"IndicationAndUsage": "Theophylline is indicated for the treatment of the symptoms and reversible airflow obstruction associated with chronic asthma and other chronic lung diseases, e.g., emphysema and chronic bronchitis.",
"Description": "Theophylline is structurally classified as a methylxanthine. It occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Anhydrous theophylline has the chemical name 1H-Purine- 2,6-dione, 3,7-dihydro-1 ,3 –dimethyl-, and is represented by the following structural formula. The molecular formula of anhydrous theophylline is C7H8N402 with a molecular weight of 180.17. THEOPHYLLINE ORAL SOLUTION, USP is available as a liquid intended for oral administration, containing 80 mg of theophylline anhydrous in each 15 mL (tablespoonful). THEOPHYLLINE ORAL SOLUTION, USP also contains the following inactive ingredients: citric acid, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate, glycerin, propylene glycol, FD and C Red #40, natural and artificial fruity flavor and purified water. THEOPHYLLINE ORAL SOLUTION, USP has a pH of 4.0 – 5.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Levetiracetam Oral Solution, USP is indicated for adjunctive therapy in the treatment of: : 1 Partial onset seizures in patients 4 years of age and older with epilepsy (1.1) , 2 Myoclonic seizures in patients 12 years of age and older with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (1.2) , 3 Primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures in patients 6 years of age and older with idiopathic generalized epilepsy (1.3) .",
"Description": "Levetiracetam Oral Solution, USP is an antiepileptic drug available as a clear, colorless, cherry-flavored liquid (100 mg/mL) for oral administration. The chemical name of levetiracetam USP, a single enantiomer, is (-) -(S)-α-ethyl-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidine acetamide, its molecular formula is C8H14N2O2 and its molecular weight is 170.21. Levetiracetam is chemically unrelated to existing antiepileptic drugs (AEDs). It has the following structural formula. Levetiracetam USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a faint odor and a bitter taste. It is very soluble in water (104 g/100 mL). It is freely soluble in chloroform (65.3 g/100 mL) and in methanol (53.6 g/100 mL), soluble in ethanol (16.5 g/100 mL), sparingly soluble in acetonitrile (5.7 g/100 mL) and practically insoluble in n-hexane. (Solubility limits are expressed as g/100 mL solvent.). Levetiracetam Oral Solution, USP contains 100 mg of levetiracetam per mL. Inactive ingredients: cherry flavor (imitation), citric acid monohydrate, glycerin, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate, sorbitol solution, and sucralose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Potassium Chloride oral solution is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of hypokalemia with or without metabolic alkalosis, in patients for whom dietary management with potassium-rich foods or diuretic dose reduction is insufficient.",
"Description": "Potassium Chloride is a white crystalline or colorless solid. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. Chemically, Potassium Chloride is K-Cl with a molecular mass of 74.55. Oral Solution: 10%: Each 15 mL of solution contains 1.5 g of potassium chloride, USP and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Yellow #6, glycerin, natural/artificial orange flavor, purified water, methylparaben, propyl paraben, trisodium citrate dihydrate, sucralose. Oral Solution 20%: Each 15 mL of solution contains 3.0 g of potassium chloride, USP and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, FD&C Yellow #6, glycerin, natural/artificial orange flavor, purified water, methylparaben, propyl paraben, trisodium citrate dihydrate, sucralose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Regadenoson injection is a pharmacologic stress agent indicated for radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) in patients unable to undergo adequate exercise stress.",
"Description": "Regadenoson is an A2A adenosine receptor agonist that is a coronary vasodilator [ see ClinicalPharmacology ( 12.1) ]. Regadenoson is chemically described as adenosine, 2-{4-[(methylamino) carbonyl] - 1h-pyrazol-1-yl} adenosine propane-1,2-diol. Its structural formula is. The molecular formula for regadenoson is C15H18N8O5.C3H8O2 and its molecular weight is 466.45. Regadenoson injection is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for intravenous injection. The solution is clear and colorless. Venlafaxine is designated (R/S)-1-[2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl] cyclohexanol hydrochloride or (±)-1-[α-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-p-methoxybenzyl] cyclohexanol hydrochloride and has the empirical formula of C 17H 27NO 2HCl. Its molecular weight is 313.86. The structural formula is shown as follows:. Venlafaxine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline solid, with a solubility of 572 mg/mL in water (adjusted to ionic strength of 0.2 M with sodium chloride). Its octanol: water (0.2 M sodium chloride) partition coefficient is 0.43. Drug release is controlled by diffusion through the coating membrane on the spheroids and is not pH-dependent. Capsules contain venlafaxine hydrochloride equivalent to 37.5 mg, 75 mg, or 150 mg venlafaxine.
