"IndicationAndUsage": "Pomalidomide capsules are a thalidomide analogue indicated for the treatment of adult patients: 1 in combination with dexamethasone, for patients with multiple myeloma (MM) who have received at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor and have demonstrated disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last therapy (1.1).",
"Description": "Pomalidomide is a thalidomide analog. The chemical name is 4-Amino-2-(2,6-dioxo-3-piperidyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione and it has the following chemical structure. The molecular formula for pomalidomide is C13H11N3O4 and the gram molecular weight is 273.25. Pomalidomide is a light yellow to yellow colored powder. It is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and in dimethylformamide, insoluble in water. It has limited to low solubility into organic solvents, and it is insoluble in all pH solutions (about 0.10 mg/mL). Pomalidomide has a chiral carbon atom which exists as a racemic mixture of the R (+) and S (-) enantiomers. Pomalidomide capsules are available in 1-mg, 2-mg, 3-mg, and 4-mg capsules for oral administration. Each capsule contains pomalidomide as the active ingredient and the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, isomalt, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The 1-mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 2, iron oxide yellow, and white ink. "IndicationAndUsage": "Valacyclovir tablets are deoxynucleoside analogue DNA polymerase inhibitor indicated for. Adult Patients (1.1): 1 Cold Sores (Herpes Labialis), 2 Genital Herpes Treatment in immunocompetent patients (initial or recurrent episode)Suppression in immunocompetent or HIV-1˗infected patientsReduction of transmission, 3 Herpes Zoster.",
"Description": "Valacyclovir hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt of the L-valyl ester of the antiviral drug acyclovir. Valacyclovir tablets, USP are for oral administration. Each tablet contains valacyclovir hydrochloride equivalent to 500 mg or 1 gram valacyclovir. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: crospovidone, FD&C Blue No. 2 Lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, povidone and titanium dioxide. The chemical name of valacyclovir hydrochloride is L-valine, 2-[(2-amino-1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-9H-purin-9-yl)methoxy]ethyl ester, monohydrochloride. It has the following structural formula. Valacyclovir hydrochloride is a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C13H20N6O4HCl and a molecular weight of 360.80. The maximum solubility in water at 25°C is 174 mg/mL. The pkas for valacyclovir hydrochloride are 1.90, 7.47, and 9.43."

"IndicationAndUsage": "For the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depression is more likely to be alleviated than are other depressive states.",
"Description": "Amitriptyline hydrochloride, USP, a dibenzocycloheptadiene derivative, is a white, or practically white, odorless, crystalline compound which is freely soluble in water and alcohol. It is designated chemically as 10,11-Dihydro-N,N-dimethyl-5H-dibenzo[a,d] cycloheptene-Δ5, γ-propylamine hydrochloride. It has the following structural formula. Each tablet for oral administration contains 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, or 150 mg amitriptyline hydrochloride, USP. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose (monohydrate), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch (corn) and titanium dioxide. The 10 mg also includes D&C Red #27 Aluminum Lake, D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake; 25 mg – D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake; 50 mg – FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake, D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake; 75 mg – D&C Red #7 Calcium Lake and FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake; 100 mg – D&C Red #30 Aluminum Lake and D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake; 150 mg – D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake."

It is freely soluble in water and soluble in alcohol. Each tablet for oral administration contains 25 mg or 50 mg of promethazine hydrochloride, USP.
