"IndicationAndUsage": "Pemetrexed for injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated: in combination with pembrolizumab and platinum chemotherapy, for the initial treatment of patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with no EGFR or ALK genomic tumor aberrations. ( 1.1) in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous, NSCLC). ( 1.1) as a single agent for the maintenance treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous NSCLC whose disease has not progressed after four cycles of platinum-based first-line chemotherapy. ( 1.1) as a single agent for the treatment of patients with recurrent, metastatic non-squamous, NSCLC after prior chemotherapy. ( 1.1) Limitations of Use: Pemetrexed for injection is not indicated for the treatment of patients with squamous cell, non-small cell lung cancer. ( 1.1) initial treatment, in combination with cisplatin, of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma whose disease is unresectable or who are otherwise not candidates for curative surgery. ( 1.2).",
"Description": "Pemetrexed for injection, USP is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor. The drug substance, pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate, has the chemical name N-[4-[2-(2-amino-4,7-dihydro-4-oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3- d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl]benzoyl]- L-glutamic acid disodium salt hydrate with a molecular formula of C 20H 19N 5Na 2O 62.5H 2O and a molecular weight of 516.37. The structural formula is as follows: Pemetrexed for injection, USP is a sterile white-to-light yellow or green-yellow lyophilized powder in single-dose vials to be reconstituted for intravenous infusion. Each 100-mg vial of pemetrexed for injection, USP contains 100 mg pemetrexed (equivalent to 120.81 mg pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate) and 106 mg mannitol. Each 500-mg vial of pemetrexed for injection, USP contains 500 mg pemetrexed (equivalent to 604.05 mg pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate) and 500 mg mannitol. Each 1,000-mg vial of pemetrexed for injection, USP contains 1,000 mg pemetrexed (equivalent to 1,208.11 mg pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate) and 1,000 mg mannitol. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may have been added to adjust pH."

To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of cephalexin and other antibacterial drugs, Cephalexin should be used only to treat infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by bacteria. "Description": "Cephalexin capsules, USP is a semisynthetic cephalosporin antibacterial drug intended for oral administration. It is 7-(D-α-Amino-α-phenylacetamido)-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid monohydrate. Cephalexin has the molecular formula C 16H 17N 3O 4SH 2O and the molecular weight is 365.41. Cephalexin has the following structural formula:. Each capsule contains cephalexin monohydrate equivalent to 250 mg, 333 mg, 500 mg, or 750 mg of cephalexin. The 250 mg, 333 mg, 500 mg and 750 mg capsules contain anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, FD & C Blue No. 1, D & C Yellow No. 10, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide. In addition, the 250 mg capsule contains FD & C Red No. 40; 333 mg and 750 mg Capsules contains FD & C Yellow No. 6. The imprinting ink contains; shellac, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution and potassium hydroxide. Also black Iron oxide is used in 250mg, 333mg and 500mg and titanium dioxide is used in 750mg."

Cephalexin has the following structural formula:. Each capsule contains cephalexin monohydrate equivalent to 250 mg, 333 mg, 500 mg, or 750 mg of cephalexin. The 250 mg, 333 mg, 500 mg and 750 mg capsules contain anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, FD & C Blue No. 1, D & C Yellow No. 10, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide. In addition, the 250 mg capsule contains FD & C Red No. 40; 333 mg and 750 mg Capsules contains FD & C Yellow No. 6. The imprinting ink contains; shellac, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution and potassium hydroxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term opioid treatment and for which alternative treatment options are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses, and because of the greater risks of overdose and death with extended-release opioid formulations [see Warnings and Precautions ( 5.1)] , reserve tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics or immediate-release opioids) are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain. , 2 Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets are not indicated as an as-needed (prn) analgesic.",
"Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride is an opioid agonist in an extended-release tablet formulation for oral use. The chemical name is (±) cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of tramadol HCl is 299.84. It is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder that is readily soluble in water and ethanol and has a pKa of 9.41. The n-octanol/water log partition coefficient (logP) is 1.35 at pH 7. Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP contain 100, 200 or 300 mg of tramadol HCl in an extended-release formulation. The tablets are white to off-white in color and contain the inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, dibutyl sebacate, ethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The imprinting ink contains shellac, iron oxide black and propylene glycol. Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP meet USP Dissolution Test 3."

"Description": "Tramadol hydrochloride is an opioid agonist in an extended-release tablet formulation for oral use. The chemical name is (±) cis-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexanol hydrochloride. Its structural formula is. The molecular weight of tramadol HCl is 299.84. It is a white, bitter, crystalline and odorless powder that is readily soluble in water and ethanol and has a pKa of 9.41. The n-octanol/water log partition coefficient (logP) is 1.35 at pH 7. Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP contain 100, 200 or 300 mg of tramadol HCl in an extended-release formulation. The tablets are white to off-white in color and contain the inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, dibutyl sebacate, ethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The imprinting ink contains shellac, iron oxide black and propylene glycol. Tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP meet USP Dissolution Test 3."

"Description": "Temozolomide is an alkylating drug. The chemical name of temozolomide is 3,4-dihydro-3-methyl-4-oxoimidazo[5,1-d]-as-tetrazine-8-carboxamide. The structural formula of temozolomide is. The material is a white to light tan or light pink powder with a molecular formula of C6H6N6O2 and a molecular weight of 194.15. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. TEMODAR capsules. TEMODAR (temozolomide) capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide.
