"IndicationAndUsage": "Pemetrexed Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated: 1 in combination with pembrolizumab and platinum chemotherapy, for the initial treatment of patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with no EGFR or ALK genomic tumor aberrations. (1.1), 2 in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous NSCLC. (1.1), 3 as a single agent for the maintenance treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous NSCLC whose disease has not progressed after four cycles of platinum-based first-line chemotherapy. (1.1) , 4 as a single agent for the treatment of patients with recurrent, metastatic non-squamous, NSCLC after prior chemotherapy. (1.1).",
"Description": "Pemetrexed Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor. The drug substance, pemetrexed disodium, has the chemical name N-[[4-[2-(2-Amino-4-oxo-4,7-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl]phenyl] carbonyl] -L-glutamic acid disodium, 2.5H2O with a molecular formula of C20H19N5Na2O6 2.5 H2O and a molecular weight of 516.41 The structural formula is as follows:. Pemetrexed Injection is supplied as a sterile clear colorless to yellow or green-yellow solution for intravenous infusion available in single-dose vials. Each mL contains 25 mg pemetrexed (30.2 mg pemetrexed disodium 2.5 hydrate), 0.5 mg sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate, 50 mg propylene glycol, water for injection. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may have been added to adjust pH. Pemetrexed Injection requires dilution prior to intravenous infusion. Pemetrexed Injection should be diluted in 0.9% sodium chloride injection (preservative-free) to achieve a total volume of 100 mL for intravenous infusion."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Adults and Pediatric Patients: 1 Upper Respiratory Tract Infections of the Ear, Nose, and Throat.",
"Description": "Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibacterial, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S 3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Amoxicillin Tablets, USP. Each film coated tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The tablets are oval-shaped and white to yellowish. The 500 mg tablet is unscored, embossed GG-961 on one side and 500 on the other side. The 875 mg tablet is scored and embossed GG-962 on one side and 875 on the other side. In addition each amoxicillin tablet contains these inactive ingredients in each 500 mg or 875 mg tablet: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, talc, triethyl citrate, and titanium dioxide. Amoxicillin for Oral Suspension, USP. Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg, and 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.30 mEq (6.95 mg) of sodium. Amoxicillin trihydrate for oral suspension 125 mg/5 mL, 200 mg/5 mL, 250 mg/5 mL and 400 mg/5 mL are fruity flavored pink suspensions. Inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, flavorings: raspberry, strawberry, refrachessement, FD&C Red 40, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sucrose, and xantham gum."

"Description": "Nintedanib capsules contain nintedanib, a kinase inhibitor [see Mechanism of Action (12.1)]. Nintedanib is presented as the ethanesulfonate salt (esylate), with the chemical name 1H-Indole-6-carboxylic acid, 2,3-dihydro-3-[[[4-[methyl[(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)acetyl]amino]phenyl]amino]phenylmethylene]-2-oxo-,methylester, (3Z)-, ethanesulfonate (1:1). Its structural formula is. Nintedanib esylate is a bright yellow powder with an empirical formula of C31H33N5O4∙C2H6O3S and a molecular weight of 649.76 g/mol. Nintedanib capsules for oral administration are available in 2 dose strengths containing 100 mg or 150 mg of nintedanib (equivalent to 120.40 mg or 180.60 mg nintedanib esylate, respectively). The inactive ingredients of nintedanib capsules are the following. Fill Material: hard fat, medium-chain triglycerides, polyglyceryl-3 dioleate. Capsule Shell: gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide, red ferric oxide, yellow ferric oxide, water, ink (ammonium hydroxide, carmine, ferrosoferric oxide, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, shellac, simethicone)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Levetiracetam is indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older (1.1). Levetiracetam is indicated for adjunctive therapy for the treatment of: 1 Myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years of age and older with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (1.2), 2 Primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years of age and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (1.3).",
"Description": "Levetiracetam is an antiepileptic drug available as 250 mg (pink), 500 mg (pink), 750 mg (pink), and 1000 mg (white) tablets for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, USP, a single enantiomer, is (-)-(S)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C8H14N2O2 and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula. Levetiracetam is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (104.0 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.). Levetiracetam tablets contain the labeled amount of levetiracetam, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "Levetiracetam extended-release tablets are indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 12 years of age and older.",
"Description": "Levetiracetam extended-release tablets, USP are an antiepileptic drug available as 500 mg, 750 mg and 1,000 mg (white) extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam, a single enantiomer, is (αS)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide, its molecular formula is C8H14N2O2 and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula. Levetiracetam USP is a white to off-white powder. It is very soluble in water (104.0 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.). Levetiracetam extended-release tablets, USP contain the labeled amount of levetiracetam. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, and titanium dioxide. The medication is combined with a drug release controlling polymer that provides a drug release at a controlled rate. The biologically inert components of the tablet may occasionally remain intact during GI transit and will be eliminated in the feces as a soft, hydrated mass. Meets USP Dissolution Test 5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "NON-STANDARDIZED ALLERGENIC EXTRACTS are indicated for: 1 Skin test diagnosis of individuals with a clinical history of allergy to the specific corresponding allergens.",
