"IndicationAndUsage": "Docetaxel Injection is a microtubule inhibitor indicated for: 1 Breast Cancer (BC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic BC after chemotherapy failure; and with doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide as adjuvant treatment of operable node-positive BC ( 1.1) , 2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): single agent for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after platinum therapy failure; and with cisplatin for unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic untreated NSCLC ( 1.2) , 3 Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC): with prednisone in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer ( 1.3) , 4 Gastric Adenocarcinoma (GC): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for untreated, advanced GC, including the gastroesophageal junction ( 1.4) , 5 Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN): with cisplatin and fluorouracil for induction treatment of locally advanced SCCHN ( 1.5) .",
"Description": "Docetaxel is an antineoplastic agent belonging to the taxoid family. It is prepared by semisynthesis beginning with a precursor extracted from the renewable needle biomass of yew plants. The chemical name for docetaxel is (2R,3S)-N-carboxy-3-phenylisoserine,N- tert-butyl ester, 13-ester with 5β-20-epoxy-1,2α,4,7β,10β,13α-hexahydroxytax-11-en-9-one 4-acetate 2-benzoate. Docetaxel has the following structural formula:. Docetaxel is a white to off-white powder with an empirical formula of C 43H 53NO 14, and a molecular weight of 807.88. It is highly lipophilic and practically insoluble in water. One-vial Docetaxel Injection. Docetaxel Injection USP is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, pale-yellow to brownish-yellow solution at 20 mg/mL concentration. Each mL contains 20 mg docetaxel anhydrous USP, in 4 mg anhydrous citric acid for pH adjustment, 520 mg polysorbate 80 and 395 mg dehydrated alcohol solution. Docetaxel Injection USP is available in multiple dose (20 mg/mL, 80 mg/4 mL and 160 mg/8 mL) vials containing 20 mg (1 mL), 80 mg (4 mL) or 160 mg (8 mL) docetaxel anhydrous USP. Docetaxel Injection USP requires NO prior dilution with a diluent and is ready to add to the infusion solution."

It is a white powder chemically designated as 19-nor-1α,3β,25-trihydroxy-9,10-secoergosta-5(Z),7(E),22(E)-triene and has the following structural formula. Molecular formula is C 27H 44O 3. Molecular weight is 416.64. Paricalcitol Injection is a sterile, clear, colorless, aqueous solution for intravenous use. Each mL contains paricalcitol, 2 mcg or 5 mcg and the following inactive ingredients: alcohol, 35% (v/v) and propylene glycol, 30% (v/v)."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Phenylephrine hydrochloride injection, 10 mg/mL, is indicated for the treatment of clinically important hypotension resulting primarily from vasodilation in the setting of anesthesia.",
"Description": "Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist. Phenylephrine hydrochloride injection USP, 10 mg/mL, is a clear, colorless, sterile, nonpyrogenic solution for intravenous use. It must be diluted before administration as an intravenous bolus or continuous intravenous infusion. The chemical name of phenylephrine hydrochloride is (-)- m-hydroxy-α-[(methylamino)methyl]benzyl alcohol hydrochloride, and is chemically designated as C 9H 13NO 2. HCl with a molecular weight of 203.67 g/mol. Its structural formula is depicted below:. Phenylephrine hydrochloride USP is a white or practically white, odorless powder. It is freely soluble in water and in alcohol. Phenylephrine hydrochloride injection USP, 10 mg/mL, is sensitive to light. Each mL contains: phenylephrine hydrochloride USP 10 mg, sodium chloride 3.5 mg, sodium citrate dihydrate 4 mg, citric acid monohydrate 1 mg, and sodium metabisulfite 2 mg in water for injection. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid if necessary. The pH range is 3.5-5.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carmustine for Injection is indicated as palliative therapy as a single agent or in established combination therapy in the following: : 1 Brain tumors glioblastoma, brainstem glioma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, ependymoma, and metastatic brain tumors. , 2 Multiple myeloma in combination with prednisone. , 3 Relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma in combination with other approved drugs., 4 Relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphomas in combination with other approved drugs.",
"Description": "Carmustine is a nitrosourea with the chemical name 1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea and a molecular weight of 214.05. The drug product is supplied as sterile lyophilized pale yellow dry flakes or dry congealed mass, and it is highly soluble in alcohol and lipids, and poorly soluble in water. Carmustine for Injection is administered by intravenous infusion after reconstitution with 10% Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and dilution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or 5% Dextrose Injection, as recommended. The structural formula of carmustine is. Carmustine for Injection is available in 50-mg single dose vial and 300-mg single dose vial of lyophilized material. Sterile diluent for constitution of Carmustine for Injection is co-packaged with the active drug product for use in constitution of the lyophile. Diluent vial containing 3 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and 9 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection, is supplied along with drug product vial containing 50 mg of carmustine and 300 mg of carmustine respectively. Amount of dehydrated alcohol after reconstitution is 10% v/v, or 1185 mg and 7110 mg for 50 mg carmustine and 300 mg vials, respectively."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carmustine for Injection is indicated as palliative therapy as a single agent or in established combination therapy in the following: : 1 Brain tumors glioblastoma, brainstem glioma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, ependymoma, and metastatic brain tumors. , 2 Multiple myeloma in combination with prednisone. , 3 Relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma in combination with other approved drugs., 4 Relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphomas in combination with other approved drugs.",
"Description": "Carmustine is a nitrosourea with the chemical name 1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea and a molecular weight of 214.05. The drug product is supplied as sterile lyophilized pale yellow dry flakes or dry congealed mass, and it is highly soluble in alcohol and lipids, and poorly soluble in water. Carmustine for Injection is administered by intravenous infusion after reconstitution with 10% Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and dilution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or 5% Dextrose Injection, as recommended. The structural formula of carmustine is. Carmustine for Injection is available in 50-mg single dose vial and 300-mg single dose vial of lyophilized material. Sterile diluent for constitution of Carmustine for Injection is co-packaged with the active drug product for use in constitution of the lyophile. Diluent vial containing 3 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection and 9 mL of Dehydrated Alcohol Injection, is supplied along with drug product vial containing 50 mg of carmustine and 300 mg of carmustine respectively. Amount of dehydrated alcohol after reconstitution is 10% v/v, or 1185 mg and 7110 mg for 50 mg carmustine and 300 mg vials, respectively."

