"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of ibuprofen tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use ibuprofen. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. Ibuprofen tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of ibuprofen tablets in children have not been conducted.",
"Description": "Ibuprofen tablets contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is (±)-2-( p-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid. Ibuprofen is a white powder with a melting point of 74-77° C and is very slightly soluble in water (<1 mg/mL) and readily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. The structural formula is represented below. Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is available in 400 mg, 600 mg and 800 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 2910, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, pregelatinized starch, povidone k-90, sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are a combination of a neprilysin inhibitor and an angiotensin II receptor blocker. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets contains a complex comprised of anionic forms of sacubitril and valsartan, sodium cations, and water molecules in the molar ratio of 1:1:3:2.5, respectively. Following oral administration, the complex dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The complex is chemically described as Octadecasodiumhexakis(4-{[(1S,3R)-1-([1,1´-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4oxobutanoate)hexakis(N-pentanoyl-N-{[2´-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1´-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl}-L-valinate)—water (1/15). Its molecular formula (hemipentahydrate) is C48H55N6O8Na3 2.5 H2O. Its molecular mass is 957.99 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan; 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan; and 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan. The tablet inactive ingredients are calcium carbonate, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80 and silicon dioxide. The film-coating material contains, diacetylated monoglycerides, hypromellose. Imprinting ink contains, ammonium hydroxide, ferrosoferric oxide, propylene glycol and shellac glaze."

"IndicationAndUsage": "TAKHZYRO® is indicated for prophylaxis to prevent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in adult and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older.",
"Description": "Lanadelumab-flyo, a plasma kallikrein inhibitor, is a non-plasma derived, recombinant, fully human, monoclonal antibody (IgG1/κ-light chain) produced in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. Based on the amino acid sequence, the molecular weight of the non-glycosylated lanadelumab-flyo is 146 kDa. The calculated molecular mass of the fully reduced light chain is 23 kDa. The calculated molecular mass of the fully reduced and non-glycosylated heavy chain is 49 kDa. TAKHZYRO (lanadelumab-flyo) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution for subcutaneous use. Each mL of ready-to-use TAKHZYRO solution contains 150 mg of lanadelumab-flyo, citric acid monohydrate (4.1 mg), L-histidine (7.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.1 mg), sodium chloride (5.3 mg), sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate (5.3 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. The solution has a pH of approximately 6.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). Esomeprazole magnesium delayed-release capsules are indicated for the: 1 Short-term treatment in the healing of erosive esophagitis (EE) in adults and pediatric patients 12 years to 17 years of age. (1.1), 2 Maintenance of healing of EE in adults. (1.2), 3 Short-term treatment of heartburn and other symptoms associated GERD in adults and pediatric patients 12 years to 17 years of age. (1.3), 4 Risk reduction of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)-associated gastric ulcer in adults at risk for developing gastric ulcers due to age (60 years and older) and/or documented history of gastric ulcers. (1.4), 5 Helicobacter pylori eradication in adult patients to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence in combination with amoxicillin and clarithromycin. (1.5), 6 Long-term treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome in adults. (1.6).",
"Description": "The active ingredient in esomeprazole magnesium delayed-release capsules, USP for oral administration is bis(5-methoxy-2-[(S)-[(4-methoxy-3,5dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole-1-yl) magnesium trihydrate, a PPI. Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole, which is a mixture of the S- and R-isomers. (Initial U.S. approval of esomeprazole magnesium: 2001). Its molecular formula is (C17H18N3O3S)2 Mg x 3H2O with molecular weight of 767.2 as a trihydrate and 713.1 on an anhydrous basis. The structural formula is. The magnesium salt is a white to slightly colored crystalline powder. It contains 3 moles of water of solvation and is slightly soluble in water. The stability of esomeprazole magnesium is a function of pH; it rapidly degrades in acidic media, but it has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. At pH 6.8 (buffer), the half-life of the magnesium salt is about 19 hours at 25°C and about 8 hours at 37°C. Esomeprazole magnesium is supplied in delayed-release capsules. Each esomeprazole magnesium delayed-release capsule, USP contains 20 mg of esomeprazole (equivalent to 22.3 mg esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate, USP) or 40 mg of esomeprazole (equivalent to 44.5 mg esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate, USP) in the form of enteric-coated granules with the following inactive ingredients: corn starch, gelatin, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion type C, mono- and di-glycerides, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate, sucrose, talc, triethyl citrate and titanium dioxide. Each capsule shell is imprinted with blue pharmaceutical ink which contains: butyl alcohol, dehydrated alcohol, FD & C Blue # 2 aluminum lake, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). "Description": "The active ingredient in esomeprazole magnesium delayed-release capsules, USP for oral administration is bis(5-methoxy-2-[(S)-[(4-methoxy-3,5dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl]sulfinyl]-1H-benzimidazole-1-yl) magnesium trihydrate, a PPI. Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole, which is a mixture of the S- and R-isomers. (Initial U.S. approval of esomeprazole magnesium: 2001). Its molecular formula is (C17H18N3O3S)2 Mg x 3H2O with molecular weight of 767.2 as a trihydrate and 713.1 on an anhydrous basis. The structural formula is. The magnesium salt is a white to slightly colored crystalline powder. It contains 3 moles of water of solvation and is slightly soluble in water. The stability of esomeprazole magnesium is a function of pH; it rapidly degrades in acidic media, but it has acceptable stability under alkaline conditions. At pH 6.8 (buffer), the half-life of the magnesium salt is about 19 hours at 25°C and about 8 hours at 37°C. Esomeprazole magnesium is supplied in delayed-release capsules. The structural formula is represented below:. C23H27N3O7HCl M. W. 493.95. Minocycline hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP for oral administration contain minocycline hydrochloride USP equivalent to 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg of minocycline. In addition, 45 mg, 55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 90 mg, 105 mg, 115 mg, and 135 mg tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose type 2910, hypromellose type 2208, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. "IndicationAndUsage": "Theophylline is indicated for the treatment of the symptoms and reversible airflow obstruction associated with chronic asthma and other chronic lung diseases, e.g., emphysema and chronic bronchitis.",
"Description": "Theophylline is structurally classified as a methylxanthine. It occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder with a bitter taste. Anhydrous theophylline has the chemical name 1H-Purine- 2,6-dione, 3,7-dihydro-1,3-dimethyl-, and is represented by the following structural formula. The molecular formula of anhydrous theophylline is C7H8N4O2 with a molecular weight of 180.17. ELIXOPHYLLIN Elixir (Theophylline Oral Solution, USP) is available as a liquid intended for oral administration, containing 80 mg of theophylline anhydrous and 20% alcohol in each 15 mL (tablespoonful). ELIXOPHYLLIN Elixir (Theophylline Oral Solution, USP) also contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, glycerin, saccharin sodium, artificial tutti fruiti flavor #051880A, FD&C red #40 and purified water. ELIXOPHYLLIN Elixir (Theophylline Oral Solution, USP) has a pH of 3.0-4.0."

