"IndicationAndUsage": "Naloxone hydrochloride injection is indicated for the complete or partial reversal of opioid depression, including respiratory depression, induced by natural and synthetic opioids including propoxyphene, methadone, and certain mixed agonist-antagonist analgesics: nalbuphine, pentazocine, butorphanol, and cyclazocine. Naloxone hydrochloride is also indicated for the diagnosis of suspected or known acute opioid overdosage. Naloxone may be useful as an adjunctive agent to increase blood pressure in the management of septic shock (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, Adjunctive Use in Septic Shock).",
"Description": "Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution of naloxone hydrochloride in water for injection. Each milliliter (mL) in the 1 mL single dose syringe contains 0.4 mg (400 micrograms) of naloxone hydrochloride, 8.9 mg of sodium chloride to adjust tonicity, in Water for Injection. Each milliliter (mL) in the 2 mL single dose syringe contains 1 mg of naloxone hydrochloride, 8.35 mg of sodium chloride to adjust tonicity, in Water for Injection. The pH is 3.0-4.0 with hydrochloric acid used, if needed, for pH adjustment. Sealed under nitrogen. Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection, USP may be administered intravenously, intramuscularly, or subcutaneously. Naloxone, an opioid antagonist, is a synthetic congener of oxymorphone. It differs from oxymorphone in that the methyl group on the nitrogen atom is replaced by an allyl group. Naloxone Hydrochloride, USP is a chemically designated 17-Allyl-4,5α-epoxy-3,14-dihydroxymorphinan-6-one hydrochloride (C19H21NO4 HCl), a white to slightly off-white powder soluble in water, in dilute acids, and in strong alkali; slightly soluble in alcohol; practically insoluble in ether and chloroform. It has a molecular weight of 363.84. It has the following structural formula."

Diagnostic allergenic extracts are indicated for use in skin testing to establish the clinical relevance of specific allergens to which the patient has been exposed. By measuring skin test response, the physician may assess the degree of sensitivity that patients have to the allergens. For extracts standardized in AU and BAU, see individual directions for use. Allergenic extracts for diagnostic use only of coffee, mosquito, cottonseed, and flaxseed have not been shown by adequate data to be safe and effective for therapeutic use.",
"Description": "Sterile diagnostic extracts are supplied in either phenol-saline diluent for Intradermal Testing or in diluent containing glycerin 50% (v/v) for Percutaneous Testing and phenol 0.4% (preservative). Inactive ingredients may include: sodium chloride for isotonicity, glycerin, and sodium bicarbonate as a buffer. Pollens are individually extracted from pure pollen extracted in a phenol-preserved sodium bicarbonate solution. Short Ragweed and Mixed (Tall and Short) Ragweed extracts are standardized by Antigen E content and so labeled. The Antigen E content of extracts containing Short Ragweed at a concentration more dilute than a weight/volume ratio of 1:10 are obtained by calculating the Antigen E content based on the assay value of more concentrated extract. Pollen extracts are filtered aseptically and after final packaging, they are tested for sterility and safety. Molds are individwually extracted from pure powdered inactivated mold source material extracted in phenol preserved saline. Mold extracts are filtered aseptically and after final packaging are tested for sterility and safety. Molds (fungi) are present in all inhabited places at all seasons of the year; they are so ubiquitous that they are prevalent at times when common allergic pollens and other inhalants are not. In the home and surroundings, molds are found in upholstered furniture, mattresses, drapes, cellar and storage room dust, woolens, leather goods, fruits, meats, cheeses, garden soil and on plants. Spores, mycelial fragments and mold residues are thus inhaled, contacted and ingested continuously. Foods, miscellaneous inhalants and epidermals are individually extracted in phenol preserved saline or glycerin, filtered aseptically and after final packaging are tested for sterility and safety."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bumetanide Injection is indicated for the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic and renal disease, including the nephrotic syndrome. Almost equal diuretic response occurs after oral and parenteral administration of bumetanide. Therefore, if impaired gastrointestinal absorption is suspected or oral administration is not practical, bumetanide should be given by the intramuscular or intravenous route. Successful treatment with bumetanide following instances of allergic reactions to furosemide suggests a lack of cross-sensitivity.",

