"IndicationAndUsage": "Vestura is a combination of drospirenone, a progestin, and ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to: 1 Prevent pregnancy. (1.1), 2 Treat symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) for females of reproductive potential who choose to use an oral contraceptive for contraception. (1.2), 3 Treat moderate acne for women at least 14 years old only if the patient desires an oral contraceptive for birth control. (1.3).",
"Description": "Vestura® (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) tablets, USP provides an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 24 pink active uncoated tablets each containing 3 mg of drospirenone, USP and 0.02 mg of ethinyl estradiol, USP (stabilized using vitamin E and an enhanced processing technique) and 4 peach inert uncoated tablets. The inactive ingredients in the pink tablets are lactose monohydrate, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, magnesium stearate, and FD&C Red #40. The peach inert uncoated tablets contain lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, FD&C Yellow #6, and magnesium stearate. Drospirenone, USP (6R,7R,8R,9S,10R,13S,14S,15S,16S,17S)-1,3’,4’,6,6a,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,15a,16-hexadecahydro-10,13-dimethylspiro-[17H-dicyclopropa-[6,7:15,16]cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-17,2’(5H)-furan]-3,5’(2H)-dione) is a synthetic progestational compound and has a molecular weight of 366.5 and a molecular formula of C24H30O3. Ethinyl estradiol, USP (19-nor-17α-pregna 1,3,5(10)-triene-20-yne-3, 17-diol) is a synthetic estrogenic compound and has a molecular weight of 296.4 and a molecular formula of C20H24O2. The compound has the following structural formula:. Atovaquone oral suspension USP is a formulation of micro-fine particles of atovaquone, USP. Each 5 mL of atovaquone oral suspension USP contains 750 mg of atovaquone and the inactive ingredients benzyl alcohol, tutti frutti flavor, poloxamer 188, purified water, saccharin sodium, and xanthan gum."

"Description": "Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP, 3 mg/0.02 mg provide an oral contraceptive regimen consisting of 24 yellow active uncoated tablets each containing 3 mg of drospirenone and 0.02 mg of ethinyl estradiol and 4 green inert uncoated tablets. The inactive ingredients in the yellow tablets are crospovidone, FD&C Yellow No. 5, FD&C Yellow No. 6, FD&C Blue No. 2, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, and povidone. The green inert uncoated tablets contain FD&C Blue No. 1, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polacrillin potassium, and yellow oxide of iron. "Description": "SETLAKIN (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets) is an extended-cycle combination oral contraceptive consisting of 84 pink active tablets each containing 0.15 mg of levonorgestrel, a synthetic progestin and 0.03 mg of ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, and 7 white inert tablets (without hormones). The structural formulas for the active components are. Levonorgestrel is chemically 18,19-Dinorpregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one, 13-ethyl-17-hydroxy-, (17α)-, (-)-. Ethinyl Estradiol is 19-Norpregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol, (17α)-. : 1 Each pink active tablet (84) contains the following inactive ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, talc, macrogol/polyethylene glycol 3350 NF, lecithin (soya), FD&C Red #40 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue #2 Aluminum Lake, and FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake, lactose, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized corn starch and microcrystalline cellulose., 2 Each white inert tablet (7) contains the following inactive ingredients: titanium dioxide, polydextrose, hypromellose, triacetin, macrogol/polyethylene glycol 8000, lactose, magnesium stearate and pregelatinized corn starch."

The inactive ingredients in the light pink to pink tablets are corn starch, FD&C Red No. 40, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, talc and vitamin-E. The green inert uncoated tablets contain anhydrous lactose, croscarmellose sodium, FD &C Blue No. 2 aluminum lake, ferric oxide yellow, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone. "IndicationAndUsage": "Gefitinib tablets are indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test [see Clinical Studies (14)]. Limitation of Use: Safety and efficacy of gefitinib tablets have not been established in patients with metastatic NSCLC whose tumors have EGFR mutations other than exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Gefitinib is a kinase inhibitor. The chemical name of gefitinib is 4-Quinazolinamine N-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-methoxy-6-[3-(4-morpholinyl) propoxy] and the following structural formula. Gefitinib has the molecular formula C22H24ClFN4O3, a relative molecular mass of 446.9 daltons and is a white-colored powder. Gefitinib is a free base. The molecule has pKas of 5.4 and 7.2. Gefitinib can be defined as sparingly soluble at pH 1, but is practically insoluble above pH 7, with the solubility decreasing sharply between pH 4 and pH 6. In non-aqueous solvents, gefitinib is freely soluble in glacial acetic acid and dimethyl sulfoxide, soluble in pyridine, sparingly soluble in tetrahydrofuran, and slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol (99.5%), ethyl acetate, propan-2-ol and acetonitrile. Gefitinib tablets are available as brown film-coated tablets, containing 250 mg of gefitinib, for oral administration. The inactive ingredients of the tablet core of gefitinib tablets are lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate and magnesium stearate. The tablet coating is composed of polyvinyl alcohol-part hydrolysed, polyethylene glycol 3350, talc, titanium dioxide, red ferric oxide, ferrosoferric oxide and yellow ferric oxide."

It has a molecular weight of 366.84 and the molecular formula C 22H 19ClO 3. The compound has the following structural formula:. The chemical name of proguanil hydrochloride is 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(1-methylethyl)biguanide hydrochloride. Proguanil hydrochloride, USP is a white or almost white crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in water. It has a molecular weight of 290.19 and the molecular formula C 11H 16ClN 5HCl. The compound has the following structural formula:. Each atovaquone and proguanil hydrochloride tablet (adult strength) contains 250 mg of atovaquone and 100 mg of proguanil hydrochloride and each atovaquone and proguanil hydrochloride pediatric tablet contains 62.5 mg of atovaquone and 25 mg of proguanil hydrochloride. The inactive ingredients in both tablets are black iron oxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, poloxamer 188, polyethylene glycol, povidone, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide."
