablet contains olanzapine USP equivalent to 2.5 mg (8 µmol), 5 mg (16 µmol), 7.5 mg (24 µmol) and 10 mg (32 µmol). Inactive ingredients are crospovidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH 101) and microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH 102). The color coating contains hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 400 and titanium dioxide. This product meets the requirements of USP Dissolution Test 2."
