"IndicationAndUsage": "Decitabine for Injection is indicated for treatment of adult patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) including previously treated and untreated, de novoand secondary MDS of all French-American-British subtypes (refractory anemia, refractory anemia with ringed sideroblasts, refractory anemia with excess blasts, refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation, and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia) and intermediate-1, intermediate-2, and high-risk International Prognostic Scoring System groups.",
"Description": "Decitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. Decitabine is a fine, white to almost white powder with the molecular formula of C 8H 12N 4O 4and a molecular weight of 228.21. Its chemical name is 4-amino-1-(2-deoxy-β-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2(1 H)-one and it has the following structural formula:. Decitabine is slightly soluble in ethanol/water (50/50), methanol/water (50/50) and methanol; sparingly soluble in water and soluble in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Decitabine for injection, for intravenous use, is a sterile, white to almost white lyophilized powder supplied in a clear colorless glass single-dose vial. Each 20 mL vial contains 50 mg decitabine, 68 mg monobasic potassium phosphate (potassium dihydrogen phosphate) and 11.6 mg sodium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated as subsequent therapy for the treatment of advanced carcinoma of the ovary. As first-line therapy, Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated in combination with cisplatin. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of node-positive breast cancer administered sequentially to standard doxorubicin containing combination chemotherapy. In the clinical trial, there was an overall favorable effect on disease-free and overall survival in the total population of patients with receptor-positive and receptor-negative tumors, but the benefit has been specifically demonstrated by available data (median follow-up 30 months) only in the patients with estrogen and progesterone receptor negative tumors. (see CLINICAL STUDIES: Breast Carcinoma.). Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the treatment of breast cancer after failure of combination chemotherapy for metastatic disease or relapse within 6 months of adjuvant chemotherapy. Prior therapy should have included an anthracycline unless clinically contraindicated. Paclitaxel Injection, USP in combination with cisplatin, is indicated for the first-line treatment of non small cell lung cancer in patients who are not candidates for potentially curative surgery and/or radiation therapy. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is indicated for the second-line treatment of AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma.",
"Description": "Paclitaxel Injection, USP is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow viscous solution. It is supplied as a nonaqueous solution intended for dilution with a suitable parenteral fluid prior to intravenous infusion. Paclitaxel Injection, USP is available in 30 mg (5 mL), 100 mg (16.7 mL), and 300 mg (50 mL) multidose vials. Each mL of sterile nonpyrogenic solution contains 6 mg paclitaxel USP, 527 mg of Kolliphor ®ELP (Polyoxyl 35 Castor Oil, NF) and 49.7% (v/v) dehydrated alcohol, USP. Paclitaxel is a semi-synthetic derivative of 10-Deacetylbaccatin-III, with antitumor activity. Paclitaxel is obtained via a semi-synthetic process from Taxus baccata. The chemical name for paclitaxel is 5β,20-Epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4,10-diacetate 2-benzoate 13- ester with (2R,3S)-N-benzoyl-3phenylisoserine. Paclitaxel has the following structural formula. Paclitaxel is a white to off-white crystalline powder with the empirical formula C 47H 51NO 14 and a molecular weight of 853.9. It is highly lipophilic, insoluble in water, and melts at around 216 to 217°C."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Mitomycin for Injection is not recommended as single-agent, primary therapy. It has been shown to be useful in the therapy of disseminated adenocarcinoma of the stomach or pancreas in proven combinations with other approved chemotherapeutic agents and as palliative treatment when other modalities have failed. Mitomycin is not recommended to replace appropriate surgery and/or radiotherapy.",
"Description": "Mitomycin (also known as mitomycin and/or mitomycin-C) is an antibiotic isolated from the broth of Streptomyces caespitosus which has been shown to have antitumor activity. The compound is heat stable, has a high melting point, and is freely soluble in organic solvents. Mitomycin for Injection is a sterile dry mixture of mitomycin and mannitol, which when reconstituted with Sterile Water for Injection provides a solution for intravenous administration. Each vial contains either mitomycin 5 mg and mannitol 10 mg, or mitomycin 20 mg and mannitol 40 mg, or mitomycin 40 mg and mannitol 80 mg. Each mL of reconstituted solution will contain 0.5 mg mitomycin and have a pH between 6.0 and 8.0. Mitomycin is a blue-violet crystalline powder with the molecular formula of C 15H 18N 4O 5, and a molecular weight of 334.33. Its chemical name is 7-amino-9α-methoxymitosane and it has the following structural formula;."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bendamustine hydrochloride for Injection is an alkylating drug indicated for treatment of patients with: 1 Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Efficacy relative to first line therapies other than chlorambucil has not been established. ( 1.1) , 2 Indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has progressed during or within six months of treatment with rituximab or a rituximab-containing regimen. ( 1.2) .",
