"IndicationAndUsage": "IXCHIQ is a vaccine indicated for the prevention of disease caused by chikungunya virus (CHIKV) in individuals 18 years of age and older who are at increased risk of exposure to CHIKV. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on anti-CHIKV neutralizing antibody levels [See Clinical Studies (14)]. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory studies.",
"Description": "IXCHIQ (Chikungunya Vaccine, Live) is a solution for intramuscular injection. IXCHIQ is supplied as a vial of sterile, Lyophilized Antigen Component, Live, and a syringe of Sterile Water Diluent Component. The Lyophilized Antigen Component, Live, is reconstituted at the time of use with the accompanying Sterile Water Diluent Component to form IXCHIQ. The Lyophilized Antigen Component, Live, is a white to slightly yellowish powder. After reconstitution, IXCHIQ is a clear colorless to slightly yellowish solution. IXCHIQ contains live, attenuated chikungunya virus (generated by reverse genetics from La Réunion strain LR-CHIKV clone LR2006 OPY1). The attenuated virus has a deletion in non-structural protein 3, which encodes a component of the viral replicase complex, and replicates less efficiently than the wild-type CHIKV. The vaccine virus is propagated in Vero cells (a continuous line of monkey kidney cells) in media containing amino acids, vitamins, minerals and fetal bovine serum. The viral harvests are pooled, clarified and concentrated. The virus is purified by chromatography and ultracentrifugation, mixed with formulation buffer and lyophilized. After reconstitution, each approximately 0.5-mL dose contains not less than 3.0 log10 TCID50 (Tissue Culture Infectious Dose 50%) of live, attenuated chikungunya virus. Each dose also contains 0.05 mg recombinant human albumin, 25 mg sucrose, 2.5 mg D-sorbitol, 0.75 mg L-methionine, 0.51 mg magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 3.68 mg trisodium citrate di-hydrate, 0.313 mg di-potassium hydrogen phosphate, and 0.098 mg potassium di-hydrogen phosphate. Each dose may contain residual amounts of Vero cell proteins (less than 5 ng/dose), Vero cell DNA (less than 10 pg/dose), bovine serum albumin (less than 500 pg/dose) and protamine sulphate (less than 1 mcg/dose), from the manufacturing process. IXCHIQ does not contain a preservative. The stoppers of the syringes containing Sterile Water Diluent Component and the stoppers of the vials containing Lyophilized Antigen Component, Live, are not made with natural rubber latex."

"Description": "Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release tablets are extended-release tablets for oral administration that contain venlafaxine hydrochloride, a structurally novel antidepressant. Venlafaxine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It is designated (R/S)-1-[2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl] cyclohexanol hydrochloride or (±)-1-[α-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-p-methoxybenzyl] cyclohexanol hydrochloride and has the molecular formula of C17H27NO2HCl. Its molecular weight is 313.87. The structural formula is shown below. Venlafaxine hydrochloride is a white to off-white crystalline solid with a solubility of 572 mg/mL in water (adjusted to ionic strength of 0.2 M with sodium chloride). Its octanol:water (0.2 M sodium chloride) partition coefficient is 0.43. Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release tablets are formulated as an extended-release tablet for once-a-day oral administration. Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release tablets use a hydrogel-based technology to deliver venlafaxine hydrochloride at a controlled rate over approximately 24 hours. The system comprises of a bilayer tablet surrounded by a partially permeable coat. The bilayer tablet core consists of one colored swellable layer and a second drug containing layer. On contact of tablet with aqueous medium, the soluble components of the partially permeable membrane dissolve. Imbibition of the aqueous medium by the swellable layer causes it to swell rapidly. This exerts mechanical pressure on the coating causing it to rupture. The coating is removed from the swellable layer side only to expose a pre-defined surface area from which release of the drug occurs. The controlled rate of drug delivery is a function of controlled surface area and the excipients of the drug layer. The biologically inert fragments of the coating may remain intact and may be eliminated in the feces. Each extended-release coated bilayer tablet contains venlafaxine hydrochloride, USP equivalent to 37.5 mg, 75 mg, 150 mg, or 225 mg venlafaxine. Inactive ingredients consist of hypromellose, povidone, lactose monohydrate, methacrylic acid copolymer, talc, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium lauryl sulfate, FD & C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake, ethyl cellulose aqueous dispersion, mannitol, dibutyl sebacate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 20, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, and polyvinyl alcohol. Imprinting ink contains shellac glaze, isopropyl alcohol, iron oxide black, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and ammonium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ANNOVERA is indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy.",
"Description": "ANNOVERA (segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol vaginal system) is a toroidal-shaped (ring), nonbiodegradable, flexible, opaque white vaginal system containing two active components, a progestin, segesterone acetate, and an estrogen, ethinyl estradiol. When placed in the vagina, each ANNOVERA releases an approximate average 0.15 mg/day of segesterone acetate and 0.013 mg/day of ethinyl estradiol over the 21 days in-use period of each cycle for up to 13 cycles (total of 273 days). Each cycle is 28 days, with 21 days in and 7 days out. The inactive ingredients are dibutyltin dilaurate, silicone elastomers, silicone medical adhesive, and titanium dioxide. The elastomers are all methyl siloxane-based polymers. The vaginal system body has an overall diameter of 56 mm and a cross-sectional diameter of 8.4 mm. It contains two channels of approximately 3.0 mm diameter and 27 mm length into which steroid-containing cores are inserted. Each ANNOVERA contains 103 mg of SA distributed throughout both cores and 17.4 mg of EE distributed throughout only one core. The core containing 40% SA and 12% EE of its mass is 3 mm in diameter and 18 mm in length. The core containing 50% SA of its mass is 3 mm in diameter and 11 mm in length. Contact between the cores and the vaginal system body is fixed by coating the channels with silicone medical adhesive before introducing the cores. After insertion of the cores, the channels are sealed with the silicone medical adhesive. The structural formulas, and properties for the active components are shown below:. STRUCTURAL FORMULAS:. Segesterone Acetate (SA). Ethinyl Estradiol (EE). PROPERTIES:. Established Name: Segesterone Acetate. Chemical Name: 16-methylene-17α-acetoxy-19-nor-pregn-4-ene-3,20-dione. Molecular Formula: C23H30O4. Molecular Weight: 370.5. Physical Form: White, or yellowish white powder. Solubility: Slightly soluble in n-hexane, soluble in ethyl acetate and methanol, freely soluble in acetone (USP classification). Melting Point: 173ºC–177ºC. Established Name: Ethinyl Estradiol. Chemical Name: 19-Nor-17α -pregna-1,3,5(10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol. Molecular Formula: C20H24O2. Molecular Weight: 296.4. Physical Form: White to slightly yellowish-white crystalline powder. Solubility: Practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol, it dissolves in alkaline solution. Melting Point: 181ºC–185ºC. The steroids diffuse out of the vaginal system with release rates that vary over time. Based on in vitro data, the daily release rates of SA and EE are higher during each initial 24–48 hours of use achieving a somewhat lower steady-state with continued use over the subsequent days in each cycle. The vaginal system is designed to be used for 13 cycles (1 year) on a 21/7 days in/out schedule. The total in-use time with the 21/7 days in/out schedule over 13 cycles is 273 days. Based on the residual amount of drug in vaginal systems used in clinical trials over 13 cycles, a total of 41.3 mg of SA and 3.4 mg of EE are released over this period. This translates to an approximate average daily dose of 0.15 mg of segesterone acetate and 0.013 mg of ethinyl estradiol with higher release rate expected at the beginning of dosing and a lower release rate toward the end."