Pirfenidone has a molecular formula of C 12H 11NO and a molecular weight of 185.23. Pirfenidone has the following structural formula, which has been referred to as 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-1(H)-pyridone or 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-(1H)-pyridone. Pirfenidone is a white to pale yellow, non-hygroscopic powder. It is more soluble in methanol, ethyl alcohol, acetone and chloroform than in water and 1.0 N HCl. The melting point is approximately 109°C. Pirfenidone tablets contain pirfenidone and the following inactive ingredients: copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, macrogol (polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol, iron oxide yellow (267 mg), iron oxide black (801 mg), iron oxide red (801 mg), talc and titanium dioxide."

Pirfenidone is a white to pale yellow, non-hygroscopic powder. It is more soluble in methanol, ethyl alcohol, acetone and chloroform than in water and 1.0 N HCl. The melting point is approximately 109°C. Pirfenidone capsules, USP contains pirfenidone and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and pregelatinized starch. In addition, the capsule shell contains gelatin and titanium dioxide. The capsule brown printing ink includes ammonium hydroxide, iron oxide black, iron oxide brown, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac."

Pirfenidone tablets, USP contain pirfenidone USP and the following inactive ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and sodium stearyl fumarate. The film-coating material contains polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide. Additionally 267 mg tablets contain iron oxide yellow. 534 mg tablets contain FD&C yellow #6. 801 mg tablets contain black iron oxide and iron oxide red."

Pirfenidone capsule, USP is available as a white opaque cap/white opaque body, hard gelatin capsule containing 267 mg of pirfenidone, USP for oral administration. Pirfenidone has a molecular formula of C12H11NO and a molecular weight of 185.23. Pirfenidone has the following structural formula, which has been referred to as 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-1(H)-pyridone or 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-(1H)-pyridone. Pirfenidone, USP is a white to pale yellow, non-hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is sparingly to slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in ethanol (96 %), slightly to very slightly soluble in n-Heptane. The melting point is approximately 109°C. Pirfenidone capsules, USP contain pirfenidone, USP and the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, polysorbate 80. "Description": "Pirfenidone belongs to the chemical class of pyridone. Pirfenidone capsule, USP is available as a white opaque cap/white opaque body, hard gelatin capsule containing 267 mg of pirfenidone, USP for oral administration. Pirfenidone has a molecular formula of C12H11NO and a molecular weight of 185.23. Pirfenidone has the following structural formula, which has been referred to as 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-1(H)-pyridone or 5-methyl-1-phenyl-2-(1H)-pyridone. Argatroban has 4 asymmetric carbons. One of the asymmetric carbons has an Rconfiguration (stereoisomer Type I) and an Sconfiguration (stereoisomer Type II). Argatroban consists of a mixture of Rand Sstereoisomers at a ratio of approximately 65:35. The molecular formula of argatroban is C 23H 36N 6O 5S. Its molecular weight is 508.63 g/mol. The structural formula is:. Argatroban in Sodium Chloride Injection is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless to pale yellow isotonic solution. It is supplied in a single-dose clear glass vial containing 50 mg of argatroban in 50 mL sodium chloride solution. "IndicationAndUsage": "XALATAN is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.",
"Description": "Latanoprost is a prostaglandin F2α analogue. Its chemical name is isopropyl-(Z)-7[(1R,2R,3R,5S)3,5-dihydroxy-2-[(3R)-3-hydroxy-5-phenylpentyl]cyclopentyl]-5-heptenoate. Its molecular formula is C26H40O5 and its chemical structure is. Latanoprost is a colorless to slightly yellow oil that is very soluble in acetonitrile and freely soluble in acetone, ethanol, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, methanol, and octanol. It is practically insoluble in water. XALATAN (latanoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.005% is supplied as a sterile, isotonic, buffered aqueous solution of latanoprost with a pH of approximately 6.7 and an osmolality of approximately 267 mOsmol/kg. "Description": "Each Balsalazide Disodium Capsule, USP contains 750 mg of balsalazide disodium, a prodrug that is enzymatically cleaved in the colon to produce mesalamine (5-aminosalicylic acid or 5-ASA), an aminosalicylate. Each capsule of balsalazide (750 mg) is equivalent to 267 mg of mesalamine. Balsalazide disodium has the chemical name (E)-5-[[4-[[(2-Carboxyethyl)amino]carbonyl] phenyl]azo]-2-hydroxybenzoic acid, disodium salt, dihydrate. Its structural formula is.