"Description": "Bendamustine hydrochloride is an alkylating agent. The chemical name of bendamustine hydrochloride, USP is 1H-benzimidazole-2-butanoic acid, 5-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]-1- methyl-, monohydrochloride. Its empirical molecular formula is C 16H 21Cl 2N 3O 2 ∙ HCl, and the molecular weight is 394.7. Bendamustine hydrochloride contains a mechlorethamine group and a benzimidazole heterocyclic ring with a butyric acid substituent, and has the following structural formula:. Bendamustine hydrochloride for Injection, USP (25 mg/vial or 100 mg/vial lyophilized powder). Bendamustine hydrochloride for Injection, USP for intravenous use is supplied as a sterile non-pyrogenic white to off-white lyophilized powder in a single-dose vial. Each 25-mg vial contains 25 mg of bendamustine hydrochloride, USP and 42.5 mg of mannitol, USP. Each 100-mg vial contains 100 mg of bendamustine hydrochloride, USP and 170 mg of mannitol, USP. The pH of the reconstituted solution is 2.5 to 3.5."

"Description": "Fluorouracil injection, USP a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor, is a colorless to faint yellow, aqueous, sterile, nonpyrogenic injectable solution available in 10 mL and 20 mL, a sterile preparation that contains single dose vial for intravenous administration. Each mL contains 50 mg fluorouracil in water for injection, USP. The pH is adjusted to approximately 9.2 with sodium hydroxide. Chemically, fluorouracil, a fluorinated pyrimidine, is 5-fluoro-2,4 (1H,3H)-pyrimidinedione. Its structural formula is. Molecular formula: C 4H 3FN 2O 2 Molecular weight: 130.08 g/mole."

"Description": "The active ingredient of Ondansetron Injection,USP is ondansetron hydrochloride, a selective blocking agent of the serotonin 5-HT 3receptor type. Its chemical name is (±) 1, 2, 3, 9-tetrahydro-9-methyl-3-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]-4H-carbazol-4-one, monohydrochloride, dihydrate. It has the following structural formula:. The molecular formula is C 18H 19N 3OHCl2H 2O, representing a molecular weight of 365.9 g/mol. Ondansetron HCl is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water and normal saline. Each 1 mL of aqueous solution in the 20-mL multidose vial contains 2 mg of ondansetron as the hydrochloride dihydrate; 8.3 mg of sodium chloride, USP; and 0.5 mg of citric acid monohydrate, USP and 0.25 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate, USP as buffers; and 1.2 mg of methylparaben, NF and 0.15 mg of propylparaben, NF as preservatives in Water for Injection, USP. Ondansetron Injection, USP is a clear, colorless, nonpyrogenic, sterile solution for intravenous use. The pH of the injection solution is 3.3 to 4.0."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Oxaliplatin injection, in combination with infusional fluorouracil and leucovorin, is indicated for: 1 adjuvant treatment of stage III colon cancer in patients who have undergone complete resection of the primary tumor., 2 treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.",
"Description": "Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based drug with the molecular formula C 8H 14N 2O 4Pt and the chemical name of cis-[(1 R,2 R)-1,2-cyclohexanediamine- N, N'] [oxalato(2-)- O, O'] platinum. Oxaliplatin is an organoplatinum complex in which the platinum atom is complexed with 1,2-diaminocyclohexane (DACH) and with an oxalate ligand as a leaving group. The molecular weight is 397.3. Oxaliplatin is slightly soluble in water at 6 mg/mL, very slightly soluble in methanol, and practically insoluble in ethanol and acetone. Oxaliplatin injection, USP for intravenous use is supplied in vials containing 50 mg, 100 mg or 200 mg of oxaliplatin as a sterile, preservative-free, aqueous solution at a concentration of 5 mg/mL. Water for Injection, USP is present as an inactive ingredient."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Gemcitabine Injection is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor indicated: 1 in combination with carboplatin, for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer that has relapsed at least 6 months after completion of platinum-based therapy. ( 1.1) , 2 in combination with paclitaxel, for first-line treatment of metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior anthracycline-containing adjuvant chemotherapy, unless anthracyclines were clinically contraindicated. ( 1.2) , 3 in combination with cisplatin for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. ( 1.3) , 4 as a single agent for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. ( 1.4) .",