<IndicationAndUsage>Hypertension. Quinapril hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with thiazide diuretics. In using quinapril hydrochloride tablets, consideration should be given to the fact that another angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, captopril, has caused agranulocytosis, particularly in patients with renal impairment or collagen vascular disease. Available data are insufficient to show that quinapril hydrochloride tablets do not have a similar risk (see WARNINGS). Angioedema in Black Patients. Black patients receiving ACE inhibitor monotherapy have been reported to have a higher incidence of angioedema compared to non-blacks. It should also be noted that in controlled clinical trials ACE inhibitors have an effect on blood pressure that is less in black patients than in non-blacks.</IndicationAndUsage>

<IndicationAndUsage>IXCHIQ is a vaccine indicated for the prevention of disease caused by chikungunya virus (CHIKV) in individuals 18 years of age and older who are at increased risk of exposure to CHIKV. This indication is approved under accelerated approval based on anti-CHIKV neutralizing antibody levels [See Clinical Studies (14)]. Continued approval for this indication may be contingent upon verification and description of clinical benefit in confirmatory studies.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>IXCHIQ (Chikungunya Vaccine, Live) is a solution for intramuscular injection. The stoppers of the syringes containing Sterile Water Diluent Component and the stoppers of the vials containing Lyophilized Antigen Component, Live, are not made with natural rubber latex.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release tablets are a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) indicated for.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release tablets are extended-release tablets for oral administration that contain venlafaxine hydrochloride, a structurally novel antidepressant. Imprinting ink contains shellac glaze, isopropyl alcohol, iron oxide black, N-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol and ammonium hydroxide.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>ANNOVERA is indicated for use by females of reproductive potential to prevent pregnancy.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>ANNOVERA (segesterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol vaginal system) is a toroidal-shaped (ring), nonbiodegradable, flexible, opaque white vaginal system containing two active components, a progestin, segesterone acetate, and an estrogen, ethinyl estradiol. This translates to an approximate average daily dose of 0.15 mg of segesterone acetate and 0.013 mg of ethinyl estradiol with higher release rate expected at the beginning of dosing and a lower release rate toward the end.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>ALPRAZOLAM Tablets (alprazolam) are indicated for the management of anxiety disorder (a condition corresponding most closely to the APA Diagnostic and Statistical Manual [DSM-III-R] diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder) or the short-term relief of symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic. Generalized anxiety disorder is characterized by unrealistic or excessive anxiety and worry (apprehensive expectation) about two or more life circumstances, for a period of six months or longer, during which the person has been bothered more days than not by these concerns. At least 6 of the following 18 symptoms are often present in these patients: Motor Tension (trembling, twitching, or feeling shaky; muscle tension, aches, or soreness; restlessness; easy fatigability); Autonomic Hyperactivity (shortness of breath or smothering sensations; palpitations or accelerated heart rate; sweating, or cold clammy hands; dry mouth; dizziness or light-headedness; nausea, diarrhea, or other abdominal distress; flushes or chills; frequent urination; trouble swallowing or ‘lump in throat’); Vigilance and Scanning (feeling keyed up or on edge; exaggerated startle response; difficulty concentrating or ‘mind going blank’ because of anxiety; trouble falling or staying asleep; irritability). These symptoms must not be secondary to another psychiatric disorder or caused by some organic factor. Anxiety associated with depression is responsive to alprazolam.</IndicationAndUsage>
