"IndicationAndUsage": "Varenicline tablet is indicated for use as an aid to smoking cessation treatment.",
"Description": "Varenicline tablets contain varenicline (as the tartrate salt), which is a partial nicotinic agonist selective for α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor subtypes. Varenicline, as the tartrate salt, is a powder which is a white to off-white to slightly yellow solid with the following chemical name: 7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,10-methano- 6H-pyrazino[2,3- h][3]benzazepine, (2R,3R)-2,3-dihydroxybutanedioate (1:1). It is highly soluble in water. Varenicline tartrate has a molecular weight of 361.35 Daltons, and a molecular formula of C13H13N3 C4H6O6. The chemical structure is: Varenicline tablets is supplied for oral administration in two strengths: a 0.5 mg capsular biconvex, white to off-white, film-coated tablet debossed with \"VC\" on one side and \"0.5\" on the other side and a 1 mg capsular biconvex, light blue film-coated tablet debossed with \"VC\" on one side and \"1\" on the other side. Each 0.5 mg varenicline tablet contains 0.85 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 0.5 mg of varenicline free base; each 1 mg varenicline tablet contains 1.71 mg of varenicline tartrate equivalent to 1 mg of varenicline free base. The following inactive ingredients are included in the tablets: croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, triacetin. Additionally, FD & C blue # 1, FD & C blue #2, talc, yellow iron oxide are present in 1 mg strength."

"Description": "Sucralfate Oral Suspension contains sucralfate and sucralfate is an β-D-glucopyranoside, α-D-fructofuranosyl-, octakis-(hydrogen sulfate), aluminum complex. Sucralfate Oral Suspension for oral administration contains 1 g of sucralfate per 10 mL. Sucralfate Oral Suspension also contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Red No. 40, wild cherry flavor (contains propylene glycol, artificial flavors, natural flavors, ethyl alcohol), glycerin, methylcellulose, methylparaben, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water, simethicone emulsion, sorbitol solution. "IndicationAndUsage": "Phentermine hydrochloride is indicated as a short-term (a few weeks) adjunct in a regimen of weight reduction based on exercise, behavioral modification and caloric restriction in the management of exogenous obesity for patients with an initial body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m 2, or ≥ 27 kg/m 2in the presence of other risk factors (e.g., controlled hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia). Below is a chart of body mass index (BMI) based on various heights and weights. BMI is calculated by taking the patient’s weight, in kilograms (kg), divided by the patient’s height, in meters (m), squared. Metric conversions are as follows: pounds ÷ 2.2 = kg; inches x 0.0254 = meters. The limited usefulness of agents of this class, including phentermine, [ see Clinical Pharmacology (12.1,12.2)] should be measured against possible risk factors inherent in their use such as those described below.",
"Description": "Phentermine hydrochloride USP is a sympathomimetic amine anorectic. It has the chemical name of α,α,-Dimethylphenethylamine hydrochloride. The structural formula is as follows. C 10H 15NHCl M.W. 185.7. Phentermine hydrochloride is a white, odorless, hygroscopic, crystalline powder which is soluble in water and lower alcohols, slightly soluble in chloroform and insoluble in ether. Phentermine hydrochloride, an anorectic agent for oral administration, is available as a capsule or tablet containing 37.5 mg of phentermine hydrochloride (equivalent to 30 mg of phentermine base). Phentermine hydrochloride capsules, USP 37.5 mg contain the inactive ingredients Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, FD&C Blue # 1, FD&C Red # 3, FD&C Yellow # 6, Gelatin, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, and Titanium Dioxide. The ingredients in the black imprinting ink are shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, purified water, strong ammonia solution, potassium hydroxide and black iron oxide. Phentermine hydrochloride tablets, USP 37.5 mg contain the inactive ingredients Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Corn Starch, FD&C Blue # 1, Lactose Monohydrate, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pregelatinized Starch (botanical source: maize), Sugar Spheres, and Stearic Acid."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets are indicated for.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]‑-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its molecular formula is C16H14F2N3NaO4S x 1.5 H2O, with a molecular weight of 432.4. The structural formula is:. Pantoprazole sodium USP is a white to off-white powder and is racemic. Pantoprazole has weakly basic and acidic properties. Pantoprazole sodium USP is freely soluble in water, very slightly soluble in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. The stability of the compound in aqueous solution is pH-dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH. At ambient temperature, the degradation half-life is approximately 2.8 hours at pH 5 and approximately 220 hours at pH 7.8. Pantoprazole sodium USP is supplied as a delayed-release tablet, available in two strengths 20 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 22.56 mg of pantoprazole sodium USP) and 40 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 45.1 mg of pantoprazole sodium USP). Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, crospovidone, ferric oxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, mannitol, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer dispersion, sodium carbonate, and triethyl citrate. The tablets are imprinted with brown ink containing ammonium hydroxide, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, and shellac glaze in ethanol. Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets (40 mg and 20 mg) complies USP dissolution test 3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets are indicated for.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP a PPI, is a substituted benzimidazole, sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]‑-1H-benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its molecular formula is C16H14F2N3NaO4S x 1.5 H2O, with a molecular weight of 432.4. The structural formula is:. Pantoprazole sodium USP is a white to off-white powder and is racemic. Pantoprazole has weakly basic and acidic properties. Pantoprazole sodium USP is freely soluble in water, very slightly soluble in phosphate buffer at pH 7.4, and practically insoluble in n-hexane. The stability of the compound in aqueous solution is pH-dependent. The rate of degradation increases with decreasing pH. At ambient temperature, the degradation half-life is approximately 2.8 hours at pH 5 and approximately 220 hours at pH 7.8. Pantoprazole sodium USP is supplied as a delayed-release tablet, available in two strengths 20 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 22.56 mg of pantoprazole sodium USP) and 40 mg pantoprazole (equivalent to 45.1 mg of pantoprazole sodium USP). Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets, USP contains the following inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, crospovidone, ferric oxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, mannitol, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer dispersion, sodium carbonate, and triethyl citrate. The tablets are imprinted with brown ink containing ammonium hydroxide, iron oxide black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, isopropyl alcohol, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, and shellac glaze in ethanol. Pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets (40 mg and 20 mg) complies USP dissolution test 3."

Its molecular formula is C48H55N6O8Na3. Its molecular mass is 912.96 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is:Sacubitril and valsartan tablets is available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 25.6 mg sacubitril monosodium and 26 mg of valsartan equivalent to 28.3 mg valsartan disodium; 49 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 51.2 mg sacubitril monosodium and 51 mg of valsartan equivalent to 56.6 mg valsartan disodium; and 97 mg of sacubitril equivalent to 102.4 mg sacubitril monosodium and 103 mg of valsartan equivalent to 113.2 mg valsartan disodium. Beclomethasone differs from dexamethasone in having a chlorine at the 9-alpha carbon in place of a fluorine, and in having a 16 beta-methyl group instead of a 16 alpha-methyl group. Beclomethasone dipropionate is a white to creamy white, odorless powder with a molecular formula of C28H37ClO7 and a molecular weight of 521.1. Its chemical structure is. QVAR is a pressurized, metered-dose aerosol intended for oral inhalation only. Each unit contains a solution of beclomethasone dipropionate in propellant HFA-134a (1,1,1,2 tetrafluoroethane) and ethanol. QVAR 40 mcg delivers 40 mcg of beclomethasone dipropionate from the actuator and 50 mcg from the valve. QVAR 80 mcg delivers 80 mcg of beclomethasone dipropionate from the actuator and 100 mcg from the valve.