"Description": "Gemcitabine is a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor. Gemcitabine hydrochloride is 2’-deoxy-2’,2’-difluorocytidine monohydrochloride (β-isomer) with the following molecular structure:. Gemcitabine hydrochloride is a white to off white crystalline powder. The empirical formula for gemcitabine hydrochloride is C 9H 11F 2N 3O 4 HCl and the molecular weight is 299.66. Gemcitabine hydrochloride is soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, and practically insoluble in ethanol and polar organic solvents. Gemcitabine Injection is a sterile, clear colorless to pale yellow solution that is provided in 100 mg/mL multiple-dose vials for intravenous use only. Gemcitabine Injection is available in four presentations: 200 mg/2 mL, 1 g/10 mL, 1.5 g/15 mL or 2 g/20 mL. Each mL contains 100 mg of gemcitabine free base (equivalent to 113.85 mg of gemcitabine hydrochloride), 250 mg PEG-300, 150 mg propylene glycol, and 16 mg sodium hydroxide in dehydrated alcohol. Sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid may have been added for pH adjustment."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Daptomycin for Injection is a lipopeptide antibacterial indicated for the treatment of: 1 Complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI) in adult and pediatric patients (1 to 17 years of age) ( 1.1) and, , 2 Staphylococcus aureusbloodstream infections (bacteremia), in adult patients including those with right-sided infective endocarditis, ( 1.2) , 3 Staphylococcus aureusbloodstream infections (bacteremia) in pediatric patients (1 to 17 years of age). Daptomycin for Injection is supplied in a single-dose vial as a sterile, preservative-free, pale yellow to light brown, lyophilized cake containing approximately 350 mg of daptomycin for intravenous (IV) use following reconstitution with 0.9% sodium chloride injection [see Dosage and Administration ( 2.7)] . The only inactive ingredient is sodium hydroxide, which is used for pH adjustment; between 4.0 to 5.0. Freshly reconstituted solutions of Daptomycin for Injection range in color from pale yellow to light brown."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Atropine is indicated for temporary blockade of severe or life threatening muscarinic effects, e.g., as an antisialagogue, an antivagal agent, an antidote for organophosphorus, carbamate, or muscarinic mushroom poisoning, and to treat symptomatic bradycardia.",
"Description": "Atropine Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic, clear solution of atropine sulfate in water for injection with sodium chloride sufficient to render the solution isotonic. It is administered parenterally by subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous injection. Each mL contains atropine sulfate, 0.4 mg (equivalent to 0.33 mg atropine); benzyl alcohol, 9 mg; sodium chloride 9 mg. May contain sulfuric acid for pH adjustment. pH 3.2 (3.0 to 3.8). Sodium chloride added to render the solution isotonic for injection of the active ingredient is present in amounts insufficient to affect serum electrolyte balance of sodium (Na +) and chloride (Cl -) ions. Atropine Sulfate, USP is chemically designated lα H, 5α H-Tropan-3-α-ol (±)-tropate (ester), sulfate (2:1) (salt) monohydrate, (C 17H 23NO 3) 2· H 2SO 4· H 2O, colorless crystals or white crystalline powder very soluble in water. It has the following structural formula:. Atropine, a naturally occurring belladonna alkaloid, is a racemic mixture of equal parts of d- and 1-hyocyamine, whose activity is due almost entirely to the levo isomer of the drug. Sodium Chloride, USP is chemically designated NaCl, a white crystalline powder freely soluble in water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pemetrexed Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated: 1 in combination with pembrolizumab and platinum chemotherapy, for the initial treatment of patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with no EGFR or ALK genomic tumor aberrations. ( 1.1) , 2 in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous,(NSCLC). ( 1.1) , 3 as a single agent for the maintenance treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic, non-squamous NSCLC whose disease has not progressed after four cycles of platinum-based first-line chemotherapy. ( 1.1) , 4 as a single agent for the treatment of patients with recurrent, metastatic non-squamous, NSCLC after prior chemotherapy. ( 1.1) Limitations of Use:Pemetrexed injection is not indicated for the treatment of patients with squamous cell, non-small cell lung cancer. ( 1.1) , 5 initial treatment, in combination with cisplatin, of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma whose disease is unresectable or who are otherwise not candidates for curative surgery. ( 1.2) .",
"Description": "Pemetrexed Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor. The drug substance, Pemetrexed disodium hemipentahydrate, has the chemical name N-{4-[2-(2-amino-4-oxo-4,7-dihydro- 1H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethyl]phenyl] carbonyl}-L-glutamic acid disodium, hemipentahydrate, with a molecular formula of C 20H 19N 5Na 2O 62.5H 2O and a molecular weight of 516.41. The structural formula is as follows:. Pemetrexed Injection, 100 mg/4 mL, 500 mg/20 mL, 850 mg/34 mL and 1000 mg/40 mL are supplied as a sterile clear, colorless to pale yellow solution for intravenous infusion available in single-dose vials. Each mL contains 25 mg pemetrexed equivalent to 27.5 mg pemetrexed disodium, 15 mg of citric acid anhydrous, 0.5 mg of L-methionine, 4.4 mg of monothioglycerol and Water for injection (quantity enough to 1 mL). Hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide may have been added to adjust pH."

