"IndicationAndUsage": "Idarubicin Hydrochloride Injection in combination with other approved antileukemic drugs is indicated for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults. This includes French-American-British (FAB) classifications M1 through M7.",
"Description": "Idarubicin Hydrochloride Injection, USP contains idarubicin hydrochloride, USP and is a sterile, semi-synthetic, preservative-free solution (PFS) antineoplastic anthracycline for intravenous use. Chemically, idarubicin hydrochloride, USP is 5, 12-Naphthacenedione, 9-acetyl-7-[(3-amino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-L-lyxo-hexopyranosyl)oxy]-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,9,11-trihydroxyhydrochloride, (7S-cis). The structural formula is as follows. C26H27NO9HCl M.W. 533.95. Idarubicin Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, clear, orange-red, isotonic parenteral preservative-free solution, available in 5 mL (5 mg), 10 mL (10 mg) and 20 mL (20 mg) single-dose-only vials. Each mL contains idarubicin hydrochloride USP, 1 mg (equivalent to 0.93 mg idarubicin free base) and the following inactive ingredients: glycerin USP, 25 mg and q.s. water for injection, USP. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide is used to adjust pH to a target of 3.5."

"Description": "Cisplatin Injection, a platinum-based drug for intravenous use, is a clear, light yellow sterile aqueous solution. Each mL of Cisplatin Injection contains: 1 mg cisplatin USP, 9 mg sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH, and Water for Injection to a final volume of 50 mL or 100 mL. The pH range of Cisplatin Injection is 3.2 to 4.4. Cisplatin USP, the active ingredient in Cisplatin Injection, is an orange-yellow crystalline powder with the molecular formula Cl2H6N2Pt and a molecular weight of 300.05. "IndicationAndUsage": "Polymyxin B Sulfate and Trimethoprim Ophthalmic Solution is indicated in the treatment of surface ocular bacterial infections, including acute bacterial conjunctivitis, and blepharoconjunctivitis, caused by susceptible strains of the following microorganisms:. Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus viridans, Haemophilus influenza and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.*. *Efficacy for this organism in this organ system was studied in fewer than 10 infections.",
"Description": "Polymyxin B Sulfate and Trimethoprim Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile antimicrobial solution for topical ophthalmic use. Trimethoprim sulfate, 2,4-diamino-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidine sulfate (2:1), occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 678.72. The structural formula is as follows:. Polymyxin B sulfate is the sulfate salt of polymyxin B1 and B2 which are produced by the growth of Bacillus polymyxa (Prazmowski) Migula (Fam. Bacillaceae). It has a potency of not less than 6,000 polymyxin B units per mg, calculated on an anhydrous basis. The structural formula is as follows:. Each mL contains. Actives: Trimethoprim Sulfate equivalent to Trimethoprim 1 mg (0.1%) and Polymyxin B Sulfate 10,000 units. Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.04 mg (0.004%). Inactives: Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide may be added to adjust pH (3.0 to 5.5), and Water for Injection."

"Description": "Amoxicillin, USP is a semisynthetic antibacterial (amoxicillin), an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin, USP molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Tablets: Each tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each film-coated tablet contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. For Oral Suspension: Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 200 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.09 mEq (2.11 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 250 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.14 mEq (3.24 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.12 mEq (2.69 mg) of sodium. "Description": "Amoxicillin, USP is a semisynthetic antibacterial (amoxicillin), an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin, USP molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Tablets: Each tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each film-coated tablet contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. For Oral Suspension: Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate.
