"IndicationAndUsage": "Clonidine transdermal system is indicated in the treatment of hypertension. It may be employed alone or concomitantly with other antihypertensive agents.",
"Description": "Clonidine transdermal system USP provides continuous systemic delivery of clonidine USP for 7 days at an approximately constant rate. Clonidine USP is a centrally acting alpha-agonist hypotensive agent. It is an imidazoline derivative with the chemical name 2, 6-dichloro-N-2-imidazolidinylidenebenzenamine and has the following chemical structure."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Primaquine phosphate Tablets are indicated for the radical cure (prevention of relapse) of vivax malaria.",
"Description": "Primaquine phosphate is 8-[(4-amino-1-methylbutyl) amino]-6-methoxyquinoline phosphate, a synthetic compound with potent antimalarial activity. The molecular formula of Primaquine phosphate is C15H21N3O∙2H3PO4 and its molecular weight is 455.34. The structural formula of Primaquine phosphate is. Figure 1: Primaquine phosphate structure. Each Primaquine phosphate tablet contains 26.3 mg of primaquine phosphate (equivalent to 15 mg of primaquine base). The dosage is customarily expressed in terms of the base. Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba Wax, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Polysorbate 80, Pregelatinized Starch, Red Ferric Oxide, Talc, Titanium Dioxide."

Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL).The pH is 4.24. The pKa values are 10.21 and 15.89.ARYNTA oral solution is a clear colorless solution, contains 10 mg/mL of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, methylparaben sodium, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, propylparaben sodium, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and purified water."

"Description": "ARYNTA (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate), is a CNS stimulant. The chemical designation for lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is (2S)-2,6-diamino-N-[(1S)-1-methyl-2-phenylethyl] hexanamide dimethanesulfonate. The molecular formula is C15H25N3O∙(CH4O3S)2, which corresponds to a molecular weight of 455.60. The chemical structure is:. Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water (792 mg/mL).The pH is 4.24. The pKa values are 10.21 and 15.89.ARYNTA oral solution is a clear colorless solution, contains 10 mg/mL of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (equivalent to 5.8 mg of lisdexamfetamine). Inactive ingredients: dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, methylparaben sodium, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, propylparaben sodium, propylene glycol, saccharin sodium, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and purified water."
