"IndicationAndUsage": "Tralement® is indicated in adult and pediatric patients weighing at least 10 kg as a source of zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium for parenteral nutrition when oral or enteral nutrition is not possible, insufficient, or contraindicated.",
"Description": "Tralement® (trace elements injection 4*, USP) is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, and colorless to slightly blue solution, intended for use as a combination of four trace elements and an additive to intravenous solutions for parenteral nutrition. It contains no preservative. Each single-dose vial contains 1 mL. *Each mL contains zinc 3 mg (equivalent to zinc sulfate 7.41 mg), copper 0.3 mg (equivalent to cupric sulfate 0.75 mg), manganese 55 mcg (equivalent to manganese sulfate 151 mcg), selenium 60 mcg (equivalent to selenious acid 98 mcg), and water for injection. Sulfuric acid may be added to adjust pH between 1.5 and 3.5. Zinc sulfate exists as a heptahydrate. The structural formula is. Molecular formula: ZnSO4 7H2O. Molecular weight: 287.54 g/mol. Cupric sulfate exists as a pentahydrate. The structural formula is. Molecular formula: CuSO4 5H2O. Molecular weight: 249.69 g/mol. Manganese sulfate exists as a monohydrate. The structural formula is. Molecular formula: MnSO4 H2O. Molecular weight: 169.02 g/mol. The structural formula of selenious acid is. Molecular formula: H2SeO3. Molecular weight: 128.97 g/mol. Tralement contains no more than 6,000 mcg/L of aluminum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pregabalin capsules are indicated for: Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy Management of postherpetic neuralgia Adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older Management of fibromyalgia Management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.",
"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as (S)-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is:. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is - 1.35. Pregabalin capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 225, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with lactose monohydrate, cornstarch, and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin and titanium dioxide. In addition, the orange capsule shells contain red iron oxide, sodium lauryl sulfate and colloidal silicon dioxide, water and the white capsule shells contain sodium lauryl sulfate and colloidal silicon dioxide, water. Colloidal silicon dioxide is a manufacturing aid that may or may not be present in the capsule shells. The imprinting ink contains shellac, black iron oxide, propylene glycol, and potassium hydroxide, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, strong ammonia solution and purified water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ciprofloxacin and Fluocinolone Acetonide Otic Solution is indicated for the treatment of acute otitis media with tympanostomy tubes (AOMT) in pediatric patients (aged 6 months and older) due to Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.",
"Description": "Ciprofloxacin and Fluocinolone Acetonide Otic Solution, 0.3% / 0.025% is a sterile, preservative-free, clear otic solution containing the fluoroquinolone antibacterial, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, combined with the corticosteroid, fluocinolone acetonide. Each single-dose vial contains a deliverable volume of 0.25 mL solution of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride equivalent to 0.75 mg ciprofloxacin and 0.0625 mg fluocinolone acetonide. The pH of the solution ranges from 3.5 to 5.0. The inactive ingredients are polysorbate 80, glycerin, povidone K90F and water for injection. Ciprofloxacin is available as the monohydrochloride, monohydrate salt of 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. Its molecular formula is C 17H 18FN 3O 3∙HCl∙H 2O. The chemical structure of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride is. The chemical name of fluocinolone acetonide is (6α,11β,16α)-6,9-difluoro-11,21-dihydroxy- 16,17[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione, cyclic 16,17 acetal with acetone[67-73-2]. "Description": "Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets, USP contain doxycycline hyclate, USP a tetracycline class drug synthetically derived from oxytetracycline, in an immediate release formulation for oral administration. The molecular formula of doxycycline hyclate is (C22H24N2O8 · HCl)2 ·C2H6O·H2O and the molecular weight of doxycycline hyclate is 1025.87. "Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a nonergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino)benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C 10 H 17 N 3 S · 2HCl · H 2O, and its molecular weight is 302.27. The structural formula is:. Pramipexole dihydrochloride is a white to almost white crystalline powder. Melting occurs in the range of 296°C to 301°C, with decomposition. Pramipexole Dihydrochloride is freely soluble in water, soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble to slightly soluble in ethanol (96%) and practically insoluble in methylene chloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.125 mg:Each tablet contains 0.125 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.118 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.25 mg:Each tablet contains 0.25 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.235 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.5 mg:Each tablet contains 0.5 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.47 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.75 mg:Each tablet contains 0.75 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.705 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 1 mg:Each tablet contains 1 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.94 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. "Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a nonergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino)benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C 10 H 17 N 3 S · 2HCl · H 2O, and its molecular weight is 302.27. The structural formula is:. Pramipexole dihydrochloride is a white to almost white crystalline powder. Melting occurs in the range of 296°C to 301°C, with decomposition. Pramipexole Dihydrochloride is freely soluble in water, soluble in methanol, sparingly soluble to slightly soluble in ethanol (96%) and practically insoluble in methylene chloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.125 mg:Each tablet contains 0.125 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.118 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.25 mg:Each tablet contains 0.25 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.235 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. "IndicationAndUsage": "Hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine sodium tablets are indicated as a replacement therapy in primary (thyroidal), secondary (pituitary) and tertiary (hypothalamic) congenital or acquired hypothyroidism. Pituitary Thyrotropin (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone, TSH) Suppression. Levothyroxine sodium tablets are indicated as an adjunct to surgery and radioiodine therapy in the management of thyrotropin-dependent well-differentiated thyroid cancer. "Description": "Levothyroxine sodium tablets, USP contain synthetic crystalline L-3,3',5,5'- tetraiodothyronine sodium salt [levothyroxine (T4) sodium]. Synthetic T4 is chemically identical to that produced in the human thyroid gland. Levothyroxine (T4) sodium has an empirical formula of C15H10I4NNaO4 xH2O (where x = 5), molecular weight of 798.86 g/mol (anhydrous) and structural formula as shown:. Levothyroxine sodium tablets for oral administration are supplied in the following strengths: 25 mcg, 50 mcg, 75 mcg, 88 mcg, 100 mcg, 112 mcg, 125 mcg, 137 mcg, 150 mcg, 175 mcg, 200 mcg and 300 mcg. Each levothyroxine sodium tablet contains the inactive ingredients Magnesium Stearate, NF; Microcrystalline Cellulose, NF; Colloidal Silicone Dioxide, NF; and Sodium Starch Glycolate, NF.
