"Description": "GAMMAGARD LIQUID is a ready-for-use sterile, liquid preparation of highly purified and concentrated immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. The distribution of the IgG subclasses is similar to that of normal plasma. The Fc and Fab functions are maintained in GAMMAGARD LIQUID. Pre-kallikrein activator activity is not detectable. GAMMAGARD LIQUID contains 100 mg/mL protein. At least 98% of the protein is immune globulin, the average immunoglobulin A (IgA) concentration is 37 µg/mL, and immunoglobulin M is present in trace amounts. GAMMAGARD LIQUID contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents. Glycine (0.25M) serves as a stabilizing and buffering agent. There are no added sugars, sodium or preservatives. The pH is 4.6 to 5.1. The osmolality is 240 to 300 mOsmol/kg, which is similar to physiological osmolality (285 to 295 mOsmol/kg). GAMMAGARD LIQUID is manufactured from large pools of human plasma. IgG preparations are purified from plasma pools using a modified Cohn-Oncley cold ethanol fractionation process, as well as cation and anion exchange chromatography. Screening against potentially infectious agents begins with the donor selection process and continues throughout plasma collection and plasma preparation. Each individual plasma donation used in the manufacture of GAMMAGARD LIQUID is collected only at FDA approved blood establishments and is tested by FDA licensed serological tests for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), and for antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1/HIV-2) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in accordance with U.S. regulatory requirements. As an additional safety measure, mini-pools of the plasma are tested for the presence of HIV-1 and HCV by FDA licensed Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) and found to be negative. To further improve the margin of safety, validated virus inactivation/removal steps have been integrated into the manufacturing and formulation processes, namely solvent/detergent (S/D) treatment,10 35 nm nanofiltration, and a low pH incubation at elevated temperature (30 C to 32 C). The S/D process includes treatment with an organic mixture of tri-n-butyl phosphate, octoxynol 9 and polysorbate 80 at 18 C to 25 C for a minimum of 60 minutes. S/D treatment inactivates the lipid-enveloped viruses investigated to below detection limits within minutes.12. In vitro virus spiking studies have been used to validate the capability of the manufacturing process to inactivate and remove viruses. To establish the minimum applicable virus clearance capacity of the manufacturing process, virus clearance studies were performed under extreme conditions (e.g., at minimum S/D concentrations, incubation time and temperature for the S/D treatment). Virus clearance studies for GAMMAGARD LIQUID performed in accordance with good laboratory practices are summarized in Table 12."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Gabapentin capsules are indicated for: 1 Management of postherpetic neuralgia in adults, 2 Adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial onset seizures, with and without secondary generalization, in adults and pediatric patients 3 years and older with epilepsy .",
"Description": "The active ingredient in gabapentin capsules, USP is gabapentin, which has the chemical name 1-(aminomethyl)cyclohexaneacetic acid. The molecular formula of gabapentin is C9H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 171.24. The structural formula of gabapentin is. Gabapentin USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 3.7 and a pKa2 of 10.7. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is –1.25. Each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: corn starch and talc. The empty hard gelatin capsule shell consists of gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. In addition 300 mg also contains yellow iron oxide and 400 mg also contains yellow iron oxide and red iron oxide. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide and shellac."

GAMMAGARD LIQUID is manufactured from large pools of human plasma. IgG preparations are purified from plasma pools using a modified Cohn-Oncley cold ethanol fractionation process, as well as cation and anion exchange chromatography. Screening against potentially infectious agents begins with the donor selection process and continues throughout plasma collection and plasma preparation. Each individual plasma donation used in the manufacture of GAMMAGARD LIQUID is collected only at FDA approved blood establishments and is tested by FDA licensed serological tests for Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), and for antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1/HIV-2) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in accordance with U.S. regulatory requirements. As an additional safety measure, mini-pools of the plasma are tested for the presence of HIV-1 and HCV by FDA licensed Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) and found to be negative. To further improve the margin of safety, validated virus inactivation/removal steps have been integrated into the manufacturing and formulation processes, namely solvent/detergent (S/D) treatment,10 35 nm nanofiltration, and a low pH incubation at elevated temperature (30 C to 32 C). The S/D process includes treatment with an organic mixture of tri-n-butyl phosphate, octoxynol 9 and polysorbate 80 at 18 C to 25 C for a minimum of 60 minutes. S/D treatment inactivates the lipid-enveloped viruses investigated to below detection limits within minutes.12. In vitro virus spiking studies have been used to validate the capability of the manufacturing process to inactivate and remove viruses. To establish the minimum applicable virus clearance capacity of the manufacturing process, virus clearance studies were performed under extreme conditions (e.g., at minimum S/D concentrations, incubation time and temperature for the S/D treatment). Virus clearance studies for GAMMAGARD LIQUID performed in accordance with good laboratory practices are summarized in Table 12."

