"Description": "Ivabradine tablet contains ivabradine as the active pharmaceutical ingredient. Ivabradine is a hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channel blocker that reduces the spontaneous pacemaker activity of the cardiac sinus node by selectively inhibiting the If current, resulting in heart rate reduction with no effect on ventricular· repolarization and no effects on myocardial contractility. The chemical name for ivabradine hydrochloride is 3-(3-{[((7S)-3,4-Dimethoxybicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1,3,5-trien-7-yl)methyl] methyl amino} propyl)-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7,8-dimethoxy-2H-3-benzazepin-2-one, hydrochloride. The molecular formula is C27H36N2O5, HCl and the molecular weight (free base + HCl) is 505.05 (468.59 + 36.46). The chemical structure of ivabradine is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1. The tablets contain 5 mg and 7.5 mg of ivabradine, as the active ingredient, equivalent to 5.39 mg and 8.085 mg of ivabradine hydrochloride, respectively. Each film-coated tablet contains following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C yellow #10 aluminum lake, D&C red #27/phloxine aluminum lake, hypromellose, iron oxide red, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate and titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain effectiveness of doxycycline hyclate capsules and other antibacterial drugs, doxycycline hyclate capsules should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to the empiric selection of therapy. Treatment: Doxycycline is indicated for the treatment of the following infections: : 1 Rocky Mountain spotted fever, typhus fever and the typhus group, Q fever, rickettsialpox, and tick fevers caused by Rickettsiae. , 2 Respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae. , 3 Lymphogranuloma venereum caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. , 4 Psittacosis (ornithosis) caused by Chlamydophila psittaci. , 5 Trachoma caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, although the infectious agent is not always eliminated, as judged by immunofluorescence. , 6 Inclusion conjunctivitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. , 7 Uncomplicated urethral, endocervical, or rectal infections in adults caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. , 8 Nongonococcal urethritis caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum. , 9 Relapsing fever due to Borrelia recurrentis. .",
"Description": "Doxycycline hyclate, USP is an antibacterial drug synthetically derived from oxytetracycline for oral administration. The structural formula of doxycycline monohydrate is. with a molecular formula of C 22H 24N 2O 8H 2O and a molecular weight of 462.46. The chemical designation for doxycycline is 4-(Dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,5,10,12,12a-pentahydroxy-6-methyl-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide monohydrate. The molecular formula for doxycycline hydrochloride hemiethanolate hemihydrate is (C 22H 24N 2O 8HCl) 2C 2H 6OH 2O and the molecular weight is 1025.89. Doxycycline, USP is a light-yellow crystalline powder. Doxycycline hyclate, USP is soluble in water. Doxycycline, USP has a high degree of lipoid solubility and a low affinity for calcium binding. It is highly stable in normal human serum. Doxycycline, USP will not degrade into an epianhydro form. Inert ingredients in the capsule formulations are: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. The hard gelatin capsule shells contains: FD&C Blue 1, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains: black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution."

"IndicationAndUsage": "To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain effectiveness of doxycycline hyclate capsules and other antibacterial drugs, doxycycline hyclate capsules should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria. When culture and susceptibility information are available, they should be considered in selecting or modifying antibacterial therapy. In the absence of such data, local epidemiology and susceptibility patterns may contribute to the empiric selection of therapy. "Description": "Doxycycline hyclate, USP is an antibacterial drug synthetically derived from oxytetracycline for oral administration. The structural formula of doxycycline monohydrate is. with a molecular formula of C 22H 24N 2O 8H 2O and a molecular weight of 462.46. The chemical designation for doxycycline is 4-(Dimethylamino)-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-3,5,10,12,12a-pentahydroxy-6-methyl-1,11-dioxo-2-naphthacenecarboxamide monohydrate. The molecular formula for doxycycline hydrochloride hemiethanolate hemihydrate is (C 22H 24N 2O 8HCl) 2C 2H 6OH 2O and the molecular weight is 1025.89. Doxycycline, USP is a light-yellow crystalline powder. Doxycycline hyclate, USP is soluble in water. Doxycycline, USP has a high degree of lipoid solubility and a low affinity for calcium binding. It is highly stable in normal human serum. Doxycycline, USP will not degrade into an epianhydro form. Inert ingredients in the capsule formulations are: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. The hard gelatin capsule shells contains: FD&C Blue 1, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate and titanium dioxide. The printing ink contains: black iron oxide, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, shellac and strong ammonia solution."

Tazobactam sodium, a derivative of the penicillin nucleus, is a penicillanic acid sulfone. Its chemical name is sodium (2S,3S,5R)-3-methyl-7-oxo-3-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylate-4,4-dioxide. The chemical formula is C10H11N4NaO5S and the molecular weight is 322.3. The chemical structure of tazobactam sodium is. "Description": "Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection is an injectable antibacterial combination product consisting of the semisynthetic antibacterial piperacillin sodium and the beta-lactamase inhibitor tazobactam sodium for intravenous administration. Piperacillin sodium is derived from D(-)-α-aminobenzyl-penicillin. The chemical name of piperacillin sodium is sodium (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-2-(4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazine-carboxamido)-2-phenylacetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylate. The chemical formula is C23H26N5NaO7S and the molecular weight is 539.5. The chemical structure of piperacillin sodium is. Tazobactam sodium, a derivative of the penicillin nucleus, is a penicillanic acid sulfone. Its chemical name is sodium (2S,3S,5R)-3-methyl-7-oxo-3-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylate-4,4-dioxide. The chemical formula is C10H11N4NaO5S and the molecular weight is 322.3. The chemical structure of tazobactam sodium is. Piperacillin and Tazobactam for Injection and Sodium Chloride Injection is supplied as a sterile powder for injection and a sterile solution in a single-dose DUPLEX® Container with a strength of 2.25 g, 3.375 g, or 4.5 g in the following presentations: 1 2.25 g: contains 2 grams of piperacillin (equivalent to 2.085 g of piperacillin sodium), 0.25 g of tazobactam (equivalent to 0.269 g of tazobactam sodium), 0.5 mg of edetate sodium dihydrate (EDTA), and 100 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate in the powder chamber. The diluent chamber contains 225 mg of sodium chloride and 50 mL of water for injection., 2 3.375 g: contains 3 grams of piperacillin (equivalent to 3.127 g of piperacillin sodium) and 0.375 g of tazobactam (equivalent to 0.402 g of tazobactam sodium), 0.75 mg of EDTA, and 150 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate in the powder chamber. The diluent chamber contains 150 mg of sodium chloride and 50 mL of water for injection., 3 4.5 g: contains 4 grams of piperacillin (equivalent to 4.170 g of piperacillin sodium), 0.5 g of tazobactam (equivalent to 0.538 g of tazobactam sodium), 1 mg of EDTA, and 200 mg of sodium citrate dihydrate. "Description": "Lorazepam, an antianxiety agent, has the chemical formula, 7-chloro-5-(o-chlorophenyl)- 1,3-dihydro-3-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one. Its molecular formula is C15H10Cl2N2O2 and its structural formula is. MW: 321.16. It is a white to practically white, practically odorless powder. It is insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol, and slightly soluble in chloroform. Each tablet, to be taken orally, contains 0.5 mg, 1 mg, or 2 mg of lorazepam, USP. The inactive ingredients present are lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and polacrilin potassium."
