Oral contraceptives are highly effective. Table 1 lists the typical accidental pregnancy rates for users of combined oral contraceptives and other methods of contraception. The efficacy of these contraceptive methods, except sterilization, the IUD, and the NORPLANT® System depends upon the reliability with which they are used. Correct and consistent use of methods can result in lower failure rates. ALYACEN 7/7/7 and ALYACEN 1/35 have not been studied for and are not indicated for use in emergency contraception."

Useful in the management of pruritus due to allergic conditions such as chronic urticaria and atopic and contact dermatoses, and in histamine-mediated pruritus. As a sedative when used as premedication and following general anesthesia, Hydroxyzine may potentiate meperidine (Demerol ®) and barbiturates , so their use in pre-anesthetic adjunctive therapy should be modified on an individual basis. Atropine and other belladonna alkaloids are not affected by the drug. Hydroxyzine is not known to interfere with the action of digitalis in any way and it may be used concurrently with this agent. The effectiveness of hydroxyzine as an antianxiety agent for long-term use, that is, more than 4 months, has not been assessed by systematic clinical studies. The physician should reassess periodically the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.",
"Description": "Hydroxyzine pamoate is a light yellow, practically odorless powder practically insoluble in water and methanol and freely soluble in dimethylformamide. It is chemically designated as 1-(p-chlorobenzhydryl) 4-[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] diethylenediamine salt of 1,1’-methylene bis (2hydroxy-3-naphthalene carboxylic acid) and can be structurally represented as follows:. Molecular Weight: 763.29. Each capsule, for oral administration, contains hydroxyzine pamoate equivalent to 25 mg or 50 mg of hydroxyzine hydrochloride. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C yellow #10, FD&C blue #1, gelatin, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink on the capsules contains synthetic black iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Choline C 11 Injection is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of patients with suspected prostate cancer recurrence and non-informative bone scintigraphy, computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In these patients, 11 C-choline PET imaging may help identify potential sites of prostate cancer recurrence for subsequent histologic confirmation. Suspected prostate recurrence is based upon elevated blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels following initial therapy. In clinical studies, images were produced with PET/CT coregistration. Limitation of Use: 11 C-choline PET imaging is not a replacement for histologic verification of recurrent prostate cancer.",
"Description": "Choline C 11 Injection is a positron emitting radiopharmaceutical that is used for diagnostic purposes in conjunction with PET imaging. The active ingredient, 11C-choline, has the molecular formula of C 411CH 14 NOCl with a molecular weight of 138.63 g and has the following chemical structure:. Choline C 11 Injection is provided as a ready to use sterile, pyrogen-free, clear and colorless solution. Each milliliter contains 148 – 1,225 MBq (4 – 33.1 mCi) of 11C-choline at EOS calibration time in aqueous 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The pH of the solution is between 4.5 and 7.5."

<IndicationAndUsage>ALYACEN 7/7/7 and ALYACEN 1/35 Tabletsare indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women who elect to use this product as a method of contraception. ALYACEN 7/7/7 and ALYACEN 1/35 have not been studied for and are not indicated for use in emergency contraception.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>For symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension associated with psychoneurosis and as an adjunct in organic disease states in which anxiety is manifested. The physician should reassess periodically the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>Choline C 11 Injection is indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of patients with suspected prostate cancer recurrence and non-informative bone scintigraphy, computerized tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In these patients, 11 C-choline PET imaging may help identify potential sites of prostate cancer recurrence for subsequent histologic confirmation. Suspected prostate recurrence is based upon elevated blood prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels following initial therapy. In clinical studies, images were produced with PET/CT coregistration. Limitation of Use: 11 C-choline PET imaging is not a replacement for histologic verification of recurrent prostate cancer.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Choline C 11 Injection is a positron emitting radiopharmaceutical that is used for diagnostic purposes in conjunction with PET imaging. The pH of the solution is between 4.5 and 7.5.</Description>
