"IndicationAndUsage": "Tacrolimus ointment, both 0.03% and 0.1% for adults, and only 0.03% for children aged 2 to 15 years, is indicated as second-line therapy for the short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adults and children who have failed to respond adequately to other topical prescription treatments for atopic dermatitis, or when those treatments are not advisable. Tacrolimus ointment is not indicated for children younger than 2 years of age (see boxed WARNING, WARNINGSand PRECAUTIONS: Pediatric Use).",

Chemically, tacrolimus is designated as [3S-[3R*[E(1S*,3S*,4S*)],4S*,5R*,8S*,9E,12R*,14R*,15S*,16R*,18S*,19S*, 26aR*]]-5,6,8,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,24,25,26,26a-hexadecahydro-5,19-dihydroxy-3-[2-(4-hydroxy-3- methoxycyclohexyl)-1-methylethenyl]-14,16-dimethoxy-4,10,12,18-tetramethyl-8-(2-propenyl)-15,19- epoxy-3H-pyrido[2,1-c][1,4] oxaazacyclotricosine-1,7,20,21(4H,23H)-tetrone, monohydrate. It has the following structural formula. Tacrolimus has an empirical formula of C44H69NO12H2O and a formula weight of 822.03. "IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment 0.05% is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as 9-Fluoro-11β, 16α, 17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16,17-acetal with acetone. Graphic Formula:. C24H31FO6, MW 434.50 Each gram of 0.05% Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment USP provides 0.5 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide in a water in-oil emulsion composed of light mineral oil, purified water, white petrolatum, mineral oil, ceresin wax 155/165, and lanolin alcohols."

The chemical name for naproxen is (S)-6-methoxy-α-methyl-2-naphthaleneacetic acid. Naproxen has the following structure. Naproxen has a molecular weight of 230.26 and a molecular formula of C14H14O3. Naproxen is an odorless, white to off-white crystalline substance. It is lipid-soluble, practically insoluble in water at low pH and freely soluble in water at high pH. The octanol/water partition coefficient of naproxen at pH 7.4 is 1.6 to 1.8. Naproxen Tablets, USP are available as white tablets containing 250 mg of naproxen, white tablets containing 375 mg of naproxen and white tablets containing 500 mg of naproxen for oral administration. The inactive ingredients are Croscarmellose Sodium, Povidone and Magnesium Stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "JAKAFI/JAKAFI XR is a kinase inhibitor indicated for treatment of: 1 intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis, including primary myelofibrosis, post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis, and post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis in adults. (1.1), 2 polycythemia vera in adults who have had an inadequate response to or are intolerant of hydroxyurea. (1.2), 3 steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host disease in adult and pediatric patients 12 years and older. (1.3), 4 chronic graft-versus-host disease after failure of one or two lines of systemic therapy in adult and pediatric patients 12 years and older. (1.4).",
"Description": "Ruxolitinib phosphate is a kinase inhibitor with the chemical name (R)-3-(4-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-3-cyclopentylpropanenitrile phosphate and a molecular weight of 404.36. Ruxolitinib phosphate has the following structural formula. Ruxolitinib phosphate is a white to off-white to light pink powder and is soluble in aqueous buffers across a pH range of 1 to 8. JAKAFI (ruxolitinib) tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, or 25 mg of ruxolitinib free base, equivalent to 6.6 mg, 13.2 mg, 19.8 mg, 26.4 mg, or 33 mg of ruxolitinib phosphate, respectively, and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and sodium starch glycolate. JAKAFI XR (ruxolitinib) extended-release tablets are for oral administration. Each tablet contains 11 mg, 22 mg, 33 mg, 44 mg, or 55 mg of ruxolitinib free base equivalent to 14.5 mg, 29 mg, 43.6 mg, 58.1 mg, or 72.6 mg of ruxolitinib phosphate, respectively, and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. In addition, the film coating contains the following inactive ingredients: colorants (black iron oxide, red iron oxide, and yellow iron oxide), copovidone, hypromellose, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, and triglycerides."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride is a non-ergot dopamine agonist indicated for the treatment of: 1 Parkinson's disease (PD) (1.1), 2 Moderate-to-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) (1.2).",
"Description": "Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets contain pramipexole, a nonergot dopamine agonist. The chemical name of pramipexole dihydrochloride is (S)-2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-6-(propylamino) benzothiazole dihydrochloride monohydrate. Its empirical formula is C10H17N3S·2HCl·H2O, and its molecular weight is 302.26. The structural formula is. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.25 mg. Each tablet contains 0.25 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.235 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.5 mg. Each tablet contains 0.5 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.47 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 0.75 mg. Each tablet contains 0.75 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate equivalent to 0.705 mg pramipexole dihydrochloride. Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets 1 mg.
