"IndicationAndUsage": "MYOBLOC is an acetylcholine release inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of cervical dystonia to reduce the severity of abnormal head position and neck pain associated with cervical dystonia in adults ( 1.1) , 2 Treatment of chronic sialorrhea in adults ( 1.2) .",
"Description": "RimabotulinumtoxinB is an acetylcholine release inhibitor. RimabotulinumtoxinB is a 700 kDA botulinum toxin type B complex produced from fermentation of the bacterium Clostridium botulinum type B (Bean strain) and exists in noncovalent association with hemagglutinin and nonhemagglutinin proteins as a neurotoxin complex. The neurotoxin complex is recovered from the fermentation process and purified through a series of precipitation and chromatography steps. MYOBLOC (rimabotulinumtoxinB) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear and colorless to light-yellow solution in a single-dose vial for intramuscular or intraglandular use. Each vial contains 2,500 Units/0.5 mL; 5,000 units/mL; or 10,000 Units/2 mL of rimabotulinumtoxinB at a concentration of 5,000 Units/mL at approximately pH 5.6. Each 2,500 Units/0.5 mL vial of MYOBLOC contains 2,500 Units rimabotulinumtoxinB, 0.235 mg albumin human, 2.9 mg sodium chloride and 1.35 mg sodium succinate. Each 5,000 Units/mL vial of MYOBLOC contains 5,000 Units rimabotulinumtoxinB, 0.47 mg albumin human, 5.8 mg sodium chloride and 2.7 mg sodium succinate. Each 10,000 Units/2 mL vial of MYOBLOC contains 10,000 Units rimabotulinumtoxinB, 0.94 mg albumin human, 11.6 mg sodium chloride and 5.4 mg sodium succinate. One unit of MYOBLOC corresponds to the calculated median lethal intraperitoneal dose (LD50) in mice. The method for performing the assay is specific to Solstice Neurosciences' manufacture of MYOBLOC. Due to differences in specific details such as the vehicle, dilution scheme and laboratory protocols for various mouse LD50 assays, Units of biological activity of MYOBLOC cannot be compared to or converted into Units of any other botulinum toxin or any toxin assessed with any other specific assay method. Therefore, differences in species sensitivities to different botulinum neurotoxin serotypes preclude extrapolation of animal dose-activity relationships to human dose estimates. The specific activity of MYOBLOC ranges between 70 to 130 Units/ng."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hypertension. Enalapril Maleate Tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. Enalapril Maleate Tablets are effective alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide-type diuretics. The blood pressure lowering effects of Enalapril Maleate Tablets and thiazides are approximately additive. Heart Failure. Enalapril Maleate Tablets are indicated for the treatment of symptomatic congestive heart failure, usually in combination with diuretics and digitalis. In these patients Enalapril Maleate Tablets improve symptoms, increases survival, and decreases the frequency of hospitalization (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, Heart Failure, Mortality Trials for details and limitations of survival trials). Asymptomatic Left Ventricular Dysfunction. In clinically stable asymptomatic patients with left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction ≤35 percent), Enalapril Maleate Tablets decrease the rate of development of overt heart failure and decreases the incidence of hospitalization for heart failure (see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, Heart Failure, Mortality Trials for details and limitations of survival trials). In using Enalapril Maleate Tablets consideration should be given to the fact that another angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitor, captopril, has caused agranulocytosis, particularly in patients with renal impairment or collagen vascular disease, and that available data are insufficient to show that Enalapril Maleate Tablets do not have a similar risk (see WARNINGS, Neutropenia/Agranulocytosis). In considering use of Enalapril Maleate Tablets, it should be noted that in controlled clinical trials ACE inhibitors have an effect on blood pressure that is less in black patients than in non-blacks. In addition, it should be noted that black patients receiving ACE inhibitors have been reported to have a higher incidence of angioedema compared to non-blacks (see WARNINGS, Head and Neck Angioedema).",

<IndicationAndUsage>MYOBLOC is an acetylcholine release inhibitor indicated for: 1 Treatment of cervical dystonia to reduce the severity of abnormal head position and neck pain associated with cervical dystonia in adults ( 1.1) , 2 Treatment of chronic sialorrhea in adults ( 1.2) .</IndicationAndUsage>

RimabotulinumtoxinB is an acetylcholine release inhibitor. The specific activity of MYOBLOC ranges between 70 to 130 Units/ng.

<IndicationAndUsage>Lactated Ringer's Injection is indicated as a source of water and electrolytes or as an alkalinizing agent.</IndicationAndUsage>

Lactated Ringer's Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for fluid and electrolyte replenishment in single dose containers for intravenous administration. It contains no antimicrobial agents. Composition, osmolarity, pH, ionic concentration and caloric content are shown in Table 1. The flexible container is fabricated from a specially formulated non-plasticized, film containing polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomers (freeflex® bag). The amount of water that can permeate from inside the container into the overwrap is insufficient to affect the solution significantly. Solutions in contact with the flexible container can leach out certain of the container's chemical components in very small amounts within the expiration period. The suitability of the container material has been confirmed by tests in animals according to USP biological tests for plastic containers.

<IndicationAndUsage>Hypertension. In addition, it should be noted that black patients receiving ACE inhibitors have been reported to have a higher incidence of angioedema compared to non-blacks (see WARNINGS, Head and Neck Angioedema).</IndicationAndUsage>

Enalapril Maleate Tablets are the maleate salt of enalapril, the ethyl ester of a long-acting angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, enalaprilat. Enalapril maleate is chemically described as (S)-1-[N-[1-(ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]-L-alanyl]-L-proline, (Z)-2-butenedioate salt (1:1). Its empirical formula is C20H28N2O5C4H4O4, and its structural formula is:.