"Description": "Non-standardized allergenic extracts are labeled “No U.S. Standard of Potency”. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied in a Glycero Cocas extraction solution, which consists of 0.5% sodium chloride for isotonicity, 0.275% sodium bicarbonate as a buffer, and 50% glycerin (volume/volume) as preservative. Non-standardized allergenic extracts are supplied as a weight to volume (w/v) solution of allergen in extraction solution. Product concentrations vary based on the source. Refer to the vial label for the product concentration. Source material mold mycelia and Candida albicans cells are cultivated on liquid medium which may contain one or more of the following constituents: casein hydrolysate; malt extract; yeast extract; maltose; dextrose; ammonium nitrate, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, ammonium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium citrate, citric acid; magnesium sulfate; or trace elements. Acetone and ether may be used as drying and de-fatting agents. Candida albicans cells are treated with phenol, which is removed by dialysis. Dog Hair and Dander extracts are manufactured in 3 product forms: 1 Dog Hair and Dander (Regular Process) is derived from extraction of the source material without additional processing, and is prepared at 1:10 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 2 Acetone Precipitated (AP) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the acetone precipitated aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:100 w/v in Glycero-Cocas., 3 Ultrafiltered (UF) Dog Hair and Dander is derived from the UF aqueous extract and is prepared at 1:650 w/v in Glycero‑Cocas."

It is the hydrochloride salt of a phenylpiperidine compound identified chemically as (-)- trans-4 R-(4'-fluorophenyl)-3 S-[(3',4'- methylenedioxyphenoxy) methyl] piperidine hydrochloride hemihydrate and has the molecular formula of C 19H 20FNO 3HCl1/2H 2O. The molecular weight is 374.8 (329.4 as free base). The structural formula of paroxetine hydrochloride is:. Paroxetine hydrochloride, USP is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline powder, having a melting point range of 120°C to 138°C. It is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in dichloromethane and slightly soluble in water. Paroxetine tablets are for oral administration. Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, or 40 mg of paroxetine equivalent to 11.1 mg, 22.2 mg, 33.3 mg or 44.4 mg of paroxetine hydrochloride, respectively. The molecular weight is 374.8 (329.4 as free base). The structural formula of paroxetine hydrochloride is:. Paroxetine hydrochloride, USP is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline powder, having a melting point range of 120°C to 138°C. It is freely soluble in methanol, soluble in ethanol, sparingly soluble in dichloromethane and slightly soluble in water. Paroxetine tablets are for oral administration. Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, or 40 mg of paroxetine equivalent to 11.1 mg, 22.2 mg, 33.3 mg or 44.4 mg of paroxetine hydrochloride, respectively. "IndicationAndUsage": "LAMICTAL XR is indicated for: 1 adjunctive therapy for primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (PGTC) and partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalization in patients aged 13 years and older. (1.1), 2 conversion to monotherapy in patients aged 13 years and older with partial-onset seizures who are receiving treatment with a single antiepileptic drug (AED). (1.2).",
"Description": "LAMICTAL XR (lamotrigine), an AED of the phenyltriazine class, is chemically unrelated to existing AEDs. Lamotrigine’s chemical name is 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-as-triazine, its molecular formula is C9H7N5Cl2, and its molecular weight is 256.09. Lamotrigine is a white to pale cream-colored powder and has a pKa of 5.7. Lamotrigine is very slightly soluble in water (0.17 mg/mL at 25°C) and slightly soluble in 0.1 M HCl (4.1 mg/mL at 25°C). The structural formula is. LAMICTAL XR extended-release tablets are supplied for oral administration as 25-mg (yellow with white center), 50-mg (green with white center), 100-mg (orange with white center), 200-mg (blue with white center), 250-mg (purple with white center), and 300-mg (gray with white center) tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of lamotrigine and the following inactive ingredients: glycerol monostearate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate; magnesium stearate; methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, silicon dioxide (25- and 50-mg tablets only), titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, carmine (250-mg tablet only), iron oxide black (50-, 250-, and 300-mg tablets only), iron oxide yellow (25-, 50-, and 100-mg tablets only), iron oxide red (100-mg tablet only), FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake (200- and 250-mg tablets only). Tablets are printed with edible black ink. LAMICTAL XR extended-release tablets contain a modified-release eroding formulation as the core. The tablets are coated with a clear enteric coat and have an aperture drilled through the coats on both faces of the tablet (DiffCORE) to enable a controlled release of drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. The combination of this and the modified-release core are designed to control the dissolution rate of lamotrigine over a period of approximately 12 to 15 hours, leading to a gradual increase in serum lamotrigine levels."