"IndicationAndUsage": "GAMMAGARD S/D is an Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human) indicated for: 1 Treatment of primary immunodeficiency (PI) in adults and pediatric patients two years of age or older. (1), 4 Prevention of coronary artery aneurysms associated with Kawasaki syndrome in pediatric patients. (1).",
"Description": "GAMMAGARD S/D, Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), IgA less than 1 µg/mL in a 5% Solution (IgA < 1 µg/mL), is GAMMAGARD S/D selected to have an IgA concentration of less than 1 µg/mL of IgA in a 5% solution. GAMMAGARD S/D is a solvent/detergent treated, sterile, freeze-dried preparation of purified immunoglobulin G (IgG) derived from large pools of human plasma. IgG preparations are purified from plasma pools using a modified Cohn-Oncley cold ethanol fractionation process, as well as cation and anion exchange chromatography steps. The distribution of IgG subclasses present in this product is similar to that in normal plasma. The Fc portion is maintained intact. When reconstituted with the total volume of diluent (Sterile Water for Injection, USP) supplied and reconstituted to 5% solution, the product contains approximately 50 mg/mL of protein, of which at least 90% is gamma globulin. GAMMAGARD S/D contains < 1 µg/mL of IgA in a 5% solution and IgM is present in trace amounts. GAMMAGARD S/D contains all of the IgG antibody activities which are present in the donor population. The product, after reconstituted to 5% solution, contains a physiological concentration of sodium chloride (approximately 8.5 mg/mL) and has a pH of 6.8 ± 0.4. Stabilizing agents and additional components are present in the following maximum amounts for a 5% solution: 3 mg/mL Albumin (Human), 22.5 mg/mL glycine, 20 mg/mL glucose, 2 mg/mL polyethylene glycol (PEG), 1 µg/mL tri-n-butyl phosphate, 1 µg/mL octoxynol 9, and 100 µg/mL polysorbate 80. GAMMAGARD S/D contains no preservative. To prepare a 10% (100 mg/mL) solution for infusion, add half the volume of diluent, as described in Dosage and Administration (2.1). The content of the stabilizing agents and other components, including IgA, for the 10% solution will be doubled compared to the 5% solution. Screening against potentially infectious agents in the product begins with the donor selection process and continues throughout plasma collection and plasma preparation. The GAMMAGARD S/D manufacturing process provides for viral reduction in in vitro studies. These studies, summarized in Table 6 demonstrate virus clearance during GAMMAGARD S/D manufacturing using human immunodeficiency virus, Type 1 (HIV-1), as the relevant virus and model for HIV-2; bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), a model virus for enveloped RNA viruses such as hepatitis C virus (HCV); pseudorabies virus (PRV), a generic model virus for enveloped DNA viruses such as hepatitis B virus (HBV); encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV), a model for non-enveloped RNA viruses such as hepatitis A virus (HAV); HAV; and mice minute virus (MMV), a model for small non-enveloped DNA viruses such as human parvovirus B19 (B19V). These reductions are achieved through partitioning and inactivation during cold ethanol fractionation, and the solvent/detergent treatment."