<IndicationAndUsage>These products are for diagnostic use only. Allergenic extracts for diagnostic use only of coffee, mosquito, cottonseed, and flaxseed have not been shown by adequate data to be safe and effective for therapeutic use.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Sterile diagnostic extracts are supplied in either phenol-saline diluent for Intradermal Testing or in diluent containing glycerin 50% (v/v) for Percutaneous Testing and phenol 0.4% (preservative). Foods, miscellaneous inhalants and epidermals are individually extracted in phenol preserved saline or glycerin, filtered aseptically and after final packaging are tested for sterility and safety.</Description>

Lansoprazole is stable when exposed to light for up to two months. The rate of degradation of the compound in aqueous solution increases with decreasing pH. The degradation half-life of the drug substance in aqueous solution at 25°C is approximately 0.5 hour at pH 5.0 and approximately 18 hours at pH 7.0. Lansoprazole is supplied in delayed-release orally disintegrating tablets for oral administration. Lansoprazole delayed-release orally disintegrating tablets contain the active ingredient, lansoprazole in the form of enteric-coated microgranules. The tablets are available in 15 mg and 30 mg dosage strengths. Each tablet contains lansoprazole and the following inactive ingredients: aspartame**, cis-3-hexan-1-ol, cis-3-hexen-1-yl acetate, colloidal silicon dioxide, ethyl butyrate, ethyl isovalerate, ethyl-2-methylbutyrate, ethyl valerate, gamma-decalactone cis-3-hexenyl butyrate, gum arabic, hexyl hexanoate cis-3-hexenyl hexanoate, hypromellose, lactose, magnesium carbonate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, maltodextrin, methacrylic acid copolymer type C, methyl cinnamate, sugar spheres (which contain sucrose and corn starch), talc, titanium dioxide, and triethyl citrate. ** Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 3.71 mg per 15 mg tablet and 7.41 mg per 30 mg tablet.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>These products are for diagnostic use only.
Foods, miscellaneous inhalants and epidermals are individually extracted in phenol preserved saline or glycerin, filtered aseptically and after final packaging are tested for sterility and safety.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Dipyridamole Injection is indicated as an alternative to exercise in thallium myocardial perfusion imaging for the evaluation of coronary artery disease in patients who cannot exercise adequately. In a study of about 1100 patients who underwent coronary arteriography and Dipyridamole Injection assisted thallium imaging, the results of both tests were interpreted blindly and the sensitivity and specificity of the dipyridamole thallium study in predicting the angiographic outcome were calculated. The sensitivity of the dipyridamole test (true positive dipyridamole divided by the total number of patients with positive angiography) was about 85%. The specificity (true negative divided by the number of patients with negative angiograms) was about 50%. In a subset of patients who had exercise thallium imaging as well as dipyridamole thallium imaging, sensitivity and specificity of the two tests were almost identical.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>DURAMORPH is indicated for: 1 the management of pain severe enough to require use of an opioid analgesic by intravenous administration, and for which alternative treatments are not expected to be adequate., 2 the epidural or intrathecal management of pain without attendant loss of motor, sensory, or sympathetic function.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>DURAMORPH (morphine sulfate injection) is an opioid agonist, available as a sterile, nonpyrogenic isobaric solution of morphine sulfate in strengths of 0.5 mg or 1 mg morphine sulfate per mL, free of antioxidants, preservatives or other potentially neurotoxic additives, and is intended for intravenous, epidural, or intrathecal administration. Morphine is the most important alkaloid of opium and is a phenanthrene derivative. It is available as the sulfate salt, chemically identified as 7,8-Didehydro-4,5-epoxy-17-methyl-(5α,6α)-morphinan-3,6-diol sulfate (2:1) (salt), pentahydrate, with the following structural formula. (C17H19NO3)2 H2SO4 5H2O Molecular Weight is 758.83. Morphine sulfate USP is an odorless, white crystalline powder with a bitter taste. It has a solubility of 1 in 21 parts of water and 1 in 1000 parts of alcohol, but is practically insoluble in chloroform or ether. The octanol:water partition coefficient of morphine is 1.42 at physiologic pH and the pKa is 7.9 for the tertiary nitrogen (the majority is ionized at pH 7.4). Each mL of DURAMORPH contains morphine sulfate, USP 0.5 mg (5 mg/10 mL) or 1 mg (10 mg/10 mL) and sodium chloride 9 mg in Water for Injection. The pH range is 2.5 – 6.5. Contains no preservative. Each 10 mL ampul of DURAMORPH is intended for SINGLE USE ONLY.</Description>
