"Description": "Adalimumab is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody created using phage display technology resulting in an antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. HUMIRA (adalimumab) injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled pen (HUMIRA Pen) or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the pen is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of HUMIRA is clear and colorless, with a pH of about 5.2. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (80 mg), mannitol (33.6 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (40 mg), mannitol (16.8 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.4 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 40 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled pen delivers 0.8 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (40 mg), citric acid monohydrate (1.04 mg), dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate (1.22 mg), mannitol (9.6 mg), monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate (0.69 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.8 mg), sodium chloride (4.93 mg), sodium citrate (0.24 mg) and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide is added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.2 mL of HUMIRA contains adalimumab (20 mg), mannitol (8.4 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.2 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Each 10 mg/0.1 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.1 mL (10 mg) of drug product. "Description": "ELEVIDYS (delandistrogene moxeparvovec-rokl) is a recombinant gene therapy designed to deliver the gene encoding the ELEVIDYS micro-dystrophin protein. ELEVIDYS is a non-replicating, recombinant, adeno-associated virus serotype rh74 (AAVrh74) based vector containing the ELEVIDYS micro-dystrophin transgene under the control of the MHCK7 promoter. The genome within the ELEVIDYS AAVrh74 vector contains no viral genes and consequently is incapable of replication or reversion to a replicating form. The micro-dystrophin protein expressed by ELEVIDYS is a shortened version (138 kDa, compared to 427 kDa size of dystrophin expressed in normal muscle cells) that contains selected domains of dystrophin expressed in normal muscle cells. ELEVIDYS is a preservative-free, sterile, clear, colorless liquid that may have some opalescence and may contain white to off-white particles. ELEVIDYS is a suspension for intravenous infusion with a nominal concentration of 1.33 ×1013 vg/mL and supplied in a single-dose 10 mL vial. Each vial contains an extractable volume of 10 mL and the following excipients: 200mM sodium chloride, 13 mM tromethamine HCl, 7 mM tromethamine, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.001% poloxamer 188, with a pH of 8.0 ± 0.3."

"IndicationAndUsage": "FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. These cells were adapted to grow freely in suspension in culture medium. The virus is inactivated with β-propiolactone, disrupted by the detergent cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and purified through several process steps. Each of the virus strains are produced and purified separately then pooled to formulate the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is a sterile, slightly opalescent injectable suspension in phosphate buffered saline. FLUCELVAX is standardized according to United States Public Health Service requirements for the 2024-2025 influenza season and is formulated to contain a total of 45 micrograms (mcg) hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5 mL dose in the recommended ratio of 15 mcg HA of each of the following influenza strains:. A/Georgia/12/2022 CVR-167 (an A/Wisconsin/67/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus);. A/Sydney/1304/2022 (an A/Massachusetts/18/2022 (H3N2)-like virus);. B/Singapore/WUH4618/2021 (a B/Austria/1359417/2021-like virus). Each dose of FLUCELVAX may contain residual amounts of MDCK cell protein (≤ 21.6 mcg), protein other than HA (≤ 225 mcg), MDCK cell DNA (≤ 10 ng), polysorbate 80 (≤ 1125 mcg), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (≤ 13.5 mcg), and β-propiolactone (< 0.5 mcg), which are used in the manufacturing process. FLUCELVAX contains no egg protein or antibiotics. FLUCELVAX 0.5 mL pre-filled syringes contain no preservative. FLUCELVAX 5 mL multi-dose vials contain thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose from the multi-dose vial contains 25 mcg mercury. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex."

Adalimumab is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. <IndicationAndUsage>ELEVIDYS is indicated for the treatment of patients 4 years of age and older with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), who are ambulatory and have a confirmed mutation in the DMD gene [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.2), Clinical Studies (14)].</IndicationAndUsage>

ELEVIDYS (delandistrogene moxeparvovec-rokl) is a recombinant gene therapy designed to deliver the gene encoding the ELEVIDYS micro-dystrophin protein. Each vial contains an extractable volume of 10 mL and the following excipients: 200mM sodium chloride, 13 mM tromethamine HCl, 7 mM tromethamine, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.001% poloxamer 188, with a pH of 8.0 ± 0.3.

<IndicationAndUsage>FLUCELVAX is an inactivated vaccine indicated for active immunization for the prevention of influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. FLUCELVAX is approved for use in persons 6 months of age and older. [see Clinical Studies (14)].</IndicationAndUsage>

FLUCELVAX (Influenza Vaccine) is a trivalent subunit influenza vaccine manufactured using cell derived candidate vaccine viruses (CVV) that are propagated in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells, a continuous cell line. The tip caps and plungers of the pre-filled syringes and the multi-dose vial stopper are not made with natural rubber latex.
