"Description": "Lenalidomide capsules, a thalidomide analogue, are an immunomodulatory agent with antiangiogenic and antineoplastic properties. The chemical name is 3-(4-Amino-1-oxo 1,3-dihydro-2H-isoindol-2-yl) piperidine-2,6-dione and it has the following chemical structure. The molecular formula for lenalidomide is C13H13N3O3, and the gram molecular weight is 259.27. Lenalidomide is an off-white to pale yellow powder. It is soluble in organic solvent/water mixtures, and buffered aqueous solvents. Lenalidomide is more soluble in organic solvents and low pH solutions. Solubility was significantly lower in less acidic buffers, ranging from about 0.4 to 0.5 mg/mL. Lenalidomide has an asymmetric carbon atom and can exist as the optically active forms S(-) and R(+), and is produced as a racemic mixture with a net optical rotation of zero. Lenalidomide is available in 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg and 25 mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule contains lenalidomide as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch (corn), sodium stearyl fumarate and titanium dioxide. The 2.5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg capsules also contain FD&C Blue No. 2 and yellow iron oxide. The 10 mg capsules also contain black iron oxide. The black imprinting ink for the 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 25 mg capsules contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution. The red imprinting ink for the 15 mg and 20 mg capsules contains ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, red iron oxide, shellac glaze and simethicone."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablets are indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use oral contraceptives as a method of contraception. Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table I lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combination oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of methods can result in lower failure rates. TABLE I LOWEST EXPECTED AND TYPICAL FAILURE RATES DURING THE FIRST YEAR OF CONTINUOUS USE OF A METHOD.",
"Description": "Norethindrone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, USP are a progestogen-estrogen combination. Each blue tablet contains norethindrone acetate (19-Norpregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one, 17-(acetyloxy)-, (17α)), 1.5 mg; ethinyl estradiol (19-Norpregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3, 17-diol, (17α)-), 0.03 mg. Also contains lactose anhydrous, dl-α-tocopherol, compressible sugar, croscarmellose sodium, FD & C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone K-25, sodium lauryl sulphate. The structural formulas are as follows."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Timolol maleate tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. They may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide-type diuretics.",
"Description": "Timolol maleate is a nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent. The chemical name for timolol maleate is (S)-1-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-3-[[4-(4-morpholinyl)-1,2,5-thiadiazol-3-yl]oxy]-2-propanol (Z)-2-butenedioate (1:1) salt. It possesses an asymmetric carbon atom in its structure and is provided as the levo isomer. Its molecular formula is C13H24N4O3SC4H4O4 and its structural formula is. Timolol maleate has a molecular weight of 432.50. It is a white, odorless, crystalline powder which is soluble in water, methanol, and alcohol. Timolol maleate is supplied as tablets containing 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg timolol maleate for oral administration. Inactive ingredients are: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch (corn), sodium lauryl sulfate, FD&C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake, and D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake."

Spironolactone is practically insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, and freely soluble in benzene and in chloroform. "Description": "Teriflunomide is an oral de novo pyrimidine synthesis inhibitor of the DHO-DH enzyme, with the chemical name (Z)-2-Cyano-α,α,α-trifluoro-3-hydroxy-4-crotonotoluidide. Its molecular weight is 270.21, and the molecular formula is C12 H9F3N2O2 with the following chemical structure. Teriflunomide is a white to almost white powder that is sparingly soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in polyethylene glycol and ethanol, very slightly soluble in isopropanol and practically insoluble in water. Teriflunomide is formulated as film-coated tablets for oral administration. Teriflunomide tablets contain 7 mg or 14 mg of teriflunomide and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate (potato) and titanium dioxide. The 7 mg tablets also contain FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake and the 14 mg tablets also contain red iron oxide and yellow iron oxide."