"IndicationAndUsage": "CUVITRU is an Immune Globulin Subcutaneous (Human) (IGSC), 20% Solution indicated as replacement therapy for primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in adult and pediatric patients two years of age and older. This includes, but is not limited to, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), X-linked agammaglobulinemia, congenital agammaglobulinemia, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, and severe combined immunodeficiencies1,2.",
"Description": "CUVITRU is a ready-for-use, sterile, liquid preparation of highly purified and concentrated immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. The distribution of the IgG subclasses is similar to that of normal plasma. The Fc and Fab functions are maintained in CUVITRU. CUVITRU has a purity ≥98% IgG and a pH of 4.6 to 5.1. The osmolality is 280-292 milli-osmoles per kilogram. CUVITRU contains 200 milligram/mL protein. The average immunoglobulin A (IgA) concentration is 80 mcg/mL. CUVITRU contains a broad spectrum of IgG antibodies against bacterial and viral agents. Glycine (0.25M) serves as a stabilizing and buffering agent, and there are no added sugars, sodium or preservatives. CUVITRU is manufactured from large pools of human plasma. "IndicationAndUsage": "Diazepam Tablets are indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or for the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic. In acute alcohol withdrawal, Diazepam Tablets may be useful in the symptomatic relief of acute agitation, tremor, impending or acute delirium tremens and hallucinosis. Diazepam Tablets are a useful adjunct for the relief of skeletal muscle spasm due to reflex spasm to local pathology (such as inflammation of the muscles or joints, or secondary to trauma), spasticity caused by upper motor neuron disorders (such as cerebral palsy and paraplegia), athetosis, and stiff-man syndrome. Oral diazepam may be used adjunctively in convulsive disorders, although it has not proved useful as the sole therapy. The effectiveness of Diazepam Tablets in long-term use, that is, more than 4 months, has not been assessed by systematic clinical studies. The physician should periodically reassess the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.",
"Description": "Diazepam Tablets USP are a benzodiazepine derivative. Chemically, diazepam, USP is 7-chloro-1,3-dihydro-1-methyl-5-phenyl-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one. It is a colorless to light yellow crystalline compound, and is insoluble in water. Its structural formula is. C 16H 13ClN 2O M.W. 284.75. Diazepam Tablets USP are available as 2 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg tablets for oral administration and contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide; colorants: 5 mg only (D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake and FD&C Yellow No. 6); 10 mg only (FD&C Blue No. 1 aluminum lake); magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized corn starch, and sodium starch glycolate."

"Description": "ADYNOVATE, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), PEGylated, is formulated as a sterile, non-pyrogenic, white to off-white lyophilized powder for reconstitution for intravenous injection. The product is supplied in single-dose vials containing nominal (approximate) potencies of 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, or 3000 international units (IU). Each vial of ADYNOVATE is labeled with the actual factor VIII activity in IU determined using one-stage clotting assay, using a reference material calibrated against a World Health Organization (WHO) International Standard for factor VIII concentrates. One IU, as defined by the WHO standard for blood coagulation factor VIII, human, is approximately equal to the level of factor VIII activity found in 1 mL of fresh pooled human plasma. When reconstituted with 2 mL or 5 mL sterile water for injection, the final solution contains the following excipients and stabilizers in targeted amounts per mL of reconstituted product:. ADYNOVATE contains no preservative. The specific activity of ADYNOVATE is 2700-8000 IU/mg protein. ADYNOVATE is a recombinant full-length human coagulation factor VIII (2,332 amino acids with a molecular weight (MW) of 280 kDa) covalently conjugated with one or more molecules of polyethylene glycol (MW 20 kDa) [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.1)]. The therapeutic activity of ADYNOVATE is derived from its parent drug substance, ADVATE [Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant)], which is produced by recombinant DNA technology from the CHO cell line. ADVATE is purified from the culture medium using a series of chromatography columns. The purification process includes an immunoaffinity chromatography step in which a monoclonal antibody directed against factor VIII is employed to selectively isolate the factor VIII from the medium. The production process includes a dedicated, viral inactivation solvent-detergent treatment step. The ADVATE molecule is then covalently conjugated with the polyethylene glycol, which mainly targets lysine residues. The cell culture, pegylation, purification process and formulation used in the manufacture of ADYNOVATE do not use additives of human or animal origins."

"Description": "HEMOFIL M, Antihemophilic Factor (Human) (AHF), Method M, Monoclonal Purified, is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, dried preparation of antihemophilic factor (Factor VIII, Factor VIII:C, AHF) in concentrated form with a specific activity range of 2 to 22 AHF International Units/mg of total protein. HEMOFIL M contains a maximum of 12.5 mg/mL Albumin, and per AHF International Unit, 0.07 mg polyethylene glycol (3350), 0.39 mg histidine as stabilizing agents, not more than 0.1 mg glycine, 0.1 ng mouse protein, 18 ng organic solvent (tri-n-butyl phosphate) and 50 ng detergent (octoxynol 9). In the absence of the added Albumin (Human), the specific activity is approximately 2,000 AHF International Units/mg of protein [see Clinical Pharmacology]. HEMOFIL M is prepared by the Method M process from pooled human plasma by immunoaffinity chromatography utilizing a murine monoclonal antibody to Factor VIII:C, followed by an ion exchange chromatography step for further purification.
