"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, acetaminophen and caffeine tablets are indicated for the relief of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache. Evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of this combination product in the treatment of multiple recurrent headaches is unavailable. Caution in this regard is required because butalbital is habit-forming and potentially abusable.",
"Description": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen and Caffeine Tablets, USP are supplied in tablet form for oral administration. Each tablet contains the following active ingredients. Inactive Ingredients: silicon dioxide, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and stearic acid. Butalbital (5-allyl-5-isobutylbarbituric acid), is a short to intermediate-acting barbiturate. It has the following structural formula. Acetaminophen (4'-hydroxyacetanilide), is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Famotidine Tablets are indicated in adult and pediatric patients 40 kg and greater for the treatment of: 1 active duodenal ulcer (DU)., 2 active gastric ulcer (GU)., 3 symptomatic nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)., 4 erosive esophagitis due to GERD, diagnosed by biopsy.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in Famotidine Tablets, USP is a histamine-2 (H2) receptor antagonist. Famotidine is N'- (aminosulfonyl)-3-[[[2-[(diaminomethylene)amino]-4-thiazolyl]methyl]thio] propanimidamide. The molecular formula of famotidine is C8H15N7O2S3 and its molecular weight is 337.43. Its structural formula is. Each famotidine tablet for oral administration contains either 20 mg or 40 mg of famotidine USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, talc, and titanium dioxide. In addition the 20 mg tablets contain ferric oxide red and ferric oxide yellow. Famotidine, USP is a white to pale yellowish white crystalline powder that is freely soluble in glacial acetic acid, slightly soluble in methanol, very slightly soluble in water, and practically insoluble in ethanol. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ALTRENO® (tretinoin) lotion, 0.05% is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris in patients 9 years of age and older.",
"Description": "ALTRENO (tretinoin) lotion is an opaque, pale yellow lotion containing 0.05% tretinoin by weight for topical administration. Chemically, tretinoin is all-trans-retinoic acid, also known as (all-E)-3,7-dimethyl-9-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-2,4,6,8-nonatetraenoic acid. It is a member of the retinoid class of compounds and a metabolite of vitamin A. Tretinoin has the following chemical structure:. Molecular Formula: C20H28O2 Molecular Weight: 300.44. Each gram of ALTRENO contains 0.5 mg (0.05%) of tretinoin in an opaque, pale yellow lotion base consisting of benzyl alcohol, butylated hydroxytoluene, carbomer copolymer type B (Pemulen TR-1), carbomer homopolymer type A (Carbopol 981), glycerin, methylparaben, mineral oil, octoxynol-9, purified water, sodium hyaluronate, soluble collagen and trolamine."

"Description": "ALTRENO (tretinoin) lotion is an opaque, pale yellow lotion containing 0.05% tretinoin by weight for topical administration. "IndicationAndUsage": "Desonate is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in patients 3 months of age and older. Patients should be instructed to use Desonate for the minimum amount of time as necessary to achieve the desired results because of the potential for Desonate to suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)]. Treatment should not exceed 4 consecutive weeks [see Dosage and Administration (2)].",

Chemically, desonide is C24H32O6. It has the following structural formula. Desonide has the molecular weight of 416.52. It is a white to off-white odorless powder which is soluble in methanol and practically insoluble in water. Each gram of Desonate contains 0.5 mg of desonide in an aqueous gel base of purified water, glycerin, propylene glycol, edetate disodium dihydrate, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium hydroxide, and Carbopol® 981."

Methocarbamol is a white powder, sparingly soluble in water and chloroform, soluble in alcohol (only with heating) and propylene glycol, and insoluble in benzene and n-hexane. robaxin® is available as a light orange, round, film-coated tablet containing 500 mg of methocarbamol, USP for oral administration. The inactive ingredients present are corn starch, FD and C Yellow 6, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, polysorbate 20, povidone, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide. robaxin®-750 is available as an orange capsule-shaped, film-coated tablet containing 750 mg of methocarbamol, USP for oral administration.
