"IndicationAndUsage": "Amoxicillin capsules are a penicillin-class antibacterial indicated for treatment of infections due to susceptible strains of designated microorganisms. : 1 Infections of the ear, nose, throat, genitourinary tract, skin and skin structure, and lower respiratory tract. "Description": "Formulation of amoxicillin capsules, USP contains amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[( R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as: The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Each capsule of amoxicillin with blue cap and pink body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The body of the 250 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A44’ in black ink. The body of the 500 mg capsule is imprinted with ‘A45’ in black ink. Inactive ingredients: D&C Red No. 28, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Adalat CC is indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.",
"Description": "Adalat® CC is an extended release tablet dosage form of the calcium channel blocker nifedipine. Nifedipine is 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-dimethyl ester, C17H18N2O6, and has the structural formula. Nifedipine is a yellow crystalline substance, practically insoluble in water but soluble in ethanol. It has a molecular weight of 346.3. Adalat CC tablets consist of an external coat and an internal core. Both contain nifedipine, the coat as a slow release formulation and the core as a fast release formulation. Adalat CC tablets contain either: 30, 60, or 90 mg of nifedipine for once-a-day oral administration. Inert ingredients in the formulation are: hydroxypropylcellulose, lactose, corn starch, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. The inert ingredients in the film coating for Adalat CC 30 and 60 are: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, ferric oxide, and titanium dioxide. The inert ingredients in the film coating for Adalat CC 90 are: hypromellose, polyethylene glycol and ferric oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of celecoxib and other treatment options before deciding to use celecoxib. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals [see Warnings and Precautions (5)].",
"Description": "Celecoxib is chemically designated as 4-[5-(4-methylphenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol1-yl] benzenesulfonamide and is a diaryl-substituted pyrazole. The empirical formula is C17H14F3N3O2S, and the molecular weight is 381.38; the chemical structure is as follows. Celecoxib oral capsules contain either 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg or 400 mg of celecoxib, together with inactive ingredients including: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide and gelatin. Details of non-volatile components of the imprinting ink are given below. 50 mg capsule contains shellac, propylene glycol and red iron oxide.100 mg capsule contains shellac, propylene glycol and FD & C Blue No. # 2 aluminum lake.200 mg capsule contains shellac, propylene glycol and yellow iron oxide.400 mg capsule contains shellac, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide and FD & C Blue No. # 2 aluminum lake."
