"IndicationAndUsage": "Nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide cream is indicated for the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis; it has been demonstrated that the nystatin-steroid combination provides greater benefit than the nystatin component alone during the first few days of treatment.",
"Description": "Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, USP for dermatologic use contains the antifungal agent nystatin, USP and the synthetic corticosteroid triamcinolone acetonide, USP. Nystatin, USP is a polyene antimycotic obtained from Streptomyces noursei. It is a yellow to light tan, hygroscopic powder, having a bitter taste and an odor suggestive of cereals. It is freely soluble in dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide; slightly to sparingly soluble in methanol, n-propyl alcohol, and n-butyl alcohol; practically insoluble in water and alcohol; insoluble in chloroform and ether. Structural formula. Triamcinolone acetonide, USP is designated chemically as pregna-1, 4-diene-3,20-dione,9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene)bis(oxy)]-,(11β,16α)-9-fluoro-11β,16α,17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16, 17-acetal with acetone. The white to cream colored, crystalline powder, having not more than a slight odor, is practically insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in dehydrated alcohol, in chloroform and in methanol. Structural formula. Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, USP is a soft, smooth yellow color cream. Each gram provides 100,000 USP Nystatin units and 1 mg Triamcinolone Acetonide, USP in a cream base with dried aluminum hydroxide gel, glyceryl monostearate, methylparaben, polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, polyoxyl 20 cetostearyl ether, polysorbate-60, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, simethicone emulsion, sorbic acid, sorbitol, titanium dioxide, and white petrolatum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ABRILADA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6)Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. (1.7), 8 Treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in adult patients. (1.8), 9 Treatment of non-infectious intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis in adult patients. (1.9).",

Adalimumab-afzb is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese hamster ovary cells and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. ABRILADA (adalimumab-afzb) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose prefilled pen (ABRILADA pen), as a single-dose 1 mL prefilled glass syringe, or as a single-dose institutional use vial. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of ABRILADA is clear and colorless to very light brown, with a pH of about 5.5. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe, prefilled pen, or single-dose institutional use vial delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of ABRILADA contains adalimumab-afzb (40 mg), edetate disodium dihydrate (0.04 mg), L-histidine (0.63mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (2.51 mg), L-methionine (0.16 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.16 mg), sucrose (68 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of ABRILADA contains adalimumab-afzb (20 mg), edetate disodium dihydrate (0.02 mg), L-histidine (0.314 mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (1.253 mg), L-methionine (0.08 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.08 mg), sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "Sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets are indicated to reduce blood phenylalanine (Phe) levels in adult and pediatric patients one month of age and older with hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA) due to tetrahydrobiopterin- (BH4-) responsive Phenylketonuria (PKU). Sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets are to be used in conjunction with a Phe- restricted diet.",
"Description": "Sapropterin dihydrochloride is an orally administered Phenylalanine Hydroxylase activator (or PAH activator). Sapropterin dihydrochloride, the active pharmaceutical ingredient in sapropterin dihydrochloride tablets, is a synthetic preparation of the dihydrochloride salt of naturally occurring tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4). Sapropterin dihydrochloride is an off-white to light yellow powder. The chemical name of sapropterin dihydrochloride is (6R)-2-amino-6[(3R,2S)-dihydroxypropyl]-4-oxo-5,6,7,8-. tetrahydropteridine dihydrochloride and the molecular formula is C9H15N5O3·2HCl with a molecular weight of 314.17. Sapropterin dihydrochloride has the following structural formula. Sapropterin dihydrochloride is supplied as tablets containing 100 mg of sapropterin dihydrochloride (equivalent to 77 mg of sapropterin base). Tablets are off white to light yellow, mottled, round shaped tablets debossed with “ZS” on one side and plain on other side. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: Ascorbic acid, crospovidone, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, mannitol, riboflavin, and sodium stearyl fumarate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "ABRILADA is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: 1 Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis. (1.1), 2 Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2), 3 Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis. (1.3), 4 Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. (1.4), 5 Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5), 6 Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6)Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 7 Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. "Description": "Adalimumab-afzb is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker. Adalimumab-afzb is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-afzb is produced by recombinant DNA technology in Chinese hamster ovary cells and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. ABRILADA (adalimumab-afzb) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose prefilled pen (ABRILADA pen), as a single-dose 1 mL prefilled glass syringe, or as a single-dose institutional use vial. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of ABRILADA is clear and colorless to very light brown, with a pH of about 5.5. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe, prefilled pen, or single-dose institutional use vial delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of ABRILADA contains adalimumab-afzb (40 mg), edetate disodium dihydrate (0.04 mg), L-histidine (0.63mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (2.51 mg), L-methionine (0.16 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.16 mg), sucrose (68 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 20 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.4 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of ABRILADA contains adalimumab-afzb (20 mg), edetate disodium dihydrate (0.02 mg), L-histidine (0.314 mg), L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate (1.253 mg), L-methionine (0.08 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.08 mg), sucrose (34 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 10 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (10 mg) of drug product. Sapropterin dihydrochloride, the active pharmaceutical ingredient in sapropterin dihydrochloride tablet, is a synthetic preparation of the dihydrochloride salt of naturally occurring tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4). Sapropterin dihydrochloride is a white to pale yellow color powder. The chemical name of sapropterin dihydrochloride is (6R)-2-amino-6-[(1R,2S)-1,2dihydroxypropyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4(1H)-pteridinone dihydrochloride and the molecular formula is C 9H 15N 5O 3·2HCl with a molecular weight of 314.17. Sapropterin dihydrochloride has the following structural formula:. Sapropterin dihydrochloride is supplied as tablets containing 100 mg of sapropterin dihydrochloride (equivalent to 76.8 mg of sapropterin base). Tablets are off-white to light yellow mottled round, tablets debossed with “I 1”. Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: ascorbic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, mannitol, riboflavin and sodium stearyl fumarate."

Sapropterin dihydrochloride is an off-white to pale yellow crystalline powder. The chemical name of sapropterin dihydrochloride is (6 R)-2-amino-6-[(1 R,2 S)-1,2-dihydroxypropyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4(1H)-pteridinone dihydrochloride and the molecular formula is C 9H 15N 5O 3·2HCl with a molecular weight of 314.17. Sapropterin dihydrochloride has the following structural formula:. Sapropterin dihydrochloride is supplied as powder for oral solution containing 100 mg of sapropterin dihydrochloride (equivalent to 76.8 mg of sapropterin base). Sapropterin dihydrochloride is also supplied as powder for oral solution containing 500 mg of sapropterin dihydrochloride (equivalent to 384 mg of sapropterin base). Sapropterin dihydrochloride powder for oral solution is white to off-white in color. Each unit dose packet contains the following inactive ingredients: ascorbic acid, mannitol, potassium citrate, and sucralose."
