"IndicationAndUsage": "Azelaic acid gel, 15% is indicated for topical treatment of the inflammatory papules and pustules of mild to moderate rosacea. Limitations of Use. Although some reduction of erythema which was present in patients with papules and pustules of rosacea occurred in clinical studies, efficacy for treatment of erythema in rosacea in the absence of papules and pustules has not been evaluated.",
"Description": "Azelaic acid gel 15%, is an aqueous gel which contains azelaic acid, a naturally-occurring saturated dicarboxylic acid. It is for topical use. Chemically, azelaic acid is 1,7-heptanedicarboxylic acid. The molecular formula for azelaic acid is C9H16O4. It has the following structure. Azelaic acid has a molecular weight of 188.22. It is a white, odorless crystalline solid. It is poorly soluble in water at 20°C (0.24%) but freely soluble in boiling water and in ethanol. Azelaic acid gel 15%, is a white to off-white homogeneous gel for topical use; each gram contains 0.15 gm azelaic acid (15% w/w) in an aqueous gel base containing benzoic acid (as a preservative), carbopol 980, edetate disodium, glycerol monooleate, lecithin, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, purified water, and sodium hydroxide to adjust pH."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Guanfacine tablets, USP are indicated in the management of hypertension. Guanfacine tablets, USP may be given alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide-type diuretics.",
"Description": "Guanfacine hydrochloride, USP is a centrally acting antihypertensive with α2-adrenoceptor agonist properties in tablet form for oral administration. The chemical name of guanfacine hydrochloride, USP is N-Amidino-2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl) acetamide monohydrochloride and its molecular weight is 282.55. Its structural formula is. Guanfacine hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white powder; sparingly soluble in water and alcohol and slightly soluble in acetone. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains guanfacine hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 1 mg or 2 mg guanfacine. The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients. 1 mg - anhydrous lactose, FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, stearic acid. 2 mg - anhydrous lactose, D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, stearic acid."

The molecular formula is C21H27N5O4S; the molecular weight is 445.55; the structural formula is shown below. Glipizide, USP is a whitish, odorless powder with a pKa of 5.9. It is insoluble in water and alcohols, but soluble in 0.1 N NaOH; it is freely soluble in dimethylformamide. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 5 mg or 10 mg glipizide, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide; croscarmellose sodium; lactose anhydrous; microcrystalline cellulose; pregelatinized starch 1500 (maize) and stearic acid."

"Description": "Scopolamine transdermal system is designed for continuous release of scopolamine following application to an area of intact skin on the head, behind the ear. Each system contains 1.28 mg of scopolamine base. Scopolamine is (9-methyl-3-oxa-9-azatricyclo[3.3.1.02,4]nonan-7-yl) 3-hydroxy-2-phenylpropanoate. The molecular formula is C17H21NO4 and its structural formula is. Scopolamine has a molecular weight of 303.35 and a pKa of 7.55 to 7.81. The scopolamine transdermal system is a circular, 0.1 mm thick, 2.13 cm2 film with two layers. Proceeding from the visible surface towards the surface attached to the skin, these layers are: (1) a backing layer composed of a tan colored, pigmented, flexible film consisting of a polyethylene outer layer and a metalized polyester inner layer; (2) an adhesive matrix of the drug substance scopolamine, acrylic adhesive solution, isopropyl myristate, and oleyl alcohol. A release liner which protects the adhesive matrix layer during storage should be removed immediately prior to application. Cross section of the system."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Solifenacin succinate tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency.",
"Description": "Solifenacin succinate is a muscarinic receptor antagonist. Chemically, solifenacin succinate is a butanedioic acid compound with (1S)-(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl 3,4-dihydro-1-phenyl-2(1H)-iso-quinolinecarboxylate (1:1) having an empirical formula of C23H26N2O2C4H6O4, and a molecular weight of 480.55. The structural formula of solifenacin succinate is. Solifenacin succinate is a white to pale-yellowish-white crystal or crystalline powder. It is freely soluble at room temperature in water, glacial acetic acid, dimethyl sulfoxide, and methanol. Each solifenacin succinate tablet contains 5 or 10 mg of solifenacin succinate and is for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient solifenacin succinate, each solifenacin succinate tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose 2910, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate (type A) and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 5 mg strength contains iron oxide yellow. The 10 mg strength contains iron oxide red."

Chemically, solifenacin succinate is a butanedioic acid compound with (1S)-(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl 3,4-dihydro-1-phenyl-2(1H)-iso-quinolinecarboxylate (1:1) having an empirical formula of C23H26N2O2C4H6O4, and a molecular weight of 480.55. The structural formula of solifenacin succinate is. Solifenacin succinate is a white to pale-yellowish-white crystal or crystalline powder. It is freely soluble at room temperature in water, glacial acetic acid, dimethyl sulfoxide, and methanol. Each solifenacin succinate tablet contains 5 or 10 mg of solifenacin succinate and is for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient solifenacin succinate, each solifenacin succinate tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose 2910, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium starch glycolate (type A) and titanium dioxide. "Description": "Abiraterone acetate USP, the active ingredient of abiraterone acetate tablets, USP is the acetyl ester of abiraterone. Abiraterone is an inhibitor of CYP17 (17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase). Each abiraterone acetate tablet contains 500 mg of abiraterone acetate, USP. Abiraterone acetate, USP is designated chemically as (3β)-17-(3-pyridinyl) androsta-5,16-dien-3-yl acetate and its structure is. Abiraterone acetate, USP is a white to off-white, non-hygroscopic, crystalline powder. Its molecular formula is C26H33NO2 and it has a molecular weight of 391.55. Abiraterone acetate, USP is a lipophilic compound with an octanol-water partition coefficient of 5.12 (Log P) and is practically insoluble in water. The pKa of the aromatic nitrogen is 5.19. "Description": "Noxafil and Noxafil PowderMix contain posaconazole, an azole antifungal agent. Posaconazole is designated chemically as 4-[4-[4-[4-[[ (3R,5R)-5- (2,4-difluorophenyl)tetrahydro-5- (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-3-furanyl]methoxy]phenyl]-1-piperazinyl]phenyl]-2-[(1S,2S)-1-ethyl-2-hydroxypropyl]-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one with an empirical formula of C37H42F2N8O4 and a molecular weight of 700.8. The chemical structure is. Posaconazole is a white powder with a low aqueous solubility. Noxafil (posaconazole) Injection. Noxafil injection, for intravenous use, is a clear colorless to yellow, without preservatives sterile liquid essentially free of foreign matter.
