"IndicationAndUsage": "Fidaxomicin tablets are a macrolide antibacterial indicated in adult patients for the treatment of C. difficile-associated diarrhea. (1.1). To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of fidaxomicin and other antibacterial drugs, fidaxomicin should be used only to treat infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by C. difficile. (1.2).",
"Description": "Fidaxomicin is a macrolide antibacterial drug for oral administration. Its CAS chemical name is Oxacyclooctadeca-3,5,9,13,15-pentaen-2-one, 3-[[[6-deoxy-4-O-(3,5-dichloro-2-ethyl-4,6-dihydroxybenzoyl)- 2-O-methyl-β-D-mannopyranosyl]oxy]methyl]-12-[[6-deoxy-5-C-methyl-4-O-(2-methyl-1-oxopropyl)-β-D- lyxo-hexopyranosyl]oxy]-11-ethyl-8-hydroxy-18-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-9,13,15-trimethyl-, (3E,5E,8S,9E,11S,12R,13E,15E,18S)-. The molecular formula is C52H74Cl2O18 and the molecular weight is 1058.04 g/mol. The structural formula of fidaxomicin is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1: Structural Formula of Fidaxomicin. Fidaxomicin tablets are film-coated and contain 200 mg of fidaxomicin per tablet and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxytoluene, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lecithin (soy), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol-part hydrolyzed, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium starch glycolate Type A, talc, and titanium dioxide."

Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate capsules contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg, and 70 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, 34.7 mg, and 40.5 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The capsule shells contain gelatin and titanium dioxide. The 10 mg capsule shells also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, and FD&C Red #40. The 20 mg capsule shells also contain yellow iron oxide. The 30 mg capsule shells also contain D&C Red #28, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40 and yellow iron oxide. The 40 mg capsule shells also contain D&C Yellow #10, FD&C Green #3, and yellow iron oxide. Liraglutide is made by attaching a C-16 fatty acid (palmitic acid) with a glutamic acid spacer on the remaining lysine residue at position 26 of the peptide precursor. The molecular formula of liraglutide is C172H265N43O51 and the molecular weight is 3751.2 Daltons. The structural formula (Figure 1) is. Figure 1. Structural Formula of Liraglutide. Liraglutide injection is a sterile, aqueous, clear, colorless or almost colorless solution for subcutaneous use. "Description": "Liraglutide injection contains liraglutide, an analog of the fragment 7-37 of the naturally occurring human glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1[7 - 37]), containing one amino acid substitution (Arg for Lys at position 34 of the GLP-1 sequence) and an additional fatty acid chain. Liraglutide is a linear peptide with 31 amino acids and a γ-glutamyl-palmitoyl residue linked to the ɛ-amino group of Lys20. All amino acid residues with exception of the archiral glycines are in the L-configuration. The structural formula (Figure 1) is. Figure 1. Structural Formula of liraglutide. "Description": "Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate, a CNS stimulant, is for once-a-day oral administration. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl] hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C15H25N3O(CH4O3S)2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.59. The chemical structure is. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL). Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate chewable tablets contain 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, and 60 mg of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg, 11.6 mg, 17.3 mg, 23.1 mg, 28.9 mg, and 34.7 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, guar gum, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sucralose, and artificial strawberry flavor (which contains artificial flavors, corn syrup, medium-chain triglycerides, and modified corn starch)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "AMJEVITA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: : 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. "Description": "Adalimumab-atto is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-atto is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-atto is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. AMJEVITA® (adalimumab-atto) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled SureClick autoinjector, or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of AMJEVITA is clear, colorless to slightly yellow, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with L-lactic acid (1.7 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (67 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of AMJEVITA is formulated with glacial acetic acid (0.48 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment, sucrose (72 mg), and Water for Injection, USP, pH 5.2. "Description": "IDAMYCIN PFS contains idarubicin hydrochloride, which is an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor. Chemically, idarubicin hydrochloride is 5, 12-Naphthacenedione, 9-acetyl-7-[(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,9,11-trihydroxyhydrochloride, (7S-cis). The structural formula is as follows. C26 H27 NO9 ∙HCl M.W. 533.96. IDAMYCIN PFS injection, for intravenous use, is a sterile, orange-red, isotonic parenteral preservative-free solution, available in 5 mL (5 mg), 10 mL (10 mg), and 20 mL (20 mg) single-dose only vials. Each mL contains idarubicin hydrochloride, USP 1 mg (equivalent to 0.93 mg idarubicin free base) and the following inactive ingredients: Glycerin, USP 25 mg and Water for Injection, USP q.s. Hydrochloric Acid, NF is used to adjust the pH to a target of 3.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Midazolam injection is indicated: 1 intramuscularly or intravenously for preoperative sedation/anxiolysis/amnesia;, 2 intravenously as an agent for sedation/anxiolysis/amnesia prior to or during diagnostic, therapeutic or endoscopic procedures, such as bronchoscopy, gastroscopy, cystoscopy, coronary angiography, cardiac catheterization, oncology procedures, radiologic procedures, suture of lacerations and other procedures either alone or in combination with other CNS depressants;, 3 intravenously for induction of general anesthesia, before administration of other anesthetic agents. With the use of narcotic premedication, induction of anesthesia can be attained within a relatively narrow dose range and in a short period of time. Intravenous midazolam can also be used as a component of intravenous supplementation of nitrous oxide and oxygen (balanced anesthesia);, 4 continuous intravenous infusion for sedation of intubated and mechanically ventilated patients as a component of anesthesia or during treatment in a critical care setting.",
"Description": "Midazolam hydrochloride injection is a water-soluble benzodiazepine available as a sterile, nonpyrogenic parenteral dosage form for intravenous or intramuscular injection. Each mL contains midazolam hydrochloride equivalent to 1 mg or 5 mg midazolam compounded with 0.8% sodium chloride and 0.01% disodium edetate, with 1% benzyl alcohol as preservative; the pH is adjusted to approximately 3 with hydrochloric acid and, if necessary, sodium hydroxide. Midazolam is a white to light yellow crystalline compound, insoluble in water. The hydrochloride salt of midazolam, which is formed in situ, is soluble in aqueous solutions. Chemically, midazolam HCl is 8-chloro-6-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-methyl-4H-imidazo[1,5-a][1,4]benzodiazepine hydrochloride. Midazolam hydrochloride has the empirical formula C18H13ClFN3∙HCl, a calculated molecular weight of 362.24 and the following structural formula."
