"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpes viruses. Acyclovir tablets are a formulation for oral administration. Each 800 mg tablet of acyclovir contains 800 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. Each 400 mg tablet of acyclovir contains 400 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. Acyclovir is a white, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C8H11N5O3 and a molecular weight of 225.2. The maximum solubility in water at 37°C is 2.5 mg/mL. The pKa’s of acyclovir are 2.27 and 9.25. The chemical name of acyclovir is 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6H-purin-6-one; it has the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Dextroamphetamine saccharate, amphetamine aspartate, dextroamphetamine sulfate and amphetamine sulfate tablets are indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Narcolepsy.",
"Description": "A single-entity amphetamine product combining the neutral sulfate salts of dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, with the dextro isomer of amphetamine saccharate and d, I-amphetamine aspartate. In addition, each tablet for oral administration contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and pregelatinized corn starch. The 5 mg, 7.5 mg and 10 mg tablets contain D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake. The 12.5 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg tablets contain D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake."

"Description": "Cephalexin capsules, USP is a semisynthetic cephalosporin antibacterial drug intended for oral administration. It is 7-(D-α-Amino-α-phenylacetamido)-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid monohydrate. Cephalexin has the molecular formula C16H17N3O4SH2O and the molecular weight is 365.41. Cephalexin has the following structural formula. Each capsule contains cephalexin monohydrate equivalent to 250 mg or 500 mg of cephalexin. The capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Yellow No. 6, gelatin, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulfate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ITOVEBI, in combination with palbociclib and fulvestrant, is indicated for the treatment of adults with endocrine-resistant, PIK3CA-mutated, hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, as detected by an FDA-approved test, following recurrence on or after completing adjuvant endocrine therapy [see Clinical Studies (14.1)].",
"Description": "ITOVEBI contains inavolisib, a kinase inhibitor. The chemical name of inavolisib is (2S)-2-[[2-[(4S)-4-(difluoromethyl)-2-oxo-oxazolidin-3-yl]-5,6-dihydroimidazo[1,2-d][1,4]benzoxazepin-9-yl]amino]propanamide. Inavolisib is a white to off-white, greyish pink, greyish orange, or greyish yellow powder or powder with lumps. Inavolisib demonstrates pH-dependent aqueous solubility; the greatest solubility is at low pH, and solubility decreases with increasing pH. The molecular formula for inavolisib is C18H19F2N5O4 and the molecular weight is 407.37 g/mol. The chemical structure of inavolisib is shown below. ITOVEBI film-coated tablets are supplied for oral administration with two strengths that contain 3 mg and 9 mg of inavolisib. The tablets also contain lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate. The film-coating contains the following inactive ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), titanium dioxide, macrogol/polyethylene glycol, talc, iron oxide red, and iron oxide yellow (in the 9 mg tablet only)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "LAMICTAL is indicated for:. Epilepsy—adjunctive therapy in patients aged 2 years and older: : 1 partial-onset seizures., 2 primary generalized tonic-clonic (PGTC) seizures., 3 generalized seizures of Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. (1.1).",
"Description": "LAMICTAL (lamotrigine), an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine’s chemical name is 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. LAMICTAL tablets are supplied for oral administration as 25-mg (white), 100-mg (peach), 150-mg (cream), and 200-mg (blue) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: lactose; magnesium stearate; microcrystalline cellulose; povidone; sodium starch glycolate; FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake (100-mg tablet only); ferric oxide, yellow (150-mg tablet only); and FD&C Blue No. 2 Lake (200-mg tablet only). LAMICTAL tablets for oral suspension are supplied for oral administration. The tablets contain 2 mg (white), 5 mg (white), or 25 mg (white) of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: blackcurrant flavor, calcium carbonate, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium aluminum silicate, magnesium stearate, povidone, saccharin sodium, and sodium starch glycolate. The tablets for oral suspension meet Organic Impurities Procedure 2 as published in the current USP monograph for Lamotrigine Tablets for Oral Suspension. LAMICTAL ODT orally disintegrating tablets are supplied for oral administration. The tablets contain 25 mg (white to off-white), 50 mg (white to off-white), 100 mg (white to off-white), or 200 mg (white to off-white) of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: artificial cherry flavor, crospovidone, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, polyethylene, and sucralose. LAMICTAL ODT orally disintegrating tablets are formulated using technologies (Microcaps and AdvaTab) designed to mask the bitter taste of lamotrigine and achieve a rapid dissolution profile. Tablet characteristics including flavor, mouth-feel, after-taste, and ease of use were rated as favorable in a study in 108 healthy volunteers."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Benznidazole Tablets are indicated in pediatric patients 2 to 12 years of age for the treatment of Chagas disease (American trypanosomiasis) caused by Trypanosoma cruzi. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on the number of treated patients who became Immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody negative against the recombinant antigens of T. cruzi [see Clinical Studies ( 14)] . Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory trials.",
"Description": "Benznidazole Tablets contain benznidazole, a nitroimidazole antimicrobial. The chemical name of benznidazole is N-benzyl-2-(2-nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl) acetamide. The empirical formula is C 12H 12N 4O 3 and the molecular weight is 260.246 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Figure 1: Benznidazole Structure. Benznidazole is a yellowish, practically crystalline powder that is practically insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in acetone and ethanol, and slightly soluble in methanol. Benznidazole Tablets are white round tablets each containing 12.5 mg or 100 mg of benznidazole, for oral use. The 100 mg white tablets are round and functionally scored twice as a cross on both sides debossed with “E” on one side of each quarter portion. The 12.5 mg white tablets are round and unscored debossed with “E” on one side. The inactive ingredients are as follows: magnesium stearate, NF; microcrystalline cellulose, NF; monohydrate lactose, NF; pre-gelatinized corn starch, NF; and sodium croscarmellose, NF."

"Description": "Benznidazole Tablets contain benznidazole, a nitroimidazole antimicrobial. The chemical name of benznidazole is N-benzyl-2-(2-nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl) acetamide. The empirical formula is C 12H 12N 4O 3 and the molecular weight is 260.246 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Figure 1: Benznidazole Structure. Benznidazole is a yellowish, practically crystalline powder that is practically insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in acetone and ethanol, and slightly soluble in methanol.
