"IndicationAndUsage": "Duloxetine delayed-release capsules is indicated for the treatment of: 1 Major depressive disorder in adults, 2 Generalized anxiety disorder in adults and pediatric patients 7 years of age and older, 3 Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain in adults, 4 Fibromyalgia in adults and pediatric patients 13 years of age and older, 5 Chronic musculoskeletal pain in adults.",
"Description": "Duloxetine delayed-release capsules, USP are a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for oral administration. Its chemical designation is (+)-(S )-N-methyl-γ-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-thiophenepropylamine hydrochloride. The empirical formula is C18H19NOSHCl, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 333.88. The structural formula is. Duloxetine hydrochloride is a white to slightly brownish white solid, which is slightly soluble in water. Each capsule contains enteric-coated pellets of 20, 30, 40 or 60 mg of duloxetine (equivalent to 22.4, 33.7, 44.9 or 67.3 mg of duloxetine hydrochloride, respectively). These enteric-coated pellets are designed to prevent degradation of the drug in the acidic environment of the stomach. Inactive ingredients include ammonium hydroxide, black iron oxide, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion (methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer, polysorbate 80, sodium lauryl sulfate), potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac, sucrose, sugar spheres (maize starch, sucrose), talc, titanium dioxide, triethylcitrate, and hard gelatin capsules (gelatin, titanium dioxide). The 20 mg hard gelatin capsule colorant is yellow iron oxide. The 30 mg hard gelatin capsule colorants are FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Yellow No. 6, and FD&C Yellow No. 10. The 40 mg hard gelatin capsule colorants are FD&C Blue No. 2, red iron oxide, and yellow iron oxide. The 60 mg hard gelatin capsule colorants are FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Yellow No. 6, FD&C Yellow No.10, and yellow iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended- release tablet is a non-ergot dopamine agonist indicated for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) (1).",
"Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets contain pramipexole dihydrochloride (as a monohydrate). Pramipexole is a non-ergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7- tetrahydro-6-(propylamino)benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C10 H17 N3 S · 2HCl · H2O, and its molecular weight is 302.26. The structural formula is. Pramipexole dihydrochloride is a white to off-white powder substance. Melting occurs in the range of 296°C to 301°C, with decomposition. Pramipexole dihydrochloride is more than 20% soluble in water, about 8% in methanol, about 0.5% in ethanol, and practically insoluble in dichloromethane. Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets 0.375 mg. Each extended-release tablet contains 0.375 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.352 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets 0.75 mg. Each extended-release tablet contains 0.75 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.705 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride extended-release tablets 1.5 mg. Each extended-release tablet contains 1.5 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 1.41 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Inactive ingredients include sugar spheres, hypromellose, sucrose, talc, methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion, and triethyl citrate. The capsule shell contains gelatin, FD&C Red No. 3 (40 mg), FD&C Blue No. 1 (40 mg), FD&C Blue No. 2 (20 mg, 30 mg, 60 mg), titanium dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulfate. "Description": "STERITALC (talc) is a sclerosing agent for intrapleural administration. The molecular formula for talc is Mg3Si4O10(OH)2. The molecular weight is 379.3 g/mole. The chemical name of talc is hydrated magnesium silicate. The talc powder contains ≥ 95% of hydrated magnesium silicate; associated minerals include chlorites (hydrated aluminum and magnesium silicates), magnesite (magnesium carbonate), calcite (calcium carbonate), and dolomite (calcium and magnesium carbonate). The talc elementary sheet is composed of a layer of magnesium-oxygen/hydroxyl octahedra, sandwiched between two layers of silicon-oxygen tetrahedra. Talc is insoluble in water.
