ABILIFY Tablets are available in 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg strengths. Inactive ingredients include cornstarch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. Colorants include ferric oxide (yellow or red) and FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake. ABILIFY DISCMELT Orally Disintegrating Tablets are available in 10 mg and 15 mg strengths. Inactive ingredients include acesulfame potassium, aspartame, calcium silicate, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, crème de vanilla (natural and artificial flavors), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, tartaric acid, and xylitol. Colorants include ferric oxide (yellow or red) and FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake. ABILIFY Oral Solution is a clear, colorless to light yellow solution available in a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The inactive ingredients for this solution include disodium edetate, fructose, glycerin, dl-lactic acid, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, sodium hydroxide, sucrose, and purified water. The oral solution is flavored with natural orange cream and other natural flavors. ABILIFY Injection is available in single-dose vials as a ready-to-use, 9.75 mg/1.3 mL (7.5 mg/mL) clear, colorless, sterile, aqueous solution for intramuscular use only. Inactive ingredients for this solution include 150 mg/mL of sulfobutylether β-cyclodextrin (SBECD), tartaric acid, sodium hydroxide, and water for injection."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Valsartan tablet is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) indicated for: Treatment of hypertension,to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions ( 1.1) Treatment of heart failure (NYHA class II to IV);valsartan tablets significantly reduced hospitalization for heart failure ( 1.2) Post-myocardial infarction:for the reduction of cardiovascular mortality in clinically stable patients with left ventricular failure or left ventricular dysfunction following myocardial infrarction ( 1.3).",
"Description": "Valsartan, USP is a nonpeptide, orally active, and specific angiotensin II receptor blocker acting on the AT 1receptor subtype. Valsartan, USP is chemically described as L-valine, N-(1-oxopentyl)-N-[[2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl) [1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl]-. Its empirical formula is C 24H 29N 5O 3, its molecular weight is 435.52, and its structural formula is. Valsartan, USP is a white to an off-white powder. It is soluble in ethanol and methanol and insoluble in water. Valsartan is available as tablets for oral administration, containing 40 mg, 80 mg, 160 mg or 320 mg of valsartan. The inactive ingredients of the tablets are croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, and titanium dioxide. In addition to this 40 mg contains iron oxide yellow, 80 mg contains iron oxide red, 160 mg contains iron oxides (yellow and red) and 320 mg contains iron oxides (yellow, red and black). Meets USP dissolution test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including cisplatin ≥50 mg/m2. . Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. . Prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with radiotherapy in patients receiving either total body irradiation, single high-dose fraction to the abdomen, or daily fractions to the abdomen. . Prevention of postoperative nausea and/or vomiting. As with other antiemetics, routine prophylaxis is not recommended for patients in whom there is little expectation that nausea and/or vomiting will occur postoperatively. In patients where nausea and/or vomiting must be avoided postoperatively, ondansetron tablets, USP are recommended even where the incidence of postoperative nausea and/or vomiting is low.",
"Description": "The active ingredient in ondansetron tablets, USP is ondansetron hydrochloride (HCl) as the dihydrate, the racemic form of ondansetron and a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT3 receptor type. Chemically it is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride, dihydrate. It has the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C18H19N3OHCl2H2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.9. Ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate) is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water and normal saline.Ondansetron tablets, USP for oral administration contain ondansetron hydrochloride USP (dihydrate) equivalent to 4 mg or 8 mg or 24 mg of ondansetron. Each film-coated tablet also contains the inactive ingredients anhydrous lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, magnesium stearate, triacetin, titanium dioxide and hypromellose. In addition 8 mg tablet also contains iron oxide yellow and 24 mg tablet also contains iron oxide red.Meets USP dissolution test 6."