"Description": "Carmustine is a nitrosourea with the chemical name 1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea and a molecular weight of 214.05. The drug product is supplied as sterile lyophilized pale yellow dry flakes or dry congealed mass, and it is highly soluble in alcohol and lipids, and poorly soluble in water. Carmustine for Injection is administered by intravenous infusion after reconstitution with 10% Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and dilution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or 5% Dextrose Injection, as recommended. The structural formula of carmustine is. Carmustine for Injection is available in 50-mg single dose vial and 300-mg single dose vial of lyophilized material. Sterile diluent for constitution of Carmustine for Injection is co-packaged with the active drug product for use in constitution of the lyophile. Diluent vial containing 3 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and 9 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection, is supplied along with drug product vial containing 50 mg of carmustine and 300 mg of carmustine respectively. Amount of dehydrated alcohol after reconstitution is 10% v/v, or 1185 mg and 7110 mg for 50 mg carmustine and 300 mg vials, respectively."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.3% is a topical antibiotic indicated in the treatment of external infections of the eye and its adnexa caused by susceptible bacteria. Appropriate monitoring of bacterial response to topical antibiotic therapy should accompany the use of Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.3%. Clinical studies have shown tobramycin to be safe and effective for use in pediatric patients.",
"Description": "Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution USP, 0.3% is a sterile topical ophthalmic antibiotic formulation prepared specifically for topical therapy of external ophthalmic infections. Tobramycin is a water soluble aminoglycoside antibiotic active against a wide variety of gram-negative and gram-positive ophthalmic pathogens. The molecular formula is C18H37N5O9, the molecular weight is 467.52 and the structural formula is:. Chemical Name. O-{3-amino-3-deoxy-α-D-gluco-pyranosyl-(1 → 4)}-O-{2,6-diamino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-D-ribohexo-pyranosyl-(1 → 6)}-2- deoxystreptamine. Each mL contains. Active: Tobramycin 3 mg (0.3%). Inactives: Boric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sulfate, Tyloxapol, Sodium Hydroxide and/or Sulfuric Acid to adjust pH (7.0 to 8.0), and Purified Water USP. Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1 mg (0.01%)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Ramipril capsules are an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of hypertension, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. It may be used alone or in combination with thiazide diuretics (1.1). In patients 55 years or older at high risk of developing a major cardiovascular event, ramipril capsules are indicated to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, or death from cardiovascular causes (1.2). Ramipril capsules are indicated in stable patients who have demonstrated clinical signs of congestive heart failure post-myocardial infarction (1.3).",
"Description": "Ramipril is a 2-aza-bicyclo [3.3.0]-octane-3-carboxylic acid derivative. It is a white to almost white crystalline powder soluble in polar organic solvents and buffered aqueous solutions. Ramipril melts between 105° to 112°C.The CAS Registry Number is 87333-19-5. Ramipril’s chemical name is (2S,3aS,6aS)-1[(S)-N-[(S)-1-Carboxy-3-phenylpropyl] alanyl] octahydrocyclopenta [b]pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, 1-ethyl ester. The inactive ingredients present are pregelatinized starch and silica hydrophobic, colloidal anhydrous. The empty hard gelatin capsule shells contain gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 1.25 mg capsule shell contains iron oxide yellow, 2.5 mg capsule shell contains D&C yellow 10 and FD&C red 40, the 5 mg capsule shell contains FD&C blue 1 and FD&C red 40, and the 10 mg capsule shell contains FD&C blue 1. The capsules are printed with edible ink containing black iron oxide and shellac. The structural formula for ramipril is. Its molecular formula is C23H32N2O5 and its molecular weight is 416.5. "Description": "Risperidone Tablets contain risperidone, an atypical antipsychotic belonging to the chemical class of benzisoxazole derivatives. The chemical designation is 3-[2-[4-(6-fluoro-1,2-benzisoxazol-3-yl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl]-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one. Its molecular formula is C23H27FN4O2 and its molecular weight is 410.49. The structural formula is. Risperidone is a white to slightly beige powder. It is practically insoluble in water, freely soluble in methylene chloride, and soluble in methanol and 0.1 N HCl. Risperidone tablets are available in 0.25 mg (dark yellow), 0.5 mg (reddish brown), 1 mg (white), 2 mg (orange), 3 mg (yellow), and 4 mg (green) strengths. Inactive ingredients are colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, propylene glycol, starch (corn), talc and titanium dioxide. The 0.25 mg tablets contain yellow iron oxide; the 0.5 mg tablets contain red iron oxide; the 2 mg tablets contain FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake; the 3 mg and 4 mg tablets contain D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake; the 4 mg tablets contain FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake."

