"IndicationAndUsage": "Caspofungin acetate for injection is an echinocandin antifungal indicated in adults and pediatric patients (3 months of age and older) for: : 1 Empirical therapy for presumed fungal infections in febrile, neutropenic patients. (1) , 2 Treatment of candidemia and the following Candida infections: intra-abdominal abscesses, peritonitis and pleural space infections. (1) , 3 Treatment of esophageal candidiasis. (1) , 4 Treatment of invasive aspergillosis in patients who are refractory to or intolerant of other therapies. (1) .",
"Description": "Caspofungin acetate for injection is a sterile, lyophilized product for intravenous (IV) infusion that contains a semisynthetic lipopeptide (echinocandin) compound synthesized from a fermentation product of Glarea lozoyensis. Caspofungin acetate is an echinocandin antifungal that inhibits the synthesis of β (1,3)-D-glucan, an integral component of the fungal cell wall. Caspofungin acetate is 1-[(4R,5S)-5-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]-N2-(10,12-dimethyl-1-oxotetradecyl)-4-hydroxy-L-ornithine]-5-[(3R)-3-hydroxy-L-ornithine] pneumocandin B0 diacetate (salt). Caspofungin acetate for injection 50 mg vial contains 50 mg of caspofungin equivalent to 55.5 mg of caspofungin acetate. Caspofungin acetate for injection 50 mg vial also contains 39 mg sucrose, 26 mg mannitol, 2 mg glacial acetic acid added as a buffering agent, and sodium hydroxide added as a pH adjuster ingredient. Caspofungin acetate for injection 70 mg vial contains 70 mg of caspofungin equivalent to 77.7 mg of caspofungin acetate. Caspofungin acetate for injection 70 mg vial also contains 54 mg sucrose, 36 mg mannitol, 2.7 mg glacial acetic acid added as a buffering agent, and sodium hydroxide added as a pH adjuster ingredient. Caspofungin acetate is a hygroscopic, white to off-white powder. It is freely soluble in water and methanol, and slightly soluble in ethanol. The pH of a saturated aqueous solution of caspofungin acetate is approximately 6.6. The empirical formula is C52H88N10O152C2H4O2 and the formula weight is 1213.42. The structural formula is:."

"Description": "Estradiol gel 0.1%, is a clear, colorless gel, which is odorless when dry. It is designed to deliver sustained circulating concentrations of estradiol when applied once daily to the skin. The gel is applied to a small area (200 cm2) of the thigh in a thin layer. Estradiol gel 0.1% is available in five doses of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.25 grams for topical application (corresponding to 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.25 mg estradiol, respectively). The active component of the topical gel is estradiol, an estrogen. Estradiol is a white crystalline powder, chemically described as estra-1,3,5(10)-triene-3,17ß-diol. It has an empirical formula of C18H24O2 and molecular weight of 272.39. The structural formula is. The remaining components of the gel (carbomer, ethanol, propylene glycol, purified water, and triethanolamine) are pharmacologically inactive. Estradiol gel 0.1% contains: 58.6% alcohol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules are indicated for the management of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache when non-opioid analgesic and alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration, and persist over the course of therapy, [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

Butalbital, USP (5-allyl-5-isobutylbarbituric acid), is a short-to intermediate-acting barbiturate. It has the following structural formula. MW = 224.26. Acetaminophen, USP (4´-hydroxyacetanilide), is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. MW = 151.16. Caffeine, USP (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), a methylxanthine, is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula:. C8H10N4O2. MW = 194.19. Codeine Phosphate, USP (7,8-Didehydro-4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1)(salt) hemihydrate) is an opioid agonist. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3H3PO41/2H2O. MW = 406.37. Inactive Ingredients: pregelatinized starch. colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. The capsule cap is printed with white ink. The white ink contains shellac glaze, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and simethicone. The capsule body is printed with black ink. The black ink contains shellac glaze, iron oxide black, propylene glycol, and ammonium hydroxide. The capsule shell contains: gelatin, titanium dioxide for both strengths and FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #1 in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/300 mg/40mg/30mg and FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #2, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/325 mg/40mg/30mg."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules are indicated for the management of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache when non-opioid analgesic and alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use: 1 Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, misuse, overdose, and death, which can occur at any dosage or duration, and persist over the course of therapy, [see Warnings and Precautions (5.1)], reserve opioid analgesics, including Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate to provide sufficient management of pain.",

Caffeine, USP (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), a methylxanthine, is a central nervous system stimulant. It has the following structural formula:. C8H10N4O2. MW = 194.19. Codeine Phosphate, USP (7,8-Didehydro-4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6α-ol phosphate (1:1)(salt) hemihydrate) is an opioid agonist. It has the following structural formula. C18H21NO3H3PO41/2H2O. MW = 406.37. Inactive Ingredients: pregelatinized starch. colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. The capsule cap is printed with white ink. The white ink contains shellac glaze, titanium dioxide, ammonium hydroxide, propylene glycol, and simethicone. The capsule body is printed with black ink. The black ink contains shellac glaze, iron oxide black, propylene glycol, and ammonium hydroxide. The capsule shell contains: gelatin, titanium dioxide for both strengths and FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #1 in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/300 mg/40mg/30mg and FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #2, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide in the Butalbital, Acetaminophen, Caffeine and Codeine Phosphate Capsules, 50 mg/325 mg/40mg/30mg."

The structural formula of temozolomide is. The material is a white to light tan or light pink powder with a molecular formula of C6H6N6O2 and a molecular weight of 194.15. The molecule is stable at acidic pH (<5) and labile at pH >7; hence TEMODAR can be administered orally and intravenously. The prodrug, temozolomide, is rapidly hydrolyzed to the active 5-(3-methyltriazen-1-yl) imidazole-4-carboxamide (MTIC) at neutral and alkaline pH values, with hydrolysis taking place even faster at alkaline pH. TEMODAR capsules. TEMODAR (temozolomide) capsules for oral use contains either 5 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 140 mg, 180 mg, or 250 mg of temozolomide.