"Description": "Ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets contain ezetimibe, a selective inhibitor of intestinal cholesterol and related phytosterol absorption, and simvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. The chemical name of ezetimibe is 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(R)-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3(S)-hydroxypropyl]-4(S)-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-azetidinone.The molecular formula is C24H21F2NO3 and its molecular weight is 409.4. Ezetimibe is a white, crystalline powder that is freely to very soluble in ethanol, methanol, and acetone and practically insoluble in water. Its structural formula is. Simvastatin, an inactive lactone, is hydrolyzed to the corresponding β-hydroxyacid form, which is an inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase. Simvastatin is butanoic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-, 1,2,3,7,8,8a-hexahydro-3,7-dimethyl-8-[2-(tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-6-oxo-2H-pyran-2-yl)ethyl]-1-naphthalenyl ester, [1S-[1α,3 α,7β,8β(2S*,4S*),8aβ]].The molecular formula of simvastatin is C25H38O5 and its molecular weight is 418.57. Simvastatin is a white to off-white powder that is practically insoluble in water and freely soluble in chloroform, methanol and ethanol. Its structural formula is. Ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets are available for oral use containing 10 mg of ezetimibe, and 10 mg of simvastatin (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets, 10 mg/10 mg), 20 mg of simvastatin (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets, 10 mg/20 mg), 40 mg of simvastatin (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets, 10 mg/40 mg), or 80 mg of simvastatin (ezetimibe and simvastatin tablets, 10 mg/80 mg). Each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxyanisole, citric acid monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and propyl gallate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Lorazepam is indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or for the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety or anxiety associated with depressive symptoms. Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic. The effectiveness of lorazepam in long-term use, that is, more than 4 months, has not been assessed by systematic clinical studies. The physician should periodically reassess the usefulness of the drug for the individual patient.",
"Description": "Lorazepam, an antianxiety agent, has the chemical formula, 7-chloro-5-(o-chlorophenyl)-1,3-dihydro-3-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one. It is a nearly white powder almost insoluble in water. Each Lorazepam tablet, to be taken orally, contains 0.5 mg, 1 mg, or 2 mg of lorazepam. The inactive ingredients present are lactose anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, polacrilin potassium and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Fluoxetine is indicated for the treatment of. Acute and maintenance treatment of Major Depressive Disorder [see Clinical Studies (14.1)]. Acute and maintenance treatment of obsessions and compulsions in patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) [see Clinical Studies (14.2)]. Acute and maintenance treatment of binge-eating and vomiting behaviors in patients with moderate to severe Bulimia Nervosa [see Clinical Studies (14.3)]. Acute treatment of Panic Disorder, with or without agoraphobia [see Clinical Studies (14.4)]. Fluoxetine and Olanzapine in Combination is indicated for the treatment of. Acute treatment of depressive episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder. Fluoxetine monotherapy is not indicated for the treatment of depressive episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder. When using Fluoxetine and olanzapine in combination, also refer to the Clinical Studies section of the package insert for Symbyax®.",
"Description": "Fluoxetine capsules, USP are a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor for oral administration. It is also marketed for the treatment of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (Sarafem®, fluoxetine hydrochloride). It is designated (±)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-3-[(α,α,α-trifluoro-p-tolyl)oxy]propylamine hydrochloride and has the empirical formula of C17H18F3NOHCl. Its molecular weight is 345.79. The structural formula is:. [Chemical Structure]. Fluoxetine hydrochloride, USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a solubility of 14 mg/mL in water. Each capsule contains fluoxetine hydrochloride equivalent to 10 mg (32.3 μmol), 20 mg (64.7 μmol), or 40 mg (129.3 μmol) of fluoxetine. The capsules also contain the following inactive ingredients: pregelatinized starch (maize [corn]), colloidal silicon dioxide, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulphate, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #3, and titanium dioxide. In addition, 20 mg capsules also contains D&C Yellow #10 and 10 mg capsules also contains FD&C Yellow #6. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Warfarin sodium tablets are indicated for: 1 Prophylaxis and treatment of venous thrombosis and its extension, pulmonary embolism (PE)., 2 Prophylaxis and treatment of thromboembolic complications associated with atrial fibrillation (AF) and/or cardiac valve replacement., 3 Reduction in the risk of death, recurrent myocardial infarction (MI), and thromboembolic events such as stroke or systemic embolization after myocardial infarction.",
"Description": "Warfarin sodium tablets USP contain warfarin sodium, an anticoagulant that acts by inhibiting vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors. The chemical name of warfarin sodium is 3-(α-acetonylbenzyl)-4-hydroxycoumarin sodium salt, which is a racemic mixture of the R- and S-enantiomers. Crystalline warfarin sodium is an isopropanol clathrate. Its structural formula may be represented as follows. C19H15NaO4 M.W. 330.31. Crystalline warfarin sodium occurs as a white, odorless, crystalline powder that is discolored by light. It is very soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol, and very slightly soluble in chloroform and ether. Each tablet, for oral administration, contains 1 mg, 2 mg, 2.5 mg, 3 mg, 4 mg, 5 mg, 6 mg, 7.5 mg or 10 mg warfarin sodium, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The 1 mg also contains FD&C red no. 40. The 2 mg also contains FD&C blue no. 2 aluminum lake and FD&C red no. 40 aluminum lake. The 2.5 mg also contains D&C yellow no. 10 aluminum lake and FD&C blue no. 1 aluminum lake. The 3 mg also contains FD&C yellow no. 6 aluminum lake, FD&C blue no. 2 aluminum lake, FD&C red no. 40 aluminum lake, and D&C yellow no. 10 aluminum lake. The 4 mg also contains FD&C blue no. 1 aluminum lake and FD&C blue no. 2 aluminum lake. "IndicationAndUsage": "Promethazine hydrochloride tablets are useful for: Perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis. Vasomotor rhinitis. Allergic conjunctivitis due to inhalant allergens and foods. Mild, uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations of urticaria and angioedema. Amelioration of allergic reactions to blood or plasma. Dermographism. Anaphylactic reactions as adjunctive therapy to epinephrine and other standard measures after the acute manifestations have been controlled. Preoperative, postoperative and obstetric sedation. Prevention and control of nausea and vomiting associated with certain types of anesthesia and surgery. Therapy adjunctive to meperidine or other analgesics for control of postoperative pain. Sedation in both children and adults as well as relief of apprehension and production of light sleep from which the patient can be easily aroused. Active and prophylactic treatment of motion sickness. Antiemetic therapy in postoperative patients.",
"Description": "Promethazine Hydrochloride, a phenothiazine derivative, is designated chemically as 10- [2-(Dimethylamino)propyl]phenothiazine monohydochloride and has the following structural formula. Promethazine hydrochloride is a racemic compound; the empirical formula is C17H20N2S HCl and its molecular weight is 320.88. Promethazine hydrochloride occurs as a white to faint yellow, practically odorless, crystalline powder which slowly oxidizes and turns blue on prolonged exposure to air. It is freely soluble in water and soluble in alcohol. Each tablet for oral administration contains 12.5 mg, 25 mg or 50 mg promethazine hydrochloride, USP. The inactive ingredients include: lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The 50 mg also contains D&C Red # 27 Lake."