"Description": "Timolol GFS (timolol maleate ophthalmic gel forming solution) is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor inhibitor. Its chemical name is (-)-1-(tert-butylamino)-3-[(4-morpholino-1,2,5-thia diazol-3-yl)oxy]-2-propanol maleate (1:1) (salt). Timolol maleate possesses an asymmetric carbon atom in its structure and is provided at the levo-isomer. The nominal optical rotation of timolol maleate is. [α] 25° in 0.1N HCl (C=5%) = -12.2°. 405 nm. Its molecular formula is C13H24N4O3S·C4H4O4 and its structural formula is. Timolol maleate has a molecular weight of 432.50. It is a white, odorless, crystalline powder which is soluble in water, methanol, and alcohol. Timolol GFS is a colorless to nearly colorless, slightly opalescent, and slightly viscous, is supplied as a sterile, isotonic, buffered, aqueous topical ophthalmic solution of timolol maleate in two dosage strengths. "IndicationAndUsage": "ELIGARD® is indicated for the palliative treatment of advanced prostate cancer.",
"Description": "ELIGARD® is a sterile polymeric matrix formulation of leuprolide acetate, a GnRH agonist, for subcutaneous injection. It is designed to deliver leuprolide acetate at a controlled rate over a one-, three-, four- or six-month therapeutic period. Leuprolide acetate is a synthetic nonapeptide analog of naturally occurring gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) that, when given continuously, inhibits pituitary gonadotropin secretion and suppresses testicular and ovarian steroidogenesis. The analog possesses greater potency than the natural hormone. The chemical name is 5-oxo-L-prolyl-L-histidyl-L-tryptophyl-L-seryl-L-tyrosyl-D-leucyl-L-leucyl-L-arginyl-N-ethyl-L-prolinamide acetate (salt) with the following structural formula. ELIGARD® is prefilled and supplied in two separate, sterile syringes whose contents are mixed immediately prior to administration. The two syringes are joined and the single dose product is mixed until it is homogenous. ELIGARD® is administered subcutaneously, where it forms a solid drug delivery depot. One syringe contains the ATRIGEL® Delivery System and the other contains leuprolide acetate. ATRIGEL® is a polymeric (non-gelatin containing) delivery system consisting of a biodegradable poly (DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGH or PLG) polymer formulation dissolved in a biocompatible solvent, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). "IndicationAndUsage": "Oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require daily, around-the-clock, long-term opioid treatment and for which alternative treatment options are inadequate. Limitations of Usage. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses, and because of the greater risks of overdose and death with extended-release opioid formulations, reserve oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics or immediate-release opioids) are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain. Oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release tablets are not indicated as an as-needed (prn) analgesic.",
"Description": "Oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release tablets are for oral use and contain oxymorphone, a semi-synthetic opioid analgesic. Oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release tablets are supplied in 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, and 40 mg tablet strengths for oral administration. The tablet strength describes the amount of oxymorphone hydrochloride, USP per tablet. The tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: hydrophobic colloidal silica, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 5 mg and 30 mg tablets contain FD&C red No. 40. The 7.5 mg tablets contain ferric oxide black, and ferric oxide yellow. The 10 mg tablets contain ferric oxide yellow and FD&C yellow No. 6. The 20 mg tablets contain D&C yellow No. 10, FD&C blue No. 1, and FD&C yellow No. 6.
