"IndicationAndUsage": "Benzonatate capsules USP are indicated for the symptomatic relief of cough.",
"Description": "Benzonatate capsules USP a non-narcotic oral antitussive agent, is 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26-nonaoxaoctacosan-28-yl p-(butylamino) benzoate; with a molecular weight of 603.7. Each benzonatate capsule USP, 100 mg contains. Benzonatate USP 100 mg. Each benzonatate capsule USP, 200 mg contains: Benzonatate USP 200 mg. Benzonatate capsules USP also contain: D&C Yellow 10, gelatin, glycerin, methylparaben, propylparaben and purified water. Ingredients of the imprinting ink are: Propylene glycol, shellac resins, sodium lauryl sulphate, isopropyl alcohol and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine Sulfate Oral Tablets, USP are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretions, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine Sulfate Oral Tablets, USP are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a \"drying agent\" in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",

Hyoscyamine sulfate is one of the principal anticholinergic/antispasmodic components of belladonna alkaloids. The empirical formula is (C17H23NO3)2∙H2SO4∙2H2O and the molecular weight is 712.85. Chemically, it is benzeneacetic acid, α-(hydroxymethyl)-, 8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1] oct-3-yl ester, [3(S)-endo]-, sulfate (2:1), dihydrate with the following structure. Each tablet also contains as inactive ingredients: Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Crospovidone, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, and Flavor."

"Description": "Levocetirizine dihydrochloride, USP the active component of levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablets, USP is an orally active H1–receptor antagonist. The chemical name is (R)-[2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl) phenylmethyl]-1-piperazinyl] ethoxy] acetic acid dihydrochloride. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride is the R enantiomer of cetirizine hydrochloride, a racemic compound with antihistaminic properties. The empirical formula of levocetirizine dihydrochloride is C21H25ClN2O32HCl. The molecular weight is 461.82 and the chemical structure is shown below. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride, USP is a white, or almost white powder and is freely soluble in water, practically insoluble in acetone and methylene chloride. Levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablets, USP 5 mg are formulated as immediate release, white, film-coated, oval, scored tablets for oral administration. The tablets are debossed with “S” on the left side of bisect and “G” on the right side of the bisect and other side “1” on the left side and “36” on the right side of the bisect. Inactive ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol."

"Description": "The active ingredient in BYSANTI is milsaperidone, an atypical antipsychotic that is in the piperidinyl-benzisoxazole derivative chemical class. Its chemical name is benzenemethanol, 4-[3-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]propoxy]-3-methoxy-α- methyl-, (αS)-. Its molecular formula is C24H29FN2O4 and its molecular weight is 428.50. Milsaperidone is a white to off-white finely crystalline powder. The structural formula of milsaperidone is. Milsaperidone is a white to off-white finely crystalline powder. BYSANTI (milsaperidone) tablets are for oral administration only. Coated tablets contain 1 mg, 2 mg, 4 mg, 6 mg, 8 mg, 10 mg, or 12 mg of milsaperidone. Inactive ingredients are the following: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and water (removed during processing)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine sulfate tablets are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretion, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm, and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis, and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine sulfate tablets are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a “drying agent” in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",
"Description": "Hyoscyamine sulfate tablets, USP contain 0.125 mg hyoscyamine sulfate formulated for oral administration. Hyoscyamine sulfate is one of the principal anticholinergic/antispasmodic components of belladonna alkaloids. The empirical formula is (C17H23NO3)2H2SO42H2O and the molecular weight is 712.85. Chemically, it is benzeneacetic acid, ɑ-(hydroxymethyl)-, 8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1.] oct-3-yl ester, [3(S)-endo]-, sulfate (2:1), dihydrate with the following structure. Each tablet also contains as inactive ingredients: FD&C blue #1, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, starch and stearic acid."

"Description": "Acetaminophen, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine bitartrate tablets are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Acetaminophen (4'-hydroxyacetanilide), a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), a bitter, white crystalline powder, is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula. Dihydrocodeine Bitartrate (4,5a-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmDihydrocodeine Bitartrate (4,5a-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmDihydrocodeine Bitartrate (4,5a-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmDihydrocodeine Bitartrate (4,5a-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6a-ol (+)-tartrate), an odorless, fine white powder is an opioid analgesic. It has the following structural formula. "IndicationAndUsage": "LENVIMA is a kinase inhibitor that is indicated:. Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC) : 1 For the treatment of adult patients with locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). (1.1).",
"Description": "LENVIMA, a kinase inhibitor, is the mesylate salt of lenvatinib. Its chemical name is 4-[3-chloro-4-(N’-cyclopropylureido)phenoxy]-7-methoxyquinoline-6-carboxamide methanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C21H19ClN4O4 CH4O3S, and the molecular weight of the mesylate salt is 522.96. The chemical structure of lenvatinib mesylate is. Lenvatinib mesylate is a white to pale reddish yellow powder. It is slightly soluble in water and practically insoluble in ethanol (dehydrated). The dissociation constant (pKa value) of lenvatinib mesylate is 5.05 at 25°C. The partition coefficient (log P value) is 3.3. LENVIMA capsules for oral administration contain 4 mg or 10 mg of lenvatinib, equivalent to 4.90 mg or 12.25 mg of lenvatinib mesylate, respectively. The inactive ingredients are: calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, and talc. In addition, the capsule shell contains ferric oxide red, ferric oxide yellow, hypromellose, and titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and shellac."
