"IndicationAndUsage": "ASTAGRAF XL® is indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in kidney transplant patients in combination with other immunosuppressants in adult and pediatric patients who can swallow capsules intact [see Use in Specific Populations (8.4) and Clinical Studies (14.1), (14.2)].",
"Description": "Tacrolimus is the active ingredient in ASTAGRAF XL. Tacrolimus is a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant produced by Streptomyces tsukubaensis. Chemically, tacrolimus is designated as [3S – [3R*[E(1S*, 3S*, 4S*)], 4S*, 5R*, 8S*, 9E, 12R*, 14R*, 15S*, 16R*, 18S*, 19S*, 26aR*]] – 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 26a – hexadecahydro – 5, 19 – dihydroxy – 3 – [2 – (4 – hydroxy – 3 – methoxycyclo – hexyl) – 1 – methylethenyl] – 14, 16 – dimethoxy – 4, 10, 12, 18 – tetramethyl – 8 – (2 – propenyl) – 15, 19 – epoxy – 3H – pyrido[2, 1 – c][1, 4]oxaazacyclotricosine – 1, 7, 20, 21(4H, 23H) – tetrone, monohydrate. The chemical structure of tacrolimus is. Tacrolimus has an empirical formula of C44H69NO12H2O and a formula weight of 822.03. Tacrolimus appears as white crystals or crystalline powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in ethanol, and very soluble in methanol and chloroform. ASTAGRAF XL is available for oral administration as hard gelatin capsules (tacrolimus extended-release capsules) containing the equivalent of 0.5 mg, 1 mg or 5 mg of anhydrous tacrolimus, USP. Inactive ingredients include ethylcellulose NF, hypromellose USP, magnesium stearate NF and lactose monohydrate NF. The ingredients are directly proportional across all capsule strengths. The capsule shell contains gelatin NF, titanium dioxide USP, ferric oxide NF, and sodium lauryl sulfate."

"Description": "Treprostinil Injection is a sterile solution of treprostinil formulated for subcutaneous or intravenous administration. Treprostinil injection is supplied in 20 mL multidose vials in four strengths, containing 20 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, or 200 mg (1 mg/mL, 2.5 mg/mL, 5 mg/mL or 10 mg/mL) of treprostinil. Each mL also contains 5.3 mg sodium chloride (except for the 10 mg/mL strength which contains 4.0 mg sodium chloride), 3 mg metacresol, 6.3 mg sodium citrate dihydrate, and water for injection. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid may be added to adjust pH between 6.0 and 7.2. Treprostinil is chemically stable at room temperature and neutral pH. Treprostinil is (1R,2R,3aS,9aS)-[[2,3,3a,4,9,9a-hexahydro-2-hydroxy-1-[(3S)-3-hydroxyoctyl]-1H-benz[f]inden-5-yl]oxy]acetic acid monohydrate. Treprostinil has a molecular weight of 408.53 and a molecular formula of C23H34O5.H2O. The structural formula of treprostinil is. Sterile Diluent for Tresprostinil Injection is a high-pH (pH-10.4) glycine diluent supplied in a 50 mL vial containing 50 mL of Sterile Diluent for Tresprostinil Injection. Each vial contains 94 mg glycine, 73.3 mg sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide ( to adjust pH), and water for injection."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) (WHO Group 1) to improve exercise ability. Studies establishing effectiveness included predominately patients with NYHA Functional Class II to III symptoms and etiologies of idiopathic or heritable PAH (61%) or PAH associated with connective tissue diseases (23%). ( 1.1).",
"Description": "Tadalafil, an oral treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension, is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)–specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C 22H 19N 3O 4representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1´,2´:1,6]pyrido[3,4– b]indole-1,4-dione,6-(1,3 benzodioxol-5-yl))-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-(6R-12aR)-. Tadalafil USP is white or almost white powder that is freely soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, slightly soluble in methylene chloride, practically insoluble in water. Tadalafil tablets, USP are available as white color, capsule shaped, film-coated tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 20 mg of tadalafil and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, and triacetin."

"Description": "Prednisone is a glucocorticoid. Glucocorticoids are adrenocortical steroids, both naturally occurring and synthetic, which are readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. The molecular formula for prednisone is C21H26O5. Chemically, it is 17, 21-dihydroxypregna-1, 4-diene-3,11,20-trione and has the following structural formula. Prednisone is a white to practically white, odorless, crystalline powder and has a molecular weight of 358.44. It melts at about 230°C with some decomposition. Prednisone is very slightly soluble in water; slightly soluble in alcohol, chloroform, dioxane, and methanol. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 1 mg, 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of prednisone. Inactive ingredients:1 mg: anhydrous lactose, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate.|2.5 mg: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, and talc.5 mg: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, and talc.10 mg: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, and talc.20 mg: anhydrous lactose, D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate."

Fluoxetine hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of 14 mg/mL in water.