"Description": "Memantine hydrochloride USP is an orally active NMDA receptor antagonist. The chemical name for memantine hydrochloride is 1-amino-3,5-dimethyladamantane hydrochloride with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C12H21NHCl and the molecular weight is 215.77. Memantine HCl, USP occurs as a fine white to off-white powder, freely soluble in methanol and soluble in water. Memantine hydrochloride tablets USP are available for oral administration as capsule-shaped, film-coated tablets containing 5 mg and 10 mg of memantine hydrochloride. The tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate. In addition the following inactive ingredients are also present as components of the film coat: hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, FD&C yellow #6 and FD&C blue #2 (5 mg tablets), and hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol and black iron oxide (10 mg tablets)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Galantamine extended-release capsules are indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate dementia of the Alzheimer’s type.",
"Description": "Galantamine extended-release capsules USP contain galantamine, a reversible, competitive acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, as the hydrobromide salt. Galantamine hydrobromide is known chemically as (4aS,6R,8aS)-4a,5,9,10,11,12-hexahydro-3-methoxy-11-methyl-6H-benzofuro[3a, 3,2-ef][2]benzazepin-6-ol hydrobromide. It has a molecular formula of C17H21NO3 HBr and a molecular weight of 368.27. Galantamine hydrobromide USP is a white to almost white powder and is sparingly soluble in water. The structural formula for galantamine hydrobromide is: Galantamine extended-release capsules USP contain 8 mg, 16 mg, and 24 mg galantamine as 10.25 mg, 20.50 mg, and 30.76 mg of galantamine hydrobromide USP, respectively. Inactive ingredients include colloidal silicon dioxide, gelatin, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, and titanium dioxide. The 16 mg capsule also contains iron oxide red. The 24 mg capsule also contains iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow. "Description": "Tazarotene cream, 0.1% is for topical use and contains the active ingredient, tazarotene. Each gram of tazarotene cream, 0.1% contains 1 mg of tazarotene, in a white cream base. Tazarotene is a member of the acetylenic class of retinoids. Chemically, tazarotene is ethyl 6-[(4,4-dimethylthiochroman- 6-yl)ethynyl]nicotinate. The compound has an empirical formula of C 21H 21NO 2S and molecular weight of 351.46. The structural formula is shown below:. "IndicationAndUsage": "Tiadylt® ER capsules are indicated for the treatment of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications.",
"Description": "Tiadylt (diltiazem hydrochloride) is a calcium ion cellular influx inhibitor (slow channel blocker). Chemically, diltiazem hydrochloride is 1,5-Benzothiazepin-4(5H)-one, 3-(acetyloxy)-5-[2(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2, 3-dihydro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, monohydrochloride, (+)-cis-. The chemical structure is:. Diltiazem hydrochloride, USP is a white, odourless, crystalline powder or small crystals. It is freely soluble in chloroform, in formic acid, in methanol, and in water; sparingly soluble in dehydrated alcohol; insoluble in ether and has a molecular weight of 450.98. Diltiazem hydrochloride extended-release capsules, USP contain diltiazem hydrochloride in extended-release beads at doses of 120, 180, 240, 300, 360 and 420 mg. Each Tiadylt® ER capsules, USP intended for oral administration contains 120 mg or 180 mg or 240 mg or 300 mg or 360 mg or 420 mg of diltiazem hydrochloride. In addition, each capsule contains the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, ethyl cellulose, gelatin, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, sugar sphere, talc and titanium dioxide. Additionally each 120 mg, 240 mg and 300 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1, FD & C red # 3 and FD & C red # 40; each 180 mg and 360 mg capsule shell contains FD & C blue # 1 and FD & C red # 3.