"Description": "Ciprofloxacin Injection, USP (in 5% Dextrose Injection) is a synthetic antimicrobial agent for intravenous (IV) administration. Ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone, is 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. Its empirical formula is C17H18FN3O3 and its chemical structure is:. Ciprofloxacin is a faint to light yellow crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 331.4. It is soluble in dilute (0.1N) hydrochloric acid and is practically insoluble in water and ethanol. Ciprofloxacin Injection, USP solution is a sterile 0.2% ready-for-use infusion solution in 5% Dextrose Injection. The formula contains lactic acid 0.644 mg per mL as a solubilizing agent and hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment. The pH range for the 0.2% ready-for-use infusion solutions is 3.5 to 4.6. The flexible container is fabricated from a specially formulated non-plasticized, thermoplastic copolyolephine. The amount of water that can permeate from the container into the overwrap is insufficient to affect the solution significantly. Solutions in contact with the flexible container can leach out certain of the container's chemical components in very small amounts within the expiration period. The suitability of the container material has been confirmed by tests in animals according to USP biological tests for plastic containers. The glucose content for the 100 mL bag is 5 g and 10 g for the 200 mL flexible container."

"Description": "SUPRANE (desflurane, USP), a nonflammable liquid administered via vaporizer, is a general inhalation anesthetic. It is (±)1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl difluoromethyl ether. Some physical constants are. Partition coefficients at 37°C. Mean Component/Gas Partition Coefficients. SUPRANE is nonflammable as defined by the requirements of International Electrotechnical Commission 601-2-13. SUPRANE is a colorless, volatile liquid below 22.8°C. Data indicate that SUPRANE is stable when stored under normal room lighting conditions according to instructions. SUPRANE is chemically stable. The only known degradation reaction is through prolonged direct contact with soda lime producing low levels of fluoroform (CHF3). The amount of CHF3 obtained is similar to that produced with MAC-equivalent doses of isoflurane. No discernible degradation occurs in the presence of strong acids. SUPRANE does not corrode stainless steel, brass, aluminum, anodized aluminum, nickel plated brass, copper, or beryllium."

The molecular formula of gabapentin is C 9H 17NO 2 and the molecular weight is 171.24. The structural formula of gabapentin is:. Gabapentin, USP is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a pKa1 of 4.72±0.10 and a pKa2 of 10.27±0.29. It is freely soluble in water and both basic and acidic aqueous solutions. The log of the partition coefficient is -1.083±0.235 at 25°C temperature. Each gabapentin capsule contains 100 mg, 300 mg or 400 mg of gabapentin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch (maize), and talc. The 100 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and titanium dioxide. The 300 mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, FD&C Red 40, D&C Yellow 10, and sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). The 400mg capsule shell contains gelatin, titanium dioxide, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), D&C Yellow 10, and FD&C Red 40. The imprinting ink contains shellac, dehydrated alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, propylene glycol, strong ammonia solution, black iron oxide, and potassium hydroxide. Each gabapentin tablet contains 600 mg or 800 mg of gabapentin, USP and the following inactive ingredients: poloxamer 407, mannitol, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, copovidone, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide and polyethylene glycol."
